I love hot chicken but this was HOT! Beware, just like other reviews have said, their spice levels aren't what you'd usually expect. I usually order a hot or x-hot at other chicken places, so I did the same here and it was unbearable. I love my spicy food, but definitely couldn't taste the chicken through the heat. If you love spicy and want to actually to taste the chicken, go for the medium. If you usually do medium at other places, go mild. I ordered a mild tender and the chicken was actually pretty good! It's hot chicken. Not bad, but similar to other hot chicken places. I will say they don't mess around the spice so make sure you're not overestimating your heat tolerance. It's conveniently located in the Town Center shopping center and at least adds something we don't have in the area. Dining area was clean. Be mindful the food does take a little to come out. The sauce is good and the chicken is super coated with seasoning. You're definitely getting a punch of flavor here. Texas toast is alright. No complaints overall. So I went back again with family, and ordered couple classic meals #3 one hot chicken slider and one tender over toast with slaw, pickles, and fries. It's mild spicy, very savory on the chicken rub - imo a bit too much, #4 two hot chicken tenders over a buttery rice topped with slaw, pickles and Angry Chickz Sauce. This one we choose country which means not spicy. It's still very savory. Butter rice is interesting and Cole slaws too. Service is friendly, quick and vibe is very clean. Nothing like getting better that what I expected. First off, the slider was not a normal slider size, it was on a kids size burger bun. The tender was was big as well and all the toppings were perfectly portioned. Let's not forget the fries.....a very generous helping of fries were given to me. To preface-I've been to the Angry Chickz Hollywood location many times and loved it. I was so happy to see they've expanded this year and have this new location in Ontario. I came on opening week and #3 mild to-go. I was super happy with the cleanliness and ambiance of this location. I was actually heading to a different restaurant for a quick, late lunch, as usual, when I decided to try Angry Chickz for the first time. It appeared as if each food offering would be too much for me so I decided to order a la carte. I chose the chicken tender slider, mild, and an order of mac n cheese. The chicken had a strong paprika ? flavor, and seemed more intense than mild. It also had a very present, distinct l, peppery taste, like black pepper, yet, it still had flavor. I'm kind of neutral when it comes to how I feel about the taste, given the above. Don't get me wrong, it was not bad, I just don't know how I genuinely feel about it, yet. I can quite easily stand "hot," chicken, when it comes to the heat profile, but, "there's a method to my madness" when I try food for the first time. The mac n cheese was rich, creamy and delicious. The service was superb! The young lady that took my order was upbeat, confident and it was clear that she was happy on her job, and if she wasn't she knew enough not to show it. Great job Makayla! Keep that beautiful energy, it will pay off. The restaurant is clean, bright, and you don't feel like you're on top of each other- my kind of spot. It's not as good as I'd want it to be. I ordered the angry mac The fries are great because they are crispy and the seasoning is good! The pickles are sour and delicious but wish they would serve more. Signature sauce is sweet and has a nice umami flavor to it. The Mac and cheese is very disappointing. There is almost no flavor. The noodles were also a bit over cooked and a bit soft. Few franchises know how to make a good Mac n cheese. El pollo loco and KFC have excellent Mac and cheese's! The ambiance at the Ontario location is great, service was excellent, and bathrooms were very clean! The food however, was not up to par in my opinion. The mac & cheese was extremely overcooked, creating a mushy and liquidy consistency. The medium spiced chicken tenders were almost unbearable to eat as the spice overpowered all other flavors. Usually a medium at hot chicken restaurants are good baseline level spice and I have a pretty high spice tolerance so I was definitely disappointed as I had high hopes. Took 30 minutes to get our food. It wasn't even crowded. Not an appropriate wait time for a fast food place. Husband and I ordered the same thing, except he got hot and I got mild. Wrong stickers were placed on our food. I ended up with the hot and it was way too hot for me! Made my mouth burn and I don't tolerate foods that spicy. Even with 1 bite, I was uncomfortable! Wow I was so disappointed tonight after arriving to grab some food and I had five more minutes till they closed and they said they are done serving customers but they don't technically close till 12 so I'm confused why they stay open that late if they want to just rush to go home then go get a day job leave the night job to people who will do it right n serve food till 12! read more

Had an amazing experience seeing spiderman and rushed to come grab some Mac n cheeze from here. We arrived at 11:55 and ran from the parking lot to the front door where someone asked a worker that had just come outside if they would still be open from the brewery across. Unfortunately the worker said they were closed and wouldn't be accepting orders. I understand arriving 5 minutes before close but tbh if your not going to be accepting orders at 11:55 than close at 11:55 rather than stating you close at 12. All I wanted was a simple mac n cheese and I'm sure other people wanted food it seems your workers are selling you short of valuable customers who want to grab a food and eat at the establishment. Had a really good experience here shortly after they opened! Everyone working there was super nice and pleasant. The facilities were all clean and modern. I ordered the Hangry Fix and was pretty blown away. Super generous portion size and the buttery rice was so good with the chopped up tenders. Even though it was a ton of food, I didn't feel bad after I ate it. The ingredients tasted higher quality. Definitely will be back. read more

I will not be returning. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location. First time they forgot the chicken. I ordered the angry fries. Then they made it again and was way too spicy. I could not eat it. Mac and cheese has no flavor. Needs seasoning. I went on opening day and ordered the same thing and it was good. It wasn't crazy hot. But now twice that I have gone there the mild has been so hot I can't enjoy it. I ordered the angry fries and fries were cold just like last time and fries were crazy salty this time. I also bit into something that was so bad I had to spit it out right away. I still can't get the taste out of my mouth. I was excited to see a new restaurant going up next to my apartment but I will not be visiting again. And my coleslaw they didn't even fill it up. It was the same guy who was the cook as last time. The girl at the counter needs some training on customer service when a customer walks in she should have stopped putting lids on the sauces and greeted me. Instead she said hi and turned her back to me and continued to put lids on the sauces. I wrote a review last time and I got an email back saying they would contact me but never did. read more
