The store has a very clean layout, which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to find clothes that not only were stylish and fit my frame, but ones that were comfortable and I liked to wear. They helped to make the clothes shopping experience comfortable from start to finish. Next time I am in Madison, I will be sure to stop by to pick up some new threads.

As a young woman, there are a lot of places to shop for clothes in the area. It is a lot more limited for men when looking for quality basics and casual wear. When I brought my boyfriend in there to shop, he was helped by the store owner. It almost felt like a personal styling session - my bf always has trouble finding jeans that will fit. He's tall and he works out a lot so his thighs are a little bigger than average. He was given many options and left satisfied with a great new pair of jeans and helpful tips from the owner!

How is it 2019 and a store like this operates with policies that are not focused on customer service. Likely will never shop here again, it took three trips to get the right products.
