The prices are fairly reasonable and you can certainly get an excellent bargain at sale time, especially on DVD's so you can buy early and tuck them away for Christmas. HMV also take returns without too much fuss providing they are unopened, they also sell gift cards which are great to pop in the post to friends and relatives.

Upstairs you have top man and general guy stuff including shoes. There's a smart section with suits that also has an exit to Rampant Horse street. The clothes are generally ok and made to suit the xxs type no problem. There's changing rooms in this level that may or may not be staffed but I've never had a problem taking anything back that didn't fit on second try. They will even refund things bought online.
