It is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The sales people were rude and confrontational, giving me incorrect information on prices while abroad, phone prices, and prices instore compared to those on the web. As soon as I questioned their information, I was shouted down by two sales reps, who seems very unprofessional indeed. The store is clean and flashy looking-certainly in keeping with the image 3 want to portray, but the service and attitudes of staff is outrageous! They are very interested in making a sale, but prefer to bully you into it, rather than give honest friendly advice!

I have had several suits from here and why anyone goes to norwich and buys a suit from someone else is beyond me. The service is second to none, and nothing is too much trouble. I don't know anywhere where they fully tailor a suit to you, and do not charge extra, surely this is everything when buying a suit? The manager Matthew is extremely accommodating and ensures your date for use is respected with any alterations. I knew roughly what I wanted, but required some advice from the staff members. Whilst having a look around the shop I was not asked for assistance once, and the staff which were free seemed totally disinterested. Another annoying point regarding this shop is that the staff which were already dealing with customers did not bother to mention they would 'be with me in a second' so needless so say I left without making a purchase.

I have an account with the Ulster Bank and I have to say that their student accounts are very, very…read moregood and very lenient towards students. But I'm still not 100% satisfied with the service I receive. It took 5 weeks and 6 visits to this branch just to get a bank statement mailed to my house as proof of address so that I could open a business account with another bank. Eventually it was rectified by a lovely customer service advisor. My main issue is with their student credit cards; the call centre who handles payments is based in England, has no clue about the terms of service on student accounts and generally abuse their position. Having said that, Ulster Bank have been the best bank I've had so far and as far as banks go are fairly good, so I can't complain.

Upstairs you have top man and general guy stuff including shoes. There's a smart section with suits that also has an exit to Rampant Horse street. The clothes are generally ok and made to suit the xxs type no problem. There's changing rooms in this level that may or may not be staffed but I've never had a problem taking anything back that didn't fit on second try. They will even refund things bought online. They do student discount of about 15% as well.
