After the very polite owner took in my laptop in and off my hands for the space of about 4 hours to change the hardware. I came back to pick it up at a reasonable price, in depth explanation of what changes he had done, which was something I have not really received before. Upon taking my laptop home and starting her up, I found that my laptop had never performed better. The laptop is still working perfectly with no problems what so ever, several months later. I have an account with the Ulster Bank and I have to say that their student accounts are very, very…read moregood and very lenient towards students. But I'm still not 100% satisfied with the service I receive. It took 5 weeks and 6 visits to this branch just to get a bank statement mailed to my house as proof of address so that I could open a business account with another bank. Eventually it was rectified by a lovely customer service advisor. My main issue is with their student credit cards; the call centre who handles payments is based in England, has no clue about the terms of service on student accounts and generally abuse their position. Having said that, Ulster Bank have been the best bank I've had so far and as far as banks go are fairly good, so I can't complain.

Simon from Boilercare came out the next day, he gave me some options and sent quotes that afternoon, Friday, he suggested I think them over and give my decision on the Monday, I did and the boiler was fitted and running on Wednesday.
