I was told their clock is showing 8:05 well my phone still said 7:59. It appears as though they have their clocks set fast so they can clear out their lobby earlier than they need to. For what fast food workers are making now, especially in California, I would expect better service. Most places would be happy to help instead of shutting down early. So I went to KFC/Taco Bell and ordered food for my family. At the drive thru, my order had to be confirmed multiple times to make sure nothing was missed (prompted by the person taking my order). It has a rating of a 1 probably for a very good reason. I gave it a 2 stars . It started off as a 5 and just went down quick. What a pleasure giving my order to a competent person on the other end. He was great! That's where the 2 stars went was his awesome customer service. Then when I got to the window it all changed, I knew it wasn't the same gentleman I spoke to over the ordering speaker. My good was given back to me all wrong, and he had to be corrected , I guess. Came here today at 8:30 to pick up my order. Staff said to wait 7 mins because they're cooking new tenders. I waited patiently for 15 mins. Until another staff member came to see my order and proceeded to tell me they're gonna have to make the fries. I asked how much longer and they said 3 more mins. It seemed like they were already closing and they expected me to cancel or something. I came at 8:30 when order showed ready to pickup.
