I sent a text asking for their hours, and a couple of minutes later, a young woman showed up and unlocked the front door. She walked into the store and began locking the door behind her, but before she completely lock it, I caught her attention and asked for the store hours. She proceeded to tell me that the store was closed, no one was there, and she was the only person in the store. She said she didn't know the hours because she was an "just there as an intern", she didn't work for them, she was "only doing community service", and she had "nothing to do with them". She was a bit dismissive and what makes matters worse is that, 6 hours later, I have still not received a reply to my text message! Thankfully, I happened to come across another business a couple of doors down that does custom laser engraving. Their name is Archer Creative Designs and they were very friendly, attentive, inexpensive, and thorough, and they'll get the work completed within 3 days! I highly recommend them, instead of Tracy Awards & Embroidery.

What kind of business does not keep a history file of your loyal customers for years. The big lady in the front is rude and and laughed in my face when I informed her what was messed up and you can physically see the embroidery they messed up on. She then proceeded to tell me she was here last year when I brought my item in but then does not have any measurements or any file history nor do they have the same font and plates but she can fix it. She then proceeded to tell me the building is under new ownership and nothing transitioned over smoothly for customers. Her words not mine. That right there says it all folks!

Not only did they not deliver by the specific date, but they canceled my order without communicating with me. This year I ordered graduation medallions with the year. Again, I specified the in hand date a week before graduation. Not only were the medallions not delivered in time which meant the graduates did not receive their gift, but they ignore my request for compensation for the inconvenience. They let me down, but they also let down the class of 2026. The semester is done and now I have 300 medallions that are useless. They have lost a customer.

This was the first time I've ordered from Impact Promotions and they came out flawless. I ordered about 22 double stitching embroidered hoodies for my group, Male Student Nurses Society, and all the guys loved how clean and comfortable they were. "Sweatshirts are fire, everyone gram it!" - Gabriel L. Even after a few weeks of wearing the sweatshirt they are still as comfortable as when I once put it on the first time. The embroidering stood up to a couple of washes and the color is still vibrant. The service was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Ged. Once I put in the order he gave me a sample of what exactly the sweater would look like right away! I asked him if we could change a few things around like the lettering and colors and I was blow away of all the options he gave me. He was the expert so I asked for his recommendation and the lettering and coloring came out perfect. I am a very busy student with nursing school in the way as well as all my other obligations, but Impact took care of everything. They work very fast and got the sweaters in before Thanksgiving! If I ever need to get any custom embroidering I will definitely come back to Impact Promotions!
