It is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The sales people were rude and confrontational, giving me incorrect information on prices while abroad, phone prices, and prices instore compared to those on the web. As soon as I questioned their information, I was shouted down by two sales reps, who seems very unprofessional indeed. The store is clean and flashy looking-certainly in keeping with the image 3 want to portray, but the service and attitudes of staff is outrageous! They are very interested in making a sale, but prefer to bully you into it, rather than give honest friendly advice!

Once in there though the actual shop isn't that big but it holds all electrical cables, batteries, computer, audio and television equipment. Some of their products are over priced but I have had a good bargain from there in the past. The staff are all helpful and friendly and know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to electricals.

Poor quality and terrible customer service…read more I bought a coat from Walkers for £250 and just over six months later the fabric is disintegrating in not one but many different places to the point that I cannot wear it. On contacting Walkers they have told me that neither they nor the manufacturer will accept it as faulty due to the length of time I have owned it. I believe that a price tag of £250 merits a garment that lasts longer than 6 months. They assured me that in the space of eight hours both they and the manufacturer had managed to contact and receive replies from every single customer that had bought the identical garment. They were able to tell me that none of them had had a similar problem. A true feat of efficiency but of no use to me. When I asked for further help they simply ignore my emails.

I ordered a fishing pole as my birthday present, unfortunately I didn't first order it through Lathams but another online retailer. This experience did not hold any pleasure for me and nearly spoilt my birthday present as the problems went on for over a month. Luckily I found Lathams and ordered the pole of my choice. It was supplied within a week as you had to track one down for me from one of your stores and you kept me informed all through unlike the other retailer. I used my pole for the first time this past weekend and caught 85lb in a match and came second.
