I visited this store today 1) to pick up an order and 2) shop for sales. I was there around 1:30 pm ish. As I pulled up, I received a cancelation notice on my order which was okay because it was low stock when I ordered it. There were to sales associates assisting two separate customers when I walked in. Just a few minutes later I was the only customer in the store. Neither of them acknowledged my existence. Felt a bit like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman except I was dressed in nice casual clothes, makeup on, hair fixed. I lingered a bit longer and still nothing. read more

Sunday at 2:45 pm today, this location should consider hiring an on the floor sales associate. I came in to exchange some pants and the lady at the checkout rudely asked me if I had checked the floor first. My response was I'm hoping to not have to search the entire store for 2 pairs of pants. The associates should know how to find clothes much quicker than myself. Not the right answer from the sales associate. Would be resolved if they had someone dedicated to the floor. Can't wait for the Northpark location to reopen, I had to drive 40 minutes for this experience. On a brighter note, this location looks like they have a lot of options/sales. My preference will remain with Northpark however. read more

Walked in around 6:45 on 5/18/22. Was not acknowledged at all or even smiled at. Walked around to find the petite section to look for some new work pants and no one asked me if i needed a fitting room. Found the fitting room by myself and tried the pants on, they didn't fit so i walked back out to find smaller pants. Again, no one offered assistance. The customer service at this location is SEVERLY lacking. Please train your staff better. With COVID its no wonder why everything is moving online. Train your staff better. read more

I drove all the way from Frisco to come to this store after work. After traffic and trying to get there in time to return and exchange some items. I walked up at 8:02 pm and the lady looks at me 10 feet away and shrugs her shoulders, gesturing that she couldn't help me. They closed at 8:00 pm and another lady was at the register closing out a sale. Go figure! This location seriously sucks at customer service. I have never felt so unhelped. I pay expensive prices for my Ann Taylor clothes and I'm not surprised. read more

Long-time AT customer but just found this location with curbside parking...super convenient. Salesperson greeted every customer, offered assistance, cheerful. Watch for the 40% off sales...they are frequent and great quality merchandise. All my work wardrobe is AT, and most of my weekend wear, too! read more

What is wrong with these people? I walked in on a slow Saturday. I am dressed normally for the area. I wanted to check out a dress I saw online since it had some iffy reviews. I walk in. No acknowledgement. I pick up dress. No acknowledgement. I pick up another dress. No acknowledgement. I dig through a rack for a size for another dress. No acknowledgement. I head to the dressing room. No acknowledgement. I need a different size for one choice. No acknowledgement. I start to wonder if something has happened and I'm invisible. Am I dead and don't know it? Am I dreaming this? Is it because I'm wearing 2 year old Tory Birch sandals?!?! I put all rejected dresses on fitting rack. I can order same online. I slowly walk out the door. No acknowledgement. I have achieved invisibility. It's not as fun as I expected. read more

One star for being Ann Taylor but it is absolutely the worst women's clothing staff I have ever experienced. Women buy on emotion and the only feeling I get when I come to this store is that they cannot be bothered. Well worth it to go to the 100's of other stores that are helpful and want you to spend money. read more

I love Ann Taylor! I hate this location. The sales associates here are so rude. I've been in here 4 times in less than 2 months and they have never greeted me when I walk in and only once has one asked me if I needed help. However when she did, because I was carrying 2 shirts around the store for 10 minutes, she was very pushy. Asked me if I wanted to try then on, I said I didn't need to, and then she insisted on holding them at the register for me. Needless to say I left without making a purchase. I have never purchased from this AT store, not even one accessory. This is very rare for me. AT corporate management, you need to clean house at the Plano store. I bet your sales are tanking. read more

I never had an issue at this location. I usually shop at this Ann Taylor and the one in Willow Bend. This stand alone store has more inventory and some stuff gets marked down more here compared to the mall - e.g. the same exact item is priced less here. I dislike having sales associates talk to me and offer to help since I like to pop in and pop out. Online the sales are not as discounted as what you can find at an actual store. read more

I find that the stand alone store has more clothing selection. However they tend to only have sizes 4-8. For a size 0-2 that is off putting. Also finding staff to help is not as easy as at the Mall locations. I still prefer going to the stand alone and having them order me something i like because the selection is so much greater read more

Two stars for the location and merchandise thats all! The staff seems to be super busy merchandising or just not bothered or overworked. They pay attention to you when you are purchasing or when you have items in your hand . I love the merchandise , it fits well , it's affordable and they have great sales . The store is beautiful and well maintained it's just the vibe in there ! I usually know what I want so I am in and out but I don observe a lot . I prefer to shop online when it comes to Ann Taylor since I already know my sizes , I do this so I don't have to deal with that energy ! Imagine having to order online when the store is less than a mile away from your home ! Crazy right ! Well I have to admit . Online has the talls selection so that is one of the reasons for me to shop online ! I hope they work on customer service and maybe hiring the right personalities to handle retail ! It isn't easy so they might want to hire people who want to do it . read more
