It was beautiful!~ And both times when I came in, Josie the owner greeted me and chatted - she is the nicest person.. you just want to hug her.. she is that kind of person! Before walking into L/S I had a outgrown ombré, split ends and in need of some follicle TLC. Lenka gave me that and so much more! She brought my limp, frizzy and dull hair to life. I literally went from having dull hair to healthy vivacious commercial hair. I asked her what she suggested for my hair as I have a 2.5/3 sets of hair on top of my head! We decided on taking 3 inches off, lightening the weight of my bangs, coloring roots, and a hair blowout. I felt a little nervous about cutting so much off but knew it was worth it. I never felt at ease and comfortable in a salon. Lenka is attentive to your needs and wants... Is friendly and really makes you feel like you've known her for ages. They said they could do it, so I proceeded on. I was asked if I needed a hair cut too, no just the color I said. Well, 4 hours later, I was outraged!! During my procedure a woman came in asking for a hair cut. Kaz (owner)said yes come back at... Well, I then heard Myra whom was coloring my hair saying she wished a haircut wasn't put in while she was trying to do my color, as "You never know how this color can turn out" So, I was doubtful as the woman came back and waited "Thirty Minutes!" She was angry. So, all attention was in her her as I sat in a chair feeling scorched! That's what happened; left with no regulation as to how long I should sit there. I also know you are supposed to be under the dryer for a bit. I said I usually do go under the dryer. "No, you don't need to". Hummmm? So, I left with a burnt scalp, loss of hair and the color orange. I told her I didn't like it and I'm in a lot of pain. She tried to cover it up saying it looked good. NO it DOES NOT! I'm a paying customer not a dumb shit! Anyway, I proceed to ask for my money back. She refused with no apology; so all I could do was dispute it. I attempted at least 8 times to please refund me. Nope, so as soon as the department of dispute saw my photo's, I supposedly got a refund; still waiting. I do NOT recommend Hair Fax what-so-ever and shame you Kaz! I have a scab on my head. Doctor had to see it(her mouth dropped!). So, what was supposed to cost $190.00 and did, ended up costing me over 5 hundred dollars for repair and doctors appointments!! I was like... WOW!!! If I didn't know her I couldn't tell that those weren't her natural eyebrows! She referred me to Shadi, and said she is an artist and she knows what looks best on you. Finally, I felt confident enough to give it a try. Now, I am so happy and satisfied by my new look! I am glad that I found her and I am planning to have my eye and lip liner tattoo done by her. By the way, I thought it was going to hurt a lot but after she numbed me I felt no discomfort or pain, and her touch was so gentle. I highly recommend her!!!
