I was assured our dogs would be thoroughly brushed, Ferminated, ears cleaned, anal glands expressed, nails trimmed, the hair on their paws and legs trimmed, and that they would be completely dry before pick up. After a day of grooming, our two dogs came home still damp and covered in loose hair. They did NOT smell good. In addition, neither dog had their nails trimmed and the hair on their paws was not touched. When I called to ask why their feet had been neglected (as my husband picked them up) the young man who answered said "they [the dogs] were coming at me" and "became defensive." Our dogs are 9 and 7 and have never once returned from any groomers (including PetSmart) with a similar report. I was so frustrated, I didn't ask about the disappointing condition of their coats. We were excited to think we'd found a great place to bring our dogs for grooming, but the search continues.

I also have two cats and my boy cat needs medication every day. He takes it fairly easy, but you still need somebody who knows what they're doing. So the first visit in the morning is a 45 minute visit the dogs get fed,and they take the time to go outside and really play with the dogs and throw the ball for them and make sure they get their exercise. While they're outside, she came in and gave the cats their wet food and the one his medicine and also cleaned out and checked the litter boxes and the water daily. On either of my first or second day, I got a phone call that there was a lot of blood in the house and one of my cats was bleeding profusely. She sent me a photo and I know the cat had a little red raspberry in that spot and I assume that either he bit it off or it got scratched off. it was quite a bit of blood and it wouldn't stop. Between Dana and Charlotte they took the cat to the vet who numbed the area and did something to stop the bleeding They also knew a Carpet Cleaner who came in the very next day and cleaned my chairs and the carpet. Dana and Charlotte went through and thoroughly cleaned my house because there was blood on the walls, on the floor, and everywhere I can't imagine another pet sitting company going to the degree that they went to to make sure my animals were safe and that my house and furniture was not ruined oh, and every visit I got several photos of each animal, which made me happy as well

Do not trust these people with your pets. My fiancée had left our dog there today for a full groom…read moreservice. When she had dropped him off, he was perfectly fine. I remember saying goodbye to him this morning, he was leaning on me and prancing around like he always does- he's very energetic. However, when we had got him back, he wasn't putting an ounce of his weight on his back right leg. He wasn't really standing up to walk around, which is strange for a dog who usually can't sit still. Something had obviously happened to our dog at this groomer. But when we asked, the staff denied any issue. They even said he was particularly easy for his nail trim, something I immediately knew was a white lie because my dog can't sit still for nails. I don't care who's doing them. We wanted to know what had happened because my fiancées a vet tech, we just wanted to know how to treat it. We didn't even ask for a refund, we simply wanted to help our dog. Yet they wouldn't stop lying directly to my and my fiancées faces. Not only did they not have the competence to clean and watch my dog for a few hours, they are completely unwilling to be straightforward and honest with their clientele. If you care about your dog, these are the last people you should be trusting with them.
