This is so disappointing. I've been shopping here for years. But today I had such a strange…read moreinteraction. I was shopping at the perfume counter, and the woman at the dressing room came up to me and was letting me know that you guys sell cologne on the other side of the store . As a male, I am not interested as much into the cologne because a lot of it is just fake made up stuff (literally saw a fake channel bleu ) versus the perfume is actual brands. I've been a model for 5 years and love to try to find different new brands/designers. And specifically that day I was looking for something for the fall since my typical fall scent ran out. I said I'm aware thank you and tried to continue shopping. Me thinking that she would just leave me alone. She just stand there and just was staring at me for about a minute. I got weirded out and went to the back to shop for what I was actually there for. I came back to look at the perfume and found one I actually liked and enjoyed. I looked up and she was just giving me this weird death stare. It was just very weird and uncomfortable. This micro aggression is just very odd for no reason I left the store and right as I was about to leave I looked behind me and I could just see her all the way from the dressing rooms just looking at me as if I'm some criminal. This is very weird and very odd. We all have our differences and we need to leave that at home. It's a very unprofessional way to do things. At the end of the day it's a store and I am free to buy and shop whatever I would like. It's one thing trying to be helpful and recommend something to a customer, but that's not what happened . Plus, you had lots of go backs to do and plenty of other customers to help. I know this review is probably not much help for an average customer. But I posted this for manager/ associates.

It is bright, open, organized, clean and in great condition. Each area was clearly defined and easily to navigate to and from. They have casual sections, suit sections, business casual, shoes...and one of the largest clearance sections I have seen at a Brooks Brothers...and maybe even at a specialty clothing store. There was only one Associate in the store at the time and he was helping other customers with a custom order, so we did not interact with him. However, the service and conversation I witness was great and the customer on the receiving end seemed very happy. Prices were hit and miss. I found several things in the clearance section that I enjoyed and ended up getting, however the clearance shoes were still marked a tad high. Our main goal was a pair of slacks, and while they were priced well for the most part, they were short in stock of sizes needed. Overall, good trip to a solid Brooks Brothers location at the outlets!

Other times it seems the place feels like a funeral parlor so creepy quiet that you can hear a pin drop. I don't think they're a true Factory outlet in that I think the prices are still pretty much what their regular retailer charges. I think the items sold here are bit different than what you can find at the regular stores. I think I rather shop at their regular store better because I think the customer service is usually outstanding in those stores. They offer everything from a little black dress to a floor-length formal wedding guest dress, and even some great options that are office/work appropriate. They also offer cute jewelry near the checkout counter and I was lucky enough to go in on a day that they had a 50% off sale on their jewelry. Staff is super friendly and dressing rooms are available in store so you can make sure you love the look before purchasing.

I'd be content with clothes that are actually my size. Please also use fabrics that allow your skin to breathe and can be washed in a washing machine with warm water. Have a ruler available so customers can also get a better measurement and find the clothes that are more suitable for their needs. The clothes do last a good while and the pricing is more bearable than the boutiques in downtown Alpharetta.

I'm part of the teen generation that lived for A&F so I have spent quite a lot of time & money over a lot of my life in these stores. When I say this was like a blast from the past, I don't mean it in a nostalgic way. I was maybe one of 4 people there. The entire store was either empty (in terms of stock) OR it was a piled up mess of stuffed shelves and merchandise all over the floors. The staff couldn't have been less interested in being helpful. Also I had a customer service coupon for 20% off and the manager tried to only attach it to ONE ITEM not my entire purchase. And it took 20 min to get it applied properly. I had to do the math for her. I'm not sure if she didn't know how to use her own POS system or was simply hoping I wouldn't notice her shorting me but it shouldn't have taken that long to work out...
