Visited 2 March 2026…read more We stopped in looking for a few items. We were immediately greeted with a pleasant scent as soon as we walked in the door. Also pleasant was the employee working, assumingly Natalya? Anyway, she created a very friendly environment and helped with all 13 of our questions (a bit of an exaggeration, but we did have a lot of questions asking where several items were located). Each time she was happy to help without making us feel like we were bothering her. Thank you! The store looks a bit small in comparison to other beauty stores I have been in recently, but it was well stocked and had everything we needed and the prices were all reasonable. I would emphatically recommend visiting and will definitely be back if I need anything else.

No more paying $8+ for Essie and OPI nailpolish thanks to blogger @WeLoveBuHi! She had posted this…read morediscovery on Instagram and it didn't take long for me to check it out myself. The nail supply store is obviously geared toward nail salon owners but regular consumers like me can take advantage of their discounted prices too. Essie nailpolish was just $4.90 + tax :) Essie is $3.50 for business owners, and then a 40% markup for regular consumers like me. I picked a pretty "Cascade Cool" pink ... still can't believe I paid just a little over $5. OPI nailpolish is $4.25 and China Glaze $2.25 for businesses. They have other brands too. Huge selection of colors, and they have gel polish too. They're located in the middle section of Asian Square, next to the former Ranch 99 space.

I've been a loyal customer for years, ordering from OH to CA, but the customer service has…read morecompletely deteriorated. On a previous order, they sent the wrong items, made me take photos of the shipping label and contents, and then sent rancid oils after a two-week wait. Most recently, I was shorted half of my online order, and customer service has ignored my outreach for three weeks. Combine this with their unstable retail locations and poor staff attitudes in-store, and it's clear they don't value retention. It's incredibly short-sighted to lose a long-term customer and earn a review like this over the cost of simply fulfilling an order correctly or doing the right thing to remedy the mistake. Nothing short of robbery.

The two employees showed no greeting or offer of assistance. When we selected our fragrances, one repeatedly slammed the containers on the counter while asking curtly if it was 'good.' When we asked for help choosing an additive to make our shea butter change colors, she responded with visible attitude, poor body language, and vague directions like 'look over there' instead of simply telling us which color worked. When we asked for clarification, she became defensive, raised her voice, and said, 'I'm not acting like shit.' The manager attempted to intervene but the employee continued talking over her, then accused us of not wanting to pay. The situation escalated so badly that, for the sake of our child, we had to cancel our purchase and leave. This level of unprofessionalism and hostility toward longtime customers, especially in front of a child, is unacceptable
