19. The O2 shop in Norwich has very disappointing service. I have visited the shop on a couple of different occasions for both customer service enquiries as well as a sales enquiry. When going into the store on both occasions I was not greeted by staff within the couple of minutes which it would usually take in rival shops. Staff are not helpful in the slightly and do not offer any assistance with things such as getting a demo of a new phone model. Overall, do not go to this store to purchase anything as you will end of receiving poor after sales service. read more
