What the heck happened? The staff is amazing but the food portions have shrunk to really embarrassing proportions. I ordered a regular size expecting the usual normal portions and was given two dozen over salty fries and a small soda. The burger has no weight, tastes extremely generic to before. I just can't believe how rude the lady is here. She messed up my order made an extra burrito when her coworker told her she tossed it in the trash as a lady was trying to buy food for the homeless friends. Then she didn't pay attention to the Oder and made tots instead of fries. She has a bad attitude and could of given the food to the lady but had no compassion at all. For a drive through the service was slow, but the food was hot and good once we received it. The service was friendly and the drink sizes were huge (a good thing). I was pleasantly surprised by the big ole cup I received for my medium drink. The burger patty itself though is pretty thin... covered in nearly a full head of lettuce. I came here to Bakers usually if I visit my parents or head to Vegas. This is the 3rd time that I tasted the ground beef. Years back I enjoyed the food from the ground beef tacos to the shredded beef. I preferred Bakers over Taco Bell and Del Taco. But now after Covid and that's been some years the meat now has no taco, feel old, and like a previous review it has made me sick a couple of times. I want during the day not late night. Taco Bell and Del Taco are much better that doesn't say much. What a shame I use to go a lot back in the days. Over price now and quality stinks now. This place is a weakness. My coworkers and I usually come here when we are craving burgers and want to be "bad". The drive through is convenient and this seems to be a popular lunch spot in the area. This is the only location I've been to and I've eaten inside and used their drive-thru. The customer service here is awesome! The employees always seem to be in a good mood, even when they get super busy. They have a large menu that was a bit daunting for me the first time I ordered. The lady working the register was very patient with me and nice about it. When my coworkers and I decide to eat here, it's usually the same lady at the register (I wonder if she knows us, haha). Same great customer service experience at the drive-thru. I've asked a bunch of questions or had complicated orders and they are always nice to me and actually get the order correct! The food here is good, too. I mean, it's fast food... but it's yummy. Many people like to compare this to In-N-Out because the burgers are kind of similar, but in my own opinion, they are two very different burgers. The patties have always been nice and juicy and I love that they don't skimp on the lettuce! My only comment is that sometimes the burgers are put together crooked - which makes for a messy burger. The experience in the drive thru was unbelievably slow. I would've left the line but it's only one lane and I was otherwise stuck. Once I finally got to the window, there were some challenges with knowing what to do with my gift card...which caused even more unnecessary delay. My veggie wrap was tasty, but my veggie soft tacos weren't. Even with that- I ordered one and was charged for two (at least it the second one was in the bag), but when I had already spent my entire lunch break there, and didn't have time to remove the item from the bill and the taco from the bag. I ended up ordering the Little Kitchen Mama meal with a Orange Fanta float. I asked for it plain since didn't want much and they ended up putting everything on it. There was even extra spread. The meat was dry and cold which was disappointing. The fries were soggy too. The taco was okay but not a favorite. The best thing was my float. They put the right amount of soda and right amount of ice cream so that was great.
