I can't say enough good things about this grooming place. Finding a groomer that doesn't use crates…read morewas really important to me, and this team truly delivers on that promise. My pup was able to stay in a calm, low-stress environment the entire time, which makes a noticeable difference. The quality of the grooming itself is outstanding--every detail is handled with care. The cut is always even, clean, and exactly what I ask for, and my dog comes back looking (and smelling) amazing every time. More importantly, my dog is relaxed and happy after each visit, which tells me everything I need to know about how they're treated. It's clear the staff genuinely care about the dogs, not just the end result. If you're looking for a place that prioritizes both high-quality grooming and a crate-free, compassionate experience, this is it.

Perhaps the bad reviews are just one offs. I have never seen a mad person ever. The "ADULT" managers they have are just perfect. I never understand the comments that like to degrade staff. I would strongly caution anyone considering this grooming salon…read more My dog was returned to me with multiple injuries, including a serious wound on her neck and several areas where her fur had been shaved down to the skin. I was never informed that she had been injured while in their care. I only discovered the extent of the damage after bringing her home and noticing her discomfort. The injuries became infected and required veterinary treatment, antibiotics, and over $250 in vet bills. Thankfully, she is now recovering, but no pet should have to suffer like this. What made this situation even more upsetting was the response afterward. When I contacted the owner, Mary, about the injuries, she claimed that my dog already had a hot spot and denied that the grooming process caused the wound. Based on the condition of my dog before the appointment and the injuries I found immediately afterward, I strongly disagree with that explanation. I understand that accidents can happen when working with animals. What is unacceptable is failing to notify the owner when a dog has been injured and then refusing to take responsibility when serious concerns are raised. Pet owners trust groomers to care for their animals safely and honestly, and in my experience, that trust was completely broken. The attached photo speaks for itself. I am sharing my experience so that other pet owners can make informed decisions and carefully inspect their pets after grooming appointments. I will never be returning and cannot recommend this business to anyone who values transparency, accountability, and the well-being of their pets.

You should absolutely go here to rescue the animals from THEM…read more We adopted a cat 2 months ago and she is the best cat ever. However they told us she had been spayed 2 days prior and she was cleared for adoption. Thinking they're the experts, we rolled with it. Not 2 days pass and we notice our kitten is shaking with fever, not eating, and meowing constantly. Then she threw up. We tried to take her to the Humane Society to seek help and was turned away by the employee working the desk because THEY DONT HAVE VETS. We took her to Petfolk who has an incredible staff and we still go there to this day. They helped us without an appointment and noted a 104 fever, dehydration and swelling in her abdomen. We were not given ANY information from the "humane" society on what to look for in case of infection from procedures or other illnesses. Their entire philosophy revolves around once you sign for them, the animal is no longer their problem. They do not care about the health of your pet once they have left the building. I am so disappointed with our experience. The only solace i have is that now our kitten is healthy and doing so well. Hire some real vets so your new pet parents have a place to go when (not IF but WHEN) something happens to your new pet 2 days after you adopt them and you dont have a vet yet. Our first week with our kitten was traumatizing, infuriating, and so frustrating as we tried to seek medical help for her. I feel so terribly for the reviewer from 4 months ago who had an almost identical situation, but had to surrender their cat due to medical bills to be potentially euthanized. If you're going to adopt a kitten, you should in order to save its life from the "vets" that work here. These people are absolute monsters.
