Best experience, hands down. Bethany was so helpful and gracious. She was nearby and noticed we were having trouble with our mobile order, upon further investigation, turns out, I ordered for the wrong location. Bethany told me what to do to remedy the situation. Victoria was also very helpful when ringing me up to expedite my reorder. My kids were exhausted and overstimulated and Bethany went out of her way to streamline the process and smooth out any hiccups that occurred. She even chit chatted with us and answered some questions I had about other franchises. What might have turned into a bad experience (my fault) turned into a really great one! Food came out great and fast. BUT I ordered a 6ct chocolate chip cookies @building#4350 chick-fil-a in Ontario mills Pkwy And they took 20-25 minutes to "bring" the cookies out. (I had already finished my spicy deluxe meal and was still waiting) They never came out so I had to go into the building and when I received the "fresh" cookies they were cold. Not worth the 20 minutes for cookies. Don't get me wrong I love chick fil a but I wouldn't want to go through this again. Thank you guys. read more

This is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! I want to thank the management and staff for being so amazing. We visited on 5/12 around 7:30 PM during a really busy work week, and it also happened to be my niece's birthday. What was supposed to be a quick visit to see her turned into such a memorable night. The staff went out of their way to sing "Happy Birthday" to her, and they truly made an ordinary, stressful work night feel special for our whole family. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and regularly buy the original iced coffee twice a day at various Chick-fil-A locations. Every Saturday night, I order it with no ice since Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays. During my recent visit, I politely asked Bella, the manager, for an empty cup of ice, and she refused. What made the experience especially disappointing was how rude and unprofessional her attitude was throughout the interaction. I've visited many Chick-fil-A locations and have always experienced excellent customer service, which is why this encounter stood out so negatively. This was by far the rudest manager interaction I've had at any location. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with more courtesy and professionalism. read more

Upsetting. I redeemed a reward on a mobile order for my meal and the fries were basically empty. I called to complain and no one ever answered the phone. This crew is on fire! It's 5:30am on a Thursday morning. What would normally be a stressful day at the airport turned to an incredibly pleasant experience. Cory (at store number 80737), helped my mom and I with our order. Unknowingly to us, we ordered the same thing but said one word differently. Cory caught every single thing we said which made my mom change the wrong word she said. If it weren't for Cory repeating back to us exactly what we said, she would have been unhappy with what she ordered even though it was exactly what she ordered. We paid and as I was leaving the incredibly long line behind me, I thanked him for listening so carefully even though it was so loud in here. He said it was his pleasure and only at that moment did I actually believe that overly-repeated phrase. He meant it. He smiled and moments later we got our food exactly to order. Thank you Cory and crew for a GREAT start to our vacation to Memphis. Side note, as I'm sitting in the dining area, there's a photo on the wall of a man beaming from ear to ear while he's about to take a bite of food. I'm convinced that he was also served by Cory because I'm also smiling while eating. It was my pleasure to eat here and be served by Cory. Sad, sad, sad, hair, hair,hair. There was a long hair in my honey pimento chicken sandwich. I had to open the bun for some reason and found it. That, coupled with my frustration with the drive thru line was a bad experience. in this drive-through, there is a two lane merge. Well the person in the other lane didn't think that I should merge. Rude asf dirty inside they make your food wrong and get mad when you ask to fix it and make you pay extra for sauces

I am on my way to Vegas and I stopped at Chick-fil-A i've eaten many of them in San Diego, and they're fairly good except for this experience. And i'm only giving it three stars, because one I had to use the bathroom, then the bathroom was atrocious, the service was not exceptional. We went through the drive through, and it was rather slow, the food I have to say, my husband liked his Chicken Sandwich. And he got chicken strips, and he got Waffle fries. I got the eight piece grilled tenders, which was a complete rip off because that could have fed or not even fed a bird. So if anybody out there is looking for grilled chicken tenders, this is not the place for you. I can't remark on the ambiance because I didn't really go inside. Came to eat with my 5 year old daughter while she was playing I went to get a refill on my drink and my daughter comes running towards me saying some little girls were being mean and the same little girls ran to there mother saying my daughter was being mean so the mother turns to me and says your daughter has been mean multiple times now to my kids and its four girls that look around the age of 6 years to maybe 8 years old so I told the mother it's probably all of them doing the same thing and she got upset and went to sit down my daughter just turned 5 years old and while I was getting a refill my daughter went back to play and while she walked back to the playground the woman screams at my child and says GET AWAY FROM MY KIDS !! so my daughter came to me and told me she screamed at her so I approached the women and told her not to yell at my child and she started cussing at me telling me to GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM HER talked about my appearance all In front of children and customers I was told by a worker if I wanted the police called I said yes but nothing happened the women was able to stay and eat and I was asked to go to another chic fil a instead of the person who was rowdy and Disrespectful people like this women feel Entitled and this is exactly why things like this happen all the time because there are no consequences for them they are allowed to scream at children who don't belong to them cuss at people and still stay in the establishment read more

I was on my way home tonight and thought I get a quick bite at Chick-fil-A near Ontario Mills Mall. I do enjoy their Original Deluxe Chicken Sandwich plus Strawberry Shake and that's what I got. Total bill came out to be $11.57 which is a little pricier than other fast food places that sells chicken sandwiches. But they are the original chicken as they say. Gotta go with the claim LOL. Chicken sandwich was very moist and tasty. Love it with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese plus their original sauce. Yummy! Strawberry ice cream shake is a sweet treat... so gratifying! Can't go wrong with this combo! Drive-thru staff was pleasant except for when I asked for a water, the lady at the window gave me a look. I still got my water though. Thank you! Wait time at the drive-thru is always long, but that's how it goes with a popular chicken sandwich restaurant. By the way, they are next door to In-N-Out. Burgers or Chicken Sandwiches... you pick! I am a big fan of Chic Fil A so this saddens me to write! I placed a pickup order, so not to have to deal with long waits as my lunch is only half an hour! I go inside and stand in the pick up line, it took them 11 minutes to bring my order out! All I ordered was a Cobb Salad! Ridiculous! I might as well have went through and ordered in the drive thru window! On top of that, I asked for a printed receipt and was told, they don't do that! Mind you, I have always asked for printed receipts and have always got one! So, I was a little more than annoyed at this point! I asked another associate, for a printed receipt and she was a little ire enthusiastic about helping me! She did print out my receipt and the other lady just made an ugly face towards me! Now, had I not already been in a rush, I would've asked to speak to a manager! This location really should rethink their pick up order process as right now it's extremely inconvenient!! read more

I was here late last night for dinner between 9 pm. and closing time at 10 pm. I was waiting down the street to pick someone up from a school. This restaurant was clean outside and inside. They had flowers on the tables, perhaps normally or still from Valentines Day. I ordered my meal to eat here and then I ordered at the last minute to surprise my friend with a meal. The workers here were very kind as usual. They seemed to be having fun, in good spirits, and enjoying their jobs. For my meal, I ordered 12 count nuggets, medium waffle fries, and a medium sweet tea. Everything was tasty for sure!!! They even got all my side sauce counts right! 3 bbq sauces, 1 honey roasted sauce, and 1 CFA sauce. Love them all !!! Just before leaving, I ordered my friend the regular CFA chicken sandwich, medium waffle fries, and a medium fruit punch. My poor friend! She was so hungry after school that she ate and drank all her stuff before I dropped her off 12 minutes later at her home. Apparently, she thought it was all really good too!
