    Outdoor seating

Ok so this location in Ontario has been here for a hot minute but was just renovated not too long ago and it looks great! They've increased their outdoor seating to accommodate more guests and have a much larger drive thru and parking lot area. Their service is always fast and easy as Audriana assisted me in my indecisive for onions or grilled onions on my burger. (Hey its been a day..) anyway, she made it easy for me to just order what I want. Shes super friendly as im sure they all are. Also a great smile and i appreciated that. Thanks In n Out! (Its just off the 10fwy and Vineyard)

BEST IN-N-OUT in the IE! I've been dragged along to many locations by friends and I've never been wowed like I was during my visit at this location. I made a 1am visit after a long night of convention antics, I'm super happy I stopped by. I never once felt rushed or stressed, the drive-thru experience was seamless. I ordered a Double-Double meal with fries and a Diet Coke (I know, I'm dumb). Everything tasted great, the fries especially! The gentleman at the window was thorough and made sure everything was in my to-go bag. I noticed the tables out front were PACKED! I'm surprised this location isn't 24/7 as it's near the freeway and many hotels! I got a family-friendly vibe at this In-N-Out, I felt welcomed and respected. Note: This location has TWO drive-thru lines, I LOVE this idea. It certainly helped prevent traffic congestion. I was in-n-out for the first time in forever.

This is the closest In-N-Out to my house. I love the quality of the food. And I adore the quality of customer service from every single employee I encountered, but it is In-N-Out and I have never had a bad experience anywhere even while traveling. This is the best all American Hamburger that can be bought and I pity the parts of the country who do not have access to the best burger in the world.

It was 57°F on May 1, 2025 at 11:15pm in Ontario, California... I was waiting in a super long line for In-N-Out Burger: the iconic, brand name that probably will never come to Hawaii... Two windows for ordering were open, so it went relatively quickly... the workers are so efficient and friendly! Note: I think the crowd was made up of high school students with high energy. They were loud and hyperactive. I just stayed still... hoping to not get crushed... LOL! I ordered the #2 Combo Meal: cheeseburger with chopped grilled onion, Fries well done, and a refillable medium drink! I had to ask for a refill at the window because this location has no self-service area. I ate quite quickly because it was a bit windy outside. There's no indoor dining here. Uhg. I guess I would return if I landed at Ontario International Airport again - since this In-N-Out closes at 1am!

My first ever BAD REVIEW of an In-N-Out Burger. This is really hard for me because I LOVE this chain. This location has drive thru and OUTSIDE dining only. I prefer inside dining but not a deal breaker (I have eaten at other outdoor only locations and they were fine). This place is just super slow and UNORGANIZED. Stood outside in line for a few minutes and the line wasn't moving at all. Gabe up and got in my car and did the drive thru and that was slow too! Love the chain, will just go to a different location next time!

They did an excellent remodeling of this place compared to what it was. Bring your sunblock if you're sitting outside in the 100°+ temperatures. Guaranteed you'll be more cooked than your food. And you and your food will bake despite In N Out futile attempts to place a small roof over the seating area. I don't know who's brilliant idea was to not have a seating area enclosure with AC but obviously they don't live in southern California. Drive thru only unless you want your little buns to bake sitting outside.

Worse fries I've ever had at In n Out. Cold and every one was overcooked crunchy.

Best drive thru cashier ever! I did not have to repeat one item or tweak what I wanted...as in lite ice and grilled onions. The left side drive thru took more than 10 min before we reached the window to pick up our order. The burgers were great. The fries were not, no bueno. They looked and tasted like they were from the bottom of the warmer. There was not one fry larger than an inch and a half long. They were all super crunchy, not a soft fresh normal sized fry in the boat! Such a disappointment. We can't afford to eat out much. So when we do it is with great thought about what and where we will eat. I'm very bothered by the quality of my fries vs what I spent on them. I'm sure the wait time contributed to them being cold. But you can visually see those little baby fries are not what should be served by In n Out!

Double double with whole grilled onions

The food is always good here, always hot and the cheese is perfectly melted. I always add the whole grilled onions. A lot of people don't like fries from in n out but they're honestly ok. Milkshakes are always so good too. The service is good, they're super friendly. Depending on the time you go will honestly depend on how fast you get the food. The place is always super chill, just burgers and vibes.

    Animal style double double

Animal style double double with extra grilled onions! So cheesy, with that classic American yellow cheese, combined with those crunchy sour pickles, the tangy ketchup and that signature creamy special sauce. It's an orgasam for the mouth. The fries I always get well done, extra crispy! They have no indoor seating at this location and a very long car line. We we served quickly enough though and found a table. It's always very crowded here but that burger is phenomenal, plus we got chocolate milkshakes as a treat and I was on cloud nine. If loud ambiance bothers you I suggest eating in your car or taking it to go. Definitely worth it!!!

I arrived at MOOYAH Burgers (Upland) on Sunday (around 10AM). Parking is very easy. The lot is big. Although I arrived at opening hours, MOOYAH Burgers only unlocked their doors around 10:10AM. Staff is professional and pleasant. Staff worked hard, and the location felt understaffed. I was the first customer that day, and my food took 11 minutes and two seconds. Fairly slow for a cheeseburger. As mentioned, I ordered the MDC ($10.99). It arrived picturesque. Unfortunately, its appearance was tastier than its ingredients. The buns were toasted and extremely buttery, but they easily flatten like cheap, thrift store hotdog buns. There's no bounce. Then, its meat patties tasted bitter and dry. The best part of this burger was the gooey, well-melted American cheese which desperately tried to distract from all its shortcomings. Regarding ambiance, MOOYAH Burgers (Upland) felt clean and comfortable. The tables are well wiped, and the floors are swept. There's also a restroom in the back. The decor felt sleek and modern. Overall, I had a disappointing experience at MOOYAH Burgers (Upland). The location is not horrible, but it's also not great. At the very least, the burgers make a pretty photo. 3.4 out of 5

Stupid me for just checking that I had 4 burgers tonight, and not unwrap them to check them individually. When I got home I find out that every single one was wrong. I had hungry kids so I tried to scrape off and salvage when I could to get them eating, and then drove all the way back to get it made fixed. When I asked to speak to a manager, apparently there is no manager there in the evenings, I told the woman who came to the counter that every single burger was wrong and showed her the receipt. She asked what was wrong about them, so I started going down the list and she never offered to remake it the right way or really offered any remedy so I said just refund the whole thing if you're not going to even offer to make it right. If I have to do your quality check, and unwrap every item to scrutinize it, I would rather just not give your restaurant my business. I tried to get in touch with their corporate office and they have not responded in a week. Looks like the whole thing is going downhill since Corky passed away. What a shame.

I walked out questioning everything I thought I knew about meat, gravity, and the limits of human pleasure. The roast beef? Stacked so high it looked like it had its own zip code. Each slice folded with the precision of a luxury origami artist. Juicy? No. "Juicy" is what you call a decent orange. This was a cascading waterfall of savory perfection, a meaty Niagara Falls flowing directly into my soul. And the curly fries... don't even get me started. These weren't fries. These were golden, spiraled relics crafted by ancient potato gods. Every bite had the crunch of thunder and the seasoning of a secret recipe probably guarded by a council somewhere deep underground. I'm convinced if you listen closely while eating them, you can hear whispers of greatness. Then came the sauce. Arby's sauce isn't just a condiment--it's a lifestyle choice. Tangy, sweet, slightly smoky... like a cowboy wrote a love letter and turned it into liquid form. I dipped once and immediately understood why people risk it all for flavor. Halfway through the meal, time slowed down. My senses sharpened. I could hear conversations across the restaurant, smell sandwiches that hadn't even been ordered yet. I achieved a higher plane of fast-food consciousness. By the last bite, I wasn't full--I was transformed. I briefly considered quitting my job and dedicating my life to telling others about what I had just witnessed. 10/10. Not a meal. A pilgrimage.
