Horrible Customer Service. I walked in, saw no one at the register, waited a few seconds before I shouted out that I needed to place an order. One employee yelled out another's employee's name. I waited a few more minutes and shouted that I wanted to place an order. No ONE acknowledged me nor came to the register. I walked out and went to In-and-Out read more

This place is a real disaster they are so under staffed and always running out of things. Why would they make it into a two restaurant store if they can't either one running well? And I had two combos and not a single straw napkin or receipt. read more

So I don't think the restaurant is nearly as bad as other people described. They are definitely understaffed, however I thought the staff working were actually really nice unlike some other reviewers. This place's problem lies in that it has very options, when i went not only was none of the Taco Bell menu available, but half the KFC menu. In terms of food idk i'd say it's what you'd expect from a KFC. read more

If I could leave a negative I would. First my order was wrong, good thing I checked it. Second I get back to my office and noticed I could only each half my order because the rest was old chicken and the biscuit was hard and dry. $10 for the meal and it made me sick. I will be taking it back when I get off with. Shame on them for selling it. read more

Wow this is the most nastiest place I have ever been to when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately all of their staff at night that I encountered was absolutely horrible all coming to the window screaming at me while I'm trying to order food and make it clear they need better customer service skills... The manager was the one that took me by surprise the most.. she is definitely not a leader and definitely a follower. Unfortunately none of those children working there will amount to anything if they don't know how to take constructive criticism. Guess what children currently working at KFC.. grow up and learn how to act accordingly when it comes to your paycheck. read more

Should've gone to a different kfc, but i was closer to this one than the one near me. The chicken and soda were good...wanted crispy and got original, but they could've been out, which happens. Got mac&cheese cause they no longer have green beans (been a couple yrs since i've been to this location, maybe i forgot they were taken off their menu?). Mac&cheese was a bit burnt. The biscuit was very hard. Putting it in the microwave worked for about a min, then it went back to being hard again. Asked for butter from the guy who gave me my order. He suggested honey also. I said ok. Got home and had 8 honey and no butter (could've run out of that too, which can also happen). Now i remember part of why i don't come to this kfc location anymore. Hope i remember the next time i'm over there and have a craving for kfc. read more

I hate to leave bad reviews but this please just doesn't really care about customer service, I hope the corporate office or franchise owner gets to read this sometime, obviously they don't care about their reviews. I work in the surrounding area of the Ontario Mills mall, I had a guy go get lunch and sent me a picture of the menu (attached) I saw their 5pc chicken tenders which are showed to include mash potatoes and coleslaw in the picture. Once I receive my order there was no mashed potatoes nor coleslaw in the order. I contacted the restaurant thinking it could've been a mixup or whatever. The person on the phone said, it might've been my mistake, and that I order the wrong meal. I showed up to the restaurant thinking I can just exchange the food or add whatever was missing I asked for the manager who pretty much said "that's the way it is" I asked about corporate number they denied the info and they said they can only give us the store number because this is a franchise and they can't do anything about it. Long story short I was not asking for any handouts nor free food I just wanted what was advertised and what I paid for. I got my refund and I can honestly say this has been a very disappointing experience. read more

This place should have negative 5 star. A KFC run out of chicken to sell to customers, not once but twice I been here. This will be the last time comming here. Also rude employees, not properly trained. I was getting 1 of 12 PC original meal and 1 of 12 PC extra crispy meal, since they don't have chicken then I went to Yoshinoya and got 8 combo meal and took only 10 min. read more

Poor management. No biscuits. no extra crispy. This happens to many locations. Terrible company

Well I decided to try going back. Can't say it's gotten better but I can definitely say it's worse. I went at 1:40 pm, the drive thru line was really long so we decided to go in. When we got in there was a guy in front of us and they were taking his order. As soon as they finished taking his order they walked away like we weren't even standing there. They didn't come back for 8 minutes. This whole time other employees were walking back and forth NO ONE STOPPED TO SAY SOMEONE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU OR ANYTHING ELSE. I said excuse me and the manager actually turned his back to me. Finally the manager came to take our order and just seemed like we were an inconvenience, it was incredibly rude. My bf wanted their wings though and he didn't wanna leave so we stayed and waited. Overall it took 30 minutes to get our food. When the girl came to bring it to us, I asked if it would just be faster to use the drive through next time. She rolled her eyes, said i don't know then just asked what sauce we wanted. It was rude. Onto the food..... the only edible part was the Taco Bell food. The wings were over cooked and bland, they only put sauce on half the wings and they didn't even bring our drinks we had to ask for them. I will not be going back. I understand we are in a pandemic but that's no excuse for shit customer service, or bad food. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place. I waited 15 minutes at the speaker box before they even took my order on lunch to get lunch. Only one car at the window before me. Then the guy gave terrible customer service. He act like he didn't want to be bothered & didn't want to be there. read more

They need to close those bitch down every time it something with them fuckkk read more

Would have given zero if I could. Everyone in the restaurant was given an incorrect order. They were out of almost every side for the kfc half. The back of the house is lazy and doesn't do anything while the one taking the order is slow, incompetent and high off some sort of drug. I heard almost every customer complain about them and one of them was even getting mocked. read more

I should have read the reviews before I wasted my time coming here. Ordered a Mac and cheese bowl. The girl that took my order was professional. The kid working the window is a complete jerk. Handed me my food which was just thrown in a bag, fries were no longer in their container, instead they were all over the bag. He then handed me my drink, I checked the bag and there was no straw, he also didn't give me one. Had to wait for him to open the window again and ask for a straw, which clearly annoyed him. I then asked for KFC sauce and he tried to charge me, I told him to forget about it and drove off. Maybe i don't eat at KFC enough but I've never been charged for a sauce. I'm not sure if they really do charge or if he was just being an A-hole. Either way, I'll Never come back here. The Mac and cheese was cold, the chicken did not taste fresh nor did the fries. It all went to the trash. I guess I learned a lesson today. If anyone reads this, hopefully you didn't make the same mistake I did. These reviews and ratings are pretty accurate, don't waste your money or time here. Go across the street to raising canes or in N out! read more

Taco Bell/ KFC at Ontario Mills is selling War Time Tacos. Apparently besides gas prices sky rocketing, Taco Bell is charging full price for Taco Supremes and they are rationing on all the ingredients it takes to make a taco Supreme. See pic and that's the fattest of the 3 tacos I got. read more

Rude employees. I ordered from the Taco Bell side of this location in the KFC LOCATION. 3 bean and cheese burritos one no sauce. Repeated the Order. When I got to the window I asked which one was no sauce? The duffus shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know". I handed the bag back and asked him to mark the one with no sauce. A women out of my sight took the bag from him and threw it hard all the way past the window into the sofa section and almost hit the employee. She made 3 more put them in separate bags and the plain one was now stuffed with so many onions. 2 year old couldn't eat it. She wasted 3 burritos and who knows what else she did if her anger issues are this bad. No more TACO Bell. Do better KFC/ Taco Bell. I'm done with you read more

This location is disgusting. First of all, there was a huge puddle of water right in front of the register and instead of cleaning it up, they just placed a "wet floor" sign over it. The floor hasn't been swept in who knows how long. The tables were sticky and full of crumbs. The trash cans were overflowing and we couldn't even throw our food away, so we had to just set it on top. There were several trays stacked on top as well. They also ran out of straws, so they gave us bendy straws. read more

We drove up like at 8:32 to order some food. I was craving a biscuit. They told me that their oven was off already and it would take about 30 minutes for them to turn it back on. I don't understand why they would turn it off if it was not near closing time. We still ordered some food though. read more

Craving their wings all day, and thought you know it's been awhile! So I ordered the 12pc wings, not gonna lie was confused about the "unsauced" wings because again it's been awhile.... let me tell you, they were NASTY. Idk why KFC thought it was a good idea to change the recipe on these but they were the best thing on the menu. These new wings are honestly so gross. So much nasty ass breading, NO flavor. Those wings were the only reason I kept going to KFC. I have no other reason to visit any location. read more

Wow!!! Whoever hired the manager or as she claims she is "the manager" should really reconsider someone else for the position. This "manager" was rude from the drive thru speaker up until I had to come around to tell her they got my order wrong. She was in such a rush as if business was busy. I was literally the only one in the drive thru. Not even a hello or thank you from this crazy KAREN! Yes I said Karen!! My children were in the car witnessing this woman be rude. She got my whole order wrong and was missing an extra side I ordered for my other kid. She was also annoyed when I asked her if I could add to the order. She was upset when I told her my order was wrong after giving me my food. Which I had to drive back around the empty drive thru because all the doors were locked and dining room wasn't even open. Not even an apology just as a common courtesy. I'll also be forwarding this to the corporate office. This woman's behavior was disgusting and ghetto and shouldn't be working to serve people. Seriously Karen if you're reading this please consider another career where you don't have to talk to people. read more

Wow I should have looked at the previous reviews, smh. Why is this place even still open? The woman in the drive trough was rude, the chicken was skimpy and falling apart and the biscuits were cold. Horribly operated... I ordered almost $40 worth of food (a bucket and 3 sides) through the drive thru. They gave me my sides and once I was home once again , they didn't give me my gravy for my potatoes which I had asked for and was on the receipt. Terrible terrible terrible, Fast food workers want more money per hour but they cannot even serve hot food. I bought the chicken sandwich meal and the Fries were cold and soggy and the sandwich looked like it sat for a while. The usual crispy outer was soggy also. She totally denied the request and so I asked her what her title/position was and she would not tell me. As if I was asking for her Social Security number.
