With just one class down, I'm writing this review with 5 stars because they've done more in the first class in 30 minutes than they have in years past combined, so thank you to HV Swim but also to instructor Richard. My one boy was always so scared of the water, and I've had to request credits because he never went in. Now, he not only stayed there, but swam by himself for the first time ever, was happy about it, and can't wait to go back- he just needed the right motivation. My other son is a fish and was given the right encouragement to do it on his own and swam laps, with a safe eye watching him. I've never felt better about HV Swim, and definitely recommend their lessons!

No 5 year old should have to go through that. Waited 2 weeks to contact us to try and make amends which at that point is a no go. We talking about a half hr and just common courtesy here. I suggest take your kids else where we work hard for our money and no child should be treated this way. I could make a bigger deal about this and go to the state and owners of golds gym and let them in on what type of organization this is. So in a word stay away there are cheaper and better options around this area. Funny how they only respond to negative reviews. Again we are talking about 30min. Taura is the only one who makes a big stink out of that, and even though I come out without arguing, she still told on me and had her supervisor come in to scold me. Overall they had a fantastic time. There was a lot to take part in which we had neither the time nor desire to do so on this visit (skating rink, pickleball, video game arcade, billiards and golf). I appreciated the age segregation as it prevented horseplay from older aged ones from harming younger children. The restrooms seemed far from the play area. It was a great source of entertainment but you have to keep a close eye on small children. My one criticism was that there were props in one of the play areas that were very heavy and could harm someone if they hit someone; they also posed a tripping hazard. They were shaped like a giant Swiss cheese wheel. Bounce is conveniently located in the Galleria Mall, so there is ample free parking.

Jerry, and the rest of his team took notice of what I could and could not do and pushed me to my limits. The Northstar team is very professional, while also being friendly. It is a fun environment with music playing as they train you. They have every ball imaginable and two basketball hoops in the facility. The best way to describe a workout is that they work many different muscles. At one point I was on the treadmills, then on an erg machine, then lifted light weights for reps that worked my back and finished it off with some plate pushes. They also offer a shake for once you are done with the class. Shakes cost $4, strawberry was awesome.

I finally called the school where camp was to be held and they confirmed that there was no such camp occurring during the week I paid for and the director had actually failed to pay for a previous week when camp was held. It was a 3 month battle with our credit card company to get the money back because the "promised" refund from the director never happened. The camp also defrauded the coaches and the schools out of contracted payments. The camp director is not located in the US and can never be reached. He even had a Go Fund Me claiming he was in Ukraine. Nothing he says is true. Thankfully American Express was able to get me my money back but not everyone was so lucky. There is a reason that the BBB rates this business an "F". This is a definite skip.

The teachers have exceeded all expectations between their patience, kindness, knowledge, and overall compassion. Our children have excelled and thrived at such a young age. The teachers have provided such a wonderful, fun, and loving environment where kids can be kids but also learn the tools they need to begin elementary school. Our son went off to kindergarten a year ago and he was fully prepared and actually ahead of other students due to the preparation that Goddard provided. Our daughter is graduating this year and the same goes for her. She is thriving in all areas! Ms. Felecia and Ms. Casey are the absolute best.
