I haven't tried any of the food yet, but I'm definitely regretting skipping the scone samples they had out. Drink-wise, I've had both the white chocolate mocha and the caramel mocha. I preferred the caramel mocha, but honestly, both were really good. I'll definitely be back (and next time, I'm trying a scone). By the way Benson Boone's doppelgänger was present my second trip!

We bumped into Santa tonight at Rick's :) 20 years ago my…read morehusband and I had our first date at a tiny little chocolate factory in Riga, Lativa. So, tonight I took him up to Rick's Fine Chocolates & Coffee for a re-create. We got a small latte, a medium breve and 8 chocolates for about twenty bucks. We both enjoyed our coffee, and our chocolates, we sampled a Cashew Wurtle, a dark chocolate peppermint patty, a dark chocolate lemon cream, dark chocolate strawberry cream, dark chocolate cookie dough, a butter finger and each got a dark chocolate caramel (the last of which we are saving for tomorrow). We enjoyed them all, especially the Wurtle and lemon cream. The cookie dough was more like a brownie bite, but delicious as well and the size of the chocolates are nice and petite. For sugar free folks, they also have a nice selection of sugar free chocolates as well! The tables were clean and the seating area isn't entirely spacious, so tables are close, but it didn't feel cramped. Just your standard table and wooden chairs. But with old photo's of old town Guthrie, a painted tin roof and half wall it feels very sweet. There were very few people in the shop when we entered but at about 4:30 there was a bolt of people and it filled up quickly. Great for a small little date night dessert or an afternoon get together with a friend to chat. We will be back :)

But I'm so glad we did because it's such a cute diner, the servers are so friendly, and the food is AMAZING! I had the club sandwich and it was delicious, and the fries are so unique and perfectly crisp! My son had the chicken tenders and the breading didn't stay on well if you cut them up, but it was so tasty!! My son is pretty fussy about tenders and he ate most of his chicken! My husband had the biscuit blowout and he thoroughly enjoyed it and the portion was quite large! My daughter had a pancake with egg and sausage. Everything was delicious except for her sausage, it was super salty. But the pancake was so good! I wished we lived closer to come here more often but this will definitely be our go to spot whenever we are in Guthrie!

I was with a group of people who almost all ordered something different. I wanted to like their food, we all did; it simply lacked in flavor. But this was done right! And afain! So good! They were the only coffee shop open on Sundays and it was perfect weather walking around downtown Guthrie with delicious coffee. The inside had cute decor and friendly people. The reason I downed a star is there was a strong cat urine smell in the coffee shop area. Due to that we did not visit the cat area because I am sure it was worse inside. I am sure we just hit a bad day, but no cat snuggles for us. The cats looked so sweet and adorable.
