Pretty standard in terms of Jack in the Box locations if you've ever been to one before. The people are friendly in the facilities were clean. It was pretty chill vibe the evening I went because it was on a weekday after work. I came in to get the promo of two tacos for $.75 to celebrate their anniversary. I also got a grilled cheese on sourdough bread. The food was what I expected so I can't complain. And because the place wasn't super busy at the time in the parking was easy in a lot. read more

Jack in the Box - Got the Two Tacos anniversary deal for 75 cents and grilled cheese on sourdough - Burgers Near Me - Ontario, California

Stop charging people for cheese when they don't want cheese and stop lying and saying the ranch is in the bag when the ranch is not in the bag, it's not easy to you, but it's easy to the world. Everyone says don't go to the shitty Jack-in-the-Box and now I see why even the little things they can't get right. read more

Sketchy Jack in the Box is sketchy. We came here for a quick bite, before our plans at the Toyota Arena. During this visit we were the only two people dining here. While we were here, the single bathroom was constantly "in use" by whoever would wander in and out of this location. When I was able to use the bathroom, it was filthy... but it did have a mirror. As we left, there was a single homeless man pacing in front, yelling mostly gibberish. PROPS: Food quality was fine, and consistent with other Jack in the Box locations. SLOPS: Very awkward vibe, due to the locals that just hang out around this location. read more

For Jacks, this location was hands down for good quality, service, and just how modern, and the interior of the dining room is. The food is always fresh, and the service is always excellent. Many Jack's locations could learn a thing or to from this location. read more

This isn't specifically the restaurant but Jack in the Box in general.. $14 for tacos and a burger. The quality of this burger was worse than the $2 mini burgers they used to have. FOURTEEN DOLLARS. Chilis 3 for me, In n Out double combo, and 2 little ceasars pizzas will all cost the same as this lousy burger and fried tacos. Then here comes "Jack B" offering for you to send an email that goes no where. Just change your Name to Tax in the Box since you want to charge quality restaurant prices for play-dough food I hope to see all locations taken over by spirit Halloween someday read more

I travel to this area a couple times a year and at times will stop in at this location for lunch. There is a noticeable improvement of the cleanliness, customer service and food quality during this visit (April 2025) from the past. I asked a worker if he was the new owner as he was cleaning the tables and emptying the bins and he introduced himself as Juan the new manager, while he asked my name and thanked me for coming in. The great customer service changed the experience, even if it is just a fast food stop. read more

Don't come here if you like being met with attitude and impatience. the workers also care more about their time to the point where sometimes they have you back to reset it. They also dismiss you if you call, ( could've been communication problem) but overall I was made to feel like a nuance. read more

I went through the drive thru and had the worst customer service ever thanks to Bertha. I ordered the munchie meal with double Jr jumbo jack meal, simple or so I thought. Next thing I know she's asking be what sides I want with it. This meal already comes with sides so I was confused so I just said fries and she then said what else, I asked for jalapeño poppers and that set her off!! She yelled at me and then said, you can choose fries, curly fries, jalapeño poppers, or 2 tacos. I don't know what part of ordering a side that she mentioned she didn't seem to understand but she must have been having a bad night to yell at a customer over her incompetence. I decided to not continue my order. The car behind me also had a problem ordering something with her. I hope her manager Juan trains her on customer service and they take her off the drive thru read more

Whoever was running the drive thru tonight (3/1/25 around 10:30pm) was so kind! I saw a lot of bad reviews about customer service so I wanted to share a good one. Got back to our hotel and the food was hot and fresh. Your typical cheap Jack in the box food but always hits the spot. read more

This food service was terrible. First the chicken strips were dried. And I asked for a new one and then I got another dried chicken strip. They were annoyed about me asking for another new one. Keep in mind we already paid we came from the drive thru. In top of that I asked for specific sauce the cilantro avocado lime ranch they gave me Mariana sauce. So they say a lot about how attentive they are. Didn't apologize about the chicken strips either. I would rather go to chick fil an across the street or drive to another location that will service me with manners more polite customer service. Fs will not get that at this location. read more

Small place for dine in. Service is good for Holiday period. Just grateful they open during Christmas. Had Sourdough Combo and Stuffed Jalapeño. They were good. I enjoy their fountain drink, variety flavors!!! Pretty tasty too for their lemonades. Less guilt with their no sugar on it. Skipped Teriyaki bowl though. Had some plastic taste, kinda like 7-eleven reheat food. read more

I came back for a late night munch with my son , I recognized the mid 30s Hispanic lady working there, she had such an attitude, she told us to back up from the window so we would not see through the window, she must've done something to the food, because the tacos tasted weird and nasty could not even eat the rest. If the manager sees this please do something with the drive thru girl. read more

If i could negative stars I would. I don't usually leave negative reviews but the service was deserving. It was our mistake and we had thought our order was wrong but then we said never mind and sorry. This was after the manager we had spoken to who opened our food with her bare hands and proceeded to throw away our food. After we had apologized she continued to be rude and disrespectful saying we were telling her how to do our job even though we didn't say anything about her and had already apologized....saddest part is i wanted to order a milkshake and didn't get too and now we miss our food she threw away :/ L jack in the box L manager L service Hopefully the next person that goes does not get to experience her service or have to be a victim of her attitude:/ read more

Came here during my lunch break. Decided to take a break from chipotle. Horrible mistake. The lady working at the window needs customer service training. I am appalled by what she said as someone that works in customer service. She must've assumed I don't know Spanish. I arrive to the window and I greet her. She doesn't greet me & automatically gives me my total. Ok whatever. She asks me what sauce & I said no sauce. Apparently she didn't hear me & proceeds to ask what sauce again & i said no sauce. As she walks away to bag my order the window is still open & I hear her say "habla con huevos" which directly translates to "talk with some balls" like EXCUSE ME!? This is no way to talk about PAYING customers. Called to talk to a manager and apparently there isn't one it's Sunday 2/25/24 around 12 pm. I hope corporate sees this & gives the jack in the box team some extra training in customer service because this is unacceptable. Will not have my business again. read more

This review is for the Arrow Rte. location in Rancho Cucamonga CA! First, let start by saying I literally live 2-3 blocks away from here. My wife order through door dash, since the Jacks app sucks and doesn't let order go through. Door dash itself sucks bad cause it very limited on choices and have to get large side for some dumb reason. Food quality and service has really been in the toilet at this location for a long time. Our fries where super salty, and cold. What happened to when they would cook food to order???? On top of inflation issues and cost food shouldn't taste like it's been premade and sitting!!!! Jack's I will give up on you! Also,to add they usually forget napkins have the time. Get it together management and staff.... This is embarrassing and wrong!!! read more

Gabby is so rude on the drive thru. She so unprofessional I don't even know how she got hired. They just hire anybody.

This Jack in the Box franchisee is a major penny pincher! Even have a hand written sign on Drive thru window stating there is a charge for all sauce's unless you purchase a small list of certain items, even then that includes only one sauce ie~ bbq, ranch, s&s, buffalo. Ridiculous!! My last encounter as of 6/16/2020 I tried to place a order for a small popcorn chicken (not the combo) the employee told me they no longer serve small orders, only Large. The charge for this large popcorn chicken was $7.79! That is the price of Large popcorn chicken combo at any other Jack in the box in area.. Avoid this Jack in the box unless you don't mind paying at least $2 more for there mediocre menu. read more

Literally come here multiple times a week for over 8 years cause it's by my work. Wanted to order some food and the employee doesn't let me use the bathroom until I order food. This isn't the damn ghetto but apparently they think it is. I'm not blaming the employee cause it was probably his manager that implemented that policy. Not coming back to this location. Absolute garbage policy even if I wasn't going to order food. What kind of scum doesn't let someone pee in a bathroom. read more

Update since I last came to this location. Looks like they hired articulate people but this morning I'd thought I'd give them a shot. 1. Vomit fest Sausage and Egg breakfast burrito, how hard can that be ? Tortilla Eggs Cheese Sausage Easy right ? This is what I got ; Bacon bits Nacho gooey cheese And for some reason a torn piece of potato at the bottom. It was probably the most disgusting thing I've ever had. I called the location but the phone doesn't work. Totally awful location don't come here. read more

I dont come much but when I do I'm always satisfied I havent had a bad experience with this location, the customer sevice was good during my visit. I come here after work sometimes late at night, and lately I've noticed how slowly the drivethru is. To begin my post if I can RATE THIS PLACE -100 I would if I could !!! I came across the worst situation anyone could possibly come across . During my break on Monday, August 12, i am barley writing about my situation because I was more concerned about my own health & in and out of doctors appointment, then worry about writing my post .I went with my friend to jack in the box and she purchased a shake for me when as I was enjoying my shake I felt something weird in my mouth . As I spit something out it was a foreign object that clearly shouldn't be in my shake. I investigated my shake a little more and began to realize THERE WAS METAL SHARD IN MY SHAKE along with tiny granules of metal sitting at the bottom. This is so unacceptable!!!! On top of that the employees shown absolutely no genuine concern for what I was telling them and refused to provide an upper management phone number to express my concerns. It's not just my safety, to think about how many children may have gotten that shake as well... because that is really dangerous. Moral of the story go to in n out across the street don't waste your time and money on this horrible place . read more
