I came away with a real bargain but, although it rapidly implemented my applications and utilities I found that the current Windows 10 refuses to communicate with the on-board audio chipset. No problem! I discussed the matter with Nick (the proprietor) and he supplied a top-of-the-range sound-blaster PCI card - for which he refused any payment...problem solved. On the 25th February I took a top end liquid cooled gaming machine into this company for…read morediagnostics and repair as it was suffering from some BSOD problems but nothing major. I was told that they found no issues except for x2 sticks of incompatible memory and received a receipt on payment stating this and the machine was released in perfect working order on the 2nd March. On getting the machine home 30 minutes later I found that contrary to this it would not even power up, it appears completely broken so in actual fact not only did they charge me for work they couldn't have done, but also did more damage to the machine than when it had been loaned to them. The level of damage is now currently being assessed for free by a lovely sympathetic independent engineer. I had used Anglian Internet a number of times over the last 10 years and have personally found them to be disinterested in what a customer has to say, moving through to arrogance and spin, but this also includes serious hardware issues such as buying a PC that arrived with the CPU fan cable detached nearly causing it to be fried (this could not have happened in transit as its a tight connection) down to small lack of care things such as getting different screws back to the ones that were provided (it may sound minor but when you use screws with grips you don't want back normal Phillips screws instead.) I don't like to complain and am willing to tolerate minor things and give people second chances despite the numerous issues however this last event is so serious that I am currently seeking legal advice about this machine they have ruined. I'm familiar with a number of other Norwich/ Norfolk individuals who have had similar experiences with them. I strongly advise people not to use this company unless they are willing to run the risk of getting a machine back in worse condition and/or different parts than they supplied them with. There are a lot more negative reviews online about this company than there are positve so dont run the risk of adding additional pointless stress to your life, find a SOLO engineer who is qualified, youll hear far less BS.

When going into the store on both occasions I was not greeted by staff within the couple of minutes which it would usually take in rival shops. Staff are not helpful in the slightly and do not offer any assistance with things such as getting a demo of a new phone model. Overall, do not go to this store to purchase anything as you will end of receiving poor after sales service.
