What happened to this place!!! They use to serve great tacos , burgers and fries. Today we just got tacos and fries and the tacos barely had anything in them and the fries had sooo mush salt on them we couldn't even eat them ! Maybe that's why there was nobody in line. Went here a couple days ago. A shredded beef burrito and a kids burger meal came to over $20. The lady at the drive through didn't even offer us any ketchup or hot sauce. Also, for some reason they put the burrito in the same bag with the kids meal items. read more

I just can't believe how rude the lady is here. She messed up my order made an extra burrito when her coworker told her she tossed it in the trash as a lady was trying to buy food for the homeless friends. Then she didn't pay attention to the Oder and made tots instead of fries. She has a bad attitude and could of given the food to the lady but had no compassion at all. This is not the first issue I've had here. I remember why I don't came to this bakers. The other lady apologized many times but it doesn't make up for the lack of respect, kindness and attention to others or their orders. I will just drive right on by from now on. The Hispanic lady who was working the drive thru took way too long to complete my order. I was l sitting at the drive thru for 10-15 minutes. She was rude. Years back I enjoyed the food from the ground beef tacos to the shredded beef. I preferred Bakers over Taco Bell and Del Taco. But now after Covid and that's been some years the meat now has no taco, feel old, and like a previous review it has made me sick a couple of times. I want during the day not late night. I was pleasantly surprised by the big ole cup I received for my medium drink. The burger patty itself though is pretty thin... covered in nearly a full head of lettuce. This place is a weakness. My coworkers and I usually come here when we are craving burgers and want to be "bad". The drive through is convenient and this seems to be a popular lunch spot in the area. This is the only location I've been to and I've eaten inside and used their drive-thru. The customer service here is awesome! The employees always seem to be in a good mood, even when they get super busy. They have a large menu that was a bit daunting for me the first time I ordered. The lady working the register was very patient with me and nice about it. When my coworkers and I decide to eat here, it's usually the same lady at the register (I wonder if she knows us, haha). Same great customer service experience at the drive-thru. I've asked a bunch of questions or had complicated orders and they are always nice to me and actually get the order correct! The food here is good, too. I mean, it's fast food... but it's yummy. Many people like to compare this to In-N-Out because the burgers are kind of similar, but in my own opinion, they are two very different burgers. The patties have always been nice and juicy and I love that they don't skimp on the lettuce! My only comment is that sometimes the burgers are put together crooked - which makes for a messy burger. The experience in the drive thru was unbelievably slow. I would've left the line but it's only one lane and I was otherwise stuck. Once I finally got to the window, there were some challenges with knowing what to do with my gift card...which caused even more unnecessary delay. My veggie wrap was tasty, but my veggie soft tacos weren't. Even with that- I ordered one and was charged for two (at least it the second one was in the bag), but when I had already spent my entire lunch break there, and didn't have time to remove the item from the bill and the taco from the bag. So in high school, I loved this place and remember walking down the street with my friends just to go get a Mama meal. I finally got my Bakers fix and it is not what I remember! I ended up ordering the Little Kitchen Mama meal with a Orange Fanta float. I asked for it plain since didn't want much and they ended up putting everything on it. There was even extra spread. The meat was dry and cold which was disappointing. The fries were soggy too. The taco was okay but not a favorite. The best thing was my float. They put the right amount of soda and right amount of ice cream so that was great. I dunno maybe it was just because I was young and it was the local hangout that made me love this place, but sadly I won't be returning. read more

My experience with particular drive thru Bakers was that my order was incorrect. I was very frustrated because we made sure to confirm that there was no cheese on my double baker . The person taking the order took it correctly as it reflected NO AMERICAN CHEESE on my receipt. I didn't notice until I was home. Coming from a 6 hour flight I did not go back. I was very disappointed but feel it important to express my experience in hopes that it will not happen to someone else. Having been in the service industry I know the importance of keeping your customer's happy which then leads to return visits. This will not be happening in my case.
