WE , that's myself and my Shih Tzu of 9 years had, HAD an appointment slated . I was informed before hand on the phone, that it could be up to a half hour wait time. One hour later and 5-6 people who got in ahead of us, even though we had an appointment and no communication at all from the desk person as to what was taking place. Emergencies I can understand , but a total and complete failure to keep your other appointments informed is a screaming failure in person to person service and ESPECIALLY to those of us who were, WERE going to come see you. You may think, you're the only game in town. Lady, I'm here to tell you in point blank language, you're only mainstay to remain in business this long is the EXTREME costs you charge to keep your doors open along with being in co-op with the Pasco Animal Emergency Clinic. $202.00 an hour for the initial exam that we never got is without any question in my mind , the only reason your in the animal medical field to begin with. I don't care what your operating costs are but if you are that much without a brain in your head to talk to the patients who arrive on time and wait and then wait even more and NO communication from you or your office staff is a sure fire indicator of greed. And that greedy train won't be collecting from us. we'll be going to WSU to get things done. You obviously don't give a sh*t. read more
