Our old oil fired boiler failed completely on the coldest day of the year so far. I phoned around, most weren't much help and some just didn't seem to want the job. Simon from Boilercare came out the next day, he gave me some options and sent quotes that afternoon, Friday, he suggested I think them over and give my decision on the Monday, I did and the boiler was fitted and running on Wednesday. After my heating died recently I contacted Boilercare who were fantastic and provided a service second to none, Based in wymondham, in norfolk, they are a small but very efficent company who provide a wide range of services and are able to work on both Gas and oil fired central heating systems. The prices are very competitive, with a full service on a VERY old boiler costing just under £60.
