Alexa was Fantastic without ANY pressure "sale pitch" Renee was great as well and a funny comedian as she signed me up to meet Dawn one of the trainers there and she was so sweet and kind as she walked me through the entire program that would meet the needs that I wanted. The full body prob Machine was excellent in determining my body needs as well. Not as "cheap" as planet fitness but a much better and larger deal. We loved the outdoor pool too over the summer. The parking lot is kind of a mess, fills up quick, tight spots and easy for someone to hit your rental car. The concessions stands are nothing spectacular, prices are definitely steep. The fields all have boards around the entire field and you can only watch from the selected spectator area, making it hard to watch any other game or any of the skills competitions. Overall it was a neat experience though.

The opening ceremony ran almost 2.5 hours....could easily be cut to one hour. The sound system was a mess, in and out of working on ceremony day. Typical overpriced concessions. The place for spectators to sit and watch the games are pathetic. For what the teams and families pay to be there, you'd think they had something better than cheap plastic chairs. Parking at opening ceremony is a nightmare. Plan on getting there well over an hour before the opening ceremony if you want a halfway decent parking spot and seat in the stadium. The parking lot is a mess in general though. Came out after a game and someone had hit and run our rental car, damaging the back. The umpires here are hit and miss, very inconsistent. I think it can be a good experience, but there is several areas for room for improvement.

She's still very shy and standoffish doing some of the activities but I love that the instructors are attentive and offer to help her however they can and encourage her a great deal. She's definitely begun to come out of her shell. The other kids in her class are also lovely - I can tell several of them have been doing these classes for a while and they are very sweet with my daughter and exhibit great team work / sportsmanship, which I feel can be attributed at least in part to these classes & the instructors, so that's awesome. The facility is large, bright and clean. Staff members are friendly and helpful. I'll probably sign my daughter up again in the future for more classes!

I'm writing this review as one who had a guest pass for this facility, so of course, I could've…read morejust been there on a bad day. This does not apply to the gym or the facility itself. However, I don't think the behavior I witnessed should be acceptable on any day. This was the worst group fitness instruction I have ever seen. She taught the BodyPump class. She did not give her name, but I eventually saw it on their schedule. I've taken classes at many gyms, including the YMCA, Gold's, Anytime Fitness, and Crossfit boxes. Never once did I question the instructors qualifications or intentions at those organizations. The instructor I had didn't even introduce herself. Didn't once give a quick overview of the class for anybody that may be a newcomer. I found this to be not only unprofessional but rude to those who may be intimidated by group fitness. This woman, who is not even a certified personal trainer, began to berate me by calling me out in front of the entire class on her mic. She told me I "wasn't strong enough" for the weight I was challenged by but in total control of. I've been in powerlifting for several years, so I've been training with heavier weight and therefore have developed the strength necessary. She continued to call me out in front of the class, saying "you! You in the back! I don't care how strong you are!" This is a weight-training class for "all levels." How hard would if be to simply approach the participant and quickly ask them how they're doing? This person had zero qualifications based on my research nor did she know my fitness background to have the right to question my ability. Once again, I've been to many group fitness classes, they were all respectful and encouraging with the proper education and qualifications. I hope nobody else experienced this "trainer's" lack of etiquette.

They hired very unfriendly manager who has staff watch and scrutinize wvery move members make. Almost hostile exclusive, atmosphere. Very uncomfortable. Sadly it has lost all the friendly, welcoming qualities it used to have along with rasing prices to a ridictulous level.

So they have a new TV system and they can't put all the TVs on so they finally figured that out but…read morethey can't put them on the machines so you're stuck watching whatever they want to put on and guess what sports all day long. I'd like to see the news in the morning. We get there at 5 AM in the morning and the music is blasting. It Hass to be above the OSHA regulation decimals. Want to do the treadmill if you take it to high it goes right back to the first setting on the Elevation. Bathroom stinks of pee. I brought a lot of music to the attention of the growth counter and she said there's nothing we can do about it when I allowed to change. I said, can I speak to the manager manager at the same time that corporate said we're not allowed to change it and it's a new system and it can't be changed. I said that's ridiculous. I install systems all the time in peoples homes in every system can be lowered. Manager said I can make it louder and also told me to go get headphones that block out the sound. Really that's your answer to your member.
