Sketchy Jack in the Box is sketchy. We came here for a quick bite, before our plans at the Toyota Arena. During this visit we were the only two people dining here. While we were here, the single bathroom was constantly "in use" by whoever would wander in and out of this location. When I was able to use the bathroom, it was filthy... but it did have a mirror. I travel to this area a couple times a year and at times will stop in at this location for lunch. There is a noticeable improvement of the cleanliness, customer service and food quality during this visit (April 2025) from the past. I asked a worker if he was the new owner as he was cleaning the tables and emptying the bins and he introduced himself as Juan the new manager, while he asked my name and thanked me for coming in. The great customer service changed the experience, even if it is just a fast food stop. read more

I went through the drive thru and had the worst customer service ever thanks to Bertha. I ordered the munchie meal with double Jr jumbo jack meal, simple or so I thought. Next thing I know she's asking be what sides I want with it. This meal already comes with sides so I was confused so I just said fries and she then said what else, I asked for jalapeño poppers and that set her off!! This food service was terrible. First the chicken strips were dried. And I asked for a new one and then I got another dried chicken strip. They were annoyed about me asking for another new one. Keep in mind we already paid we came from the drive thru. In top of that I asked for specific sauce the cilantro avocado lime ranch they gave me Mariana sauce. It was our mistake and we had thought our order was wrong but then we said never mind and sorry. Came here during my lunch break. Decided to take a break from chipotle. Horrible mistake. The lady working at the window needs customer service training. I am appalled by what she said as someone that works in customer service. She must've assumed I don't know Spanish. I arrive to the window and I greet her. She doesn't greet me & automatically gives me my total. Ok whatever. She asks me what sauce & I said no sauce. Apparently she didn't hear me & proceeds to ask what sauce again & i said no sauce. As she walks away to bag my order the window is still open & I hear her say "habla con huevos" which directly translates to "talk with some balls" like EXCUSE ME!? This is no way to talk about PAYING customers. Called to talk to a manager and apparently there isn't one it's Sunday 2/25/24 around 12 pm. Even have a hand written sign on Drive thru window stating there is a charge for all sauce's unless you purchase a small list of certain items, even then that includes only one sauce ie~ bbq, ranch, s&s, buffalo. Ridiculous!! My last encounter as of 6/16/2020 I tried to place a order for a small popcorn chicken (not the combo) the employee told me they no longer serve small orders, only Large. The charge for this large popcorn chicken was $7.79! That is the price of Large popcorn chicken combo at any other Jack in the box in area.. To begin my post if I can RATE THIS PLACE -100 I would if I could !!! I came across the worst situation anyone could possibly come across . During my break on Monday, August 12, i am barley writing about my situation because I was more concerned about my own health & in and out of doctors appointment,then worry about writing my post .I went with my friend to jack in the box and she purchased a shake for me when as I was enjoying my shake I felt something weird in my mouth . As I spit something out it was a foreign object that clearly shouldn't be in my shake. I investigated my shake a little more and began to realize THERE WAS METAL SHARD IN MY SHAKE along with tiny granules of metal sitting at the bottom. This is so unacceptable!!!! On top of that the employees shown absolutely no genuine concern for what I was telling them and refused to provide an upper management phone number to express my concerns. It's not just my safety, to think about how many children may have gotten that shake as well... because that is really dangerous. Went in today to get a gift card and food, but apparently the gift cards are cash only? which is weird since most people (like myself) do not carry cash anymore, half of us don't even carry cards due to Apple Pay.
