He found that the dishwasher would work on one programme only. It has kept working for over 2 yrs on this. He could easily have sold us a new machine. What a pleasant honest man. A really nice gentleman who did not try to sell us a new machine but repaired our existing one. I felt the cost of the visit was fair and reasonable. Next time I need white goods I will be going to Christcott. Local firm with great service and fair prices.
