I've "retired" from gymnastics now, but I wish I lived close enough to take my own daughters here. I did gymnastics on the same team as the current owner and she's not just an amazing gymnast, but a great person. When I reached out with a gymnastics question -- about a challenge I was having with my girls' current gym -- she was quick to respond and provided great advice. I had a great interview and the owner or whatever she is got my number and told me she'd be in touch. So 4 weeks go by and I heard nothing. I kindly follow up. Nothing. A month later, I see ANOTHER post from them that they are still actively looking for an instructor. I decide to kindly follow up again (3-4 weeks from last follow up) and nothing. I have all the qualifications that they are looking for and she seemed to like me in the interview. If she went with someone else it's basic decency to get back to me and tell me I didn't get the job. I don't see for what reason, but it's rude to just ghost someone when they didn't do anything wrong. It's rude and inconsiderate. Now I see why this gym has bad reviews. Don't go here.

A week ago this rating would have been much higher. Today shattered that. My daughter has been in a…read morepreschool class for almost 2 months and loved it. Today a girl came in for a free trial class. She was abusive. Kicking, hitting, biting and chocking my daughter. Kathy Kennett saw it go down and did nothing. I left in the middle of class because my daughter was crying and said the girl was hurting her. Before this I did and said nothing I wante dto wait fro my kid to react. I had to call the studio after we left. I told Kathy what was going on and she admitted to seeing what happened. I told her how upset I was that she sat there and did nothing about the abuse. Instead of apologizing she said, "I don't know what to say". The appropriate response would have been, "I am so sorry I will make sure nothing like that ever happens again." Nope, not what I got. I then told her, after giving her numerous chances to apologize, that I would not be bringing my daughter back (I had a check in full with me to sign her up for 6 months!) She simply said, "OK bye". Totally unprofessional and no control over the students, the class or the parents!
