The staff was kind enough to let her take her time, which made the experience feel relaxed and comfortable. Prices are reasonable and not over the top. The cashier then loudly and sarcastically told me to "check my funds," which was completely inappropriate. Other employees laughed, which made the situation even more embarrassing. I spoke with the manager, Asia, and she showed no concern and walked away without addressing the issue. Because of how I was treated, I returned everything. After leaving, I checked my bank account and found I was charged twice--confirming the issue was the machine, not my card. As a healthcare professional, I value professionalism and respect. This experience was unacceptable, embarrassing, and disappointing--especially given I was shopping to give back to the community. I hope this location takes accountability and improves both customer service and management response.
