Finally when one of the zombies decided to take my order, he was so zoned out and was so short with answers, no eye contact, and had no manners. I was told their clock is showing 8:05 well my phone still said 7:59. It appears as though they have their clocks set fast so they can clear out their lobby earlier than they need to. For what fast food workers are making now, especially in California, I would expect better service. Most places would be happy to help instead of shutting down early. I've been having a really bad week after having to put my cat down. The only thing I wanted today was mac and cheese and I 100% did not want to cook. So I went to KFC/Taco Bell and ordered food for my family. At the drive thru, my order had to be confirmed multiple times to make sure nothing was missed (prompted by the person taking my order). Then they had me pull up to the front. They gave me my order. I was an idiot because I didn't check my order before leaving. But seriously, how the heck were 2 large mac and cheese sides missed? Should've gone to a different kfc, but i was closer to this one than the one near me. The chicken and soda were good...wanted crispy and got original, but they could've been out, which happens. Got mac&cheese cause they no longer have green beans (been a couple yrs since i've been to this location, maybe i forgot they were taken off their menu?). Mac&cheese was a bit burnt. The biscuit was very hard. Putting it in the microwave worked for about a min, then it went back to being hard again. Asked for butter from the guy who gave me my order. He suggested honey also.
