I had a great experience when I was there. Small, but not crazy loud like some places. Technician was very nice and my nails looked good when I left- but it didn't last long. I paid for gel nails and within 7 days, they started to peel and crack! Not worth the $ to have them only a week. One of the best nail places I've been to. I got a gel polish and It was done so well. The polish is smooth and even and has lasted several weeks. I can't remember the name of the pedicure. But it involved a foot soak, leg/foot massage, paraffin wax dip, and a hot towel. I have extremely ticklish feet and they were good about avoiding the uncomfortable spots. Despite saying they accept credit cards, they sure aren't happy when you go to pay with them. You also can't tip on credit cards either so be sure and bring cash. The pearl pedicure was nice and she seemed to really take her time and didn't try to rush which was a plus but the experience was kinda ruined by how rude the lady was that rang me up. I'm also pretty sure a couple of the ladies doing pedicures were mocking me when they thought I wasn't looking. They were snickering and imitating me playing on my cell phone. I mean, what else is there to do while getting a pedicure other than stare at the wall? Sorry. Although I love my pedi, the customer service was pretty 'meh'. Not sure I'll go back. read more

I've been to dozens of nail salons on the metro area, and this one is my favorite. It is a smaller shop than some, but the staff are friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Pearl pedicure. They will work on your feet for an hour with extra rubbing, hot towels and a paragon dip. read more

The pearl pedicure is amazing but when it came time for my manicure I was aggressively pressured to get the shellac. I told the women 7 times that I did not want the shellac as the UV lamp makes my skin itch and I wanted the color to match my toes. She would not give up and kept bringing me shellac colors that only kind of matched the color I had chosen for the pedicure. She insisted they were exact matches although they clearly were not. I told her multiple times that the shellac irritates my skin and it doesn't matter what color she brings me. After I firmly said no for the last time, she was clearly mad that I did not go with the more expensive manicure. She rushed through the process and my nails looked absolutely terrible. The only reason I am giving this establishment 2 stars is for the pedicure. If you are there to spend a lot of money they will treat you very well. If not, you will leave very disappointed. I have been going there for a few months now for the pedicures, but it's safe to say they lost me as a customer. read more

The Pearl Pedicure is very nice and my feet always come out much softer than before! I find the selection of colors to be adequate and the nail techs to be pretty nice though I wouldn't recommend coming in when it looks busy because they tend to rush a bit. They really frown upon people paying with card and there is an upcharge with no tipping possibility when using it. I would recommend bringing cash- the Pearl Pedicure is about $40 as of this posting. read more

This salon had very limited color selections. The display makes it look like there are a lot but there are several bottles of each color which makes it look like more than there really are. There were flies everywhere inside that kept landing on me and my chair. The employees were friendly and overall cleanliness and services were good. The smell from the acrylic nails was strong. They let you use credit/debit cards but you can not leave a tip on them so if you don't bring cash you will not be able to tip. read more

They subject you to high pressure sales. I came in to get an overlay on my already shaped nails. I wanted acrylic because to me they look better, she insisted I was wrong and kept pushing the gel on me. I was shames for useing a debit card instead of cash when I checked out even tho I tiped in cashed. My daughter got a spa pedi and mani. She came out looking fabulous and was pleased with her service. I however was completely dissatisfied with my nails, I had gel still stuck to parts of my skin, and instead of shaping the gel to my nail the lady completely reshaped my nails to where it explosed the pink part of my undernail, and it still hurts 2 days later, one side of a nail is rounded out the other squared. I believe the lady was skilled, but she was rushing to get to the next 3 people that came just before they closed. As i wait to dry i hear her high pressure selling to these clients to upgrade and shaming one of them when they declined. Completely unprofessional work and service. I have been to this location twice now. Both times they have done a very nice job. All equipment appears to be clean and sanitized. I have had the pedicure and shalak done. My only complaint would be that they were a little pushy trying to add extras on to my original requests. Things like nail art or special pedicure treatments. read more

NO SIGN anywhere that informed me that if I chose to use a credit card I would be charged extra for doing so. ALSO NO SIGN that informed me that I could not add a tip to my credit card.
