My mum and I went in the '3' store in Lowestoft, Suffolk, on Tuesday 18th February 2020 because the mobile phone mum had two years earlier was coming to the end of its contract and, we thought, had been absolutely dire! This was the day after my mun's 91st birthday so she is not the best at using technology and we went in fearing the worst! However, we met two lovely, most helpful, young ladies called Hayley and Sasha who could not have done more. So patient, so caring. If any members of the 3 store team deserve a bonus and a pay increase it is these two. And that is meant sincerely. Our very grateful thanks to you both Hayley and Sasha. '3' store - we can't say strongly enough - make sure you keep staff like Hayley and Sasha. I have been a customer of 3 for a few years now, and have always been happy with them. However, I wanted to buy a new phone just before Christmas, so went to this store. It is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The sales people were rude and confrontational, giving me incorrect information on prices while abroad, phone prices, and prices instore compared to those on the web. As soon as I questioned their information, I was shouted down by two sales reps, who seems very unprofessional indeed. The store is clean and flashy looking-certainly in keeping with the image 3 want to portray, but the service and attitudes of staff is outrageous! They are very interested in making a sale, but prefer to bully you into it, rather than give honest friendly advice! read more

I have been a customer with 3 for about 4 years and always delt with the team in the Lowestoft store even when they were in Superdrug. I have found them very helpful and always willing to help when they can. The service is great and I have reccommended all my friends and family to the 3 and we always deal with them. I also find 3's prices and services the best on the market and also I like the fact they are priced the same as their website. Great store if you need a phone you should visit. read more

Got myself a laptop. Works great and means I can bin the BT landline that was costing me lots of money. I like the relaxed atmosphere in the shop and the comfy seats at the back. No suited and booted pushy sales people. read more
