We have a family coastal cottage which needed to be revamped and brought into the 21st century. Amy was so kind and thoughtful about trying to keep the sentimentality of our family home along with trying to please two other families besides myself. This process went on for almost a month before we made the final purchases. Amy and her managers worked with us and NEVER ever put any pressure on us. I don't have pictures to post yet but when it all gets delivered I will show off the amazing new space Amy has created for our family! The owner and staff made my daughter feel so special and listened to what she was looking for. They recommended a few dresses and were spot on with what would look good on her. They even showed her some costume jewelry & a purse that was quite reasonable and that she fell in love with. We ended up getting everything done in one stop. The friend said she wished she hadn't gotten her dress already! We are heading back there for winter ball and it makes me wish I had an event so I could shop too. They do track what dresses have been purchased for what event also. Excellent service!

Each item is clean and pressed and looks almost new. One of the pretty young teens who works in the shop landed a strapless Lily Pulitzer dress for $30. Why would anyone pay full price for Lily? All the consignment stores are lousy with it. On a recent visit to Fantasia, I bought a J. Crew denim shirtdress for $28. But I was really coveting the items in the "treasure chest" glass case. Vintage Hermes handbags shared space with Chanel and a fabulous Mulberry bag for around $400.

When I walked into the store it was the most unfriendly, uncomfortable experience I have had in a long time. The vibe there was so weird. Both the owner and her assistant made me feel like I didnt belong there. No hello no welcome just a stare. There was Noone else in the store. ( they must make other people feel the same way ) I know I will never go back there. As I was driving away I thought its too bad that a place that could thrive missed the mark on basic business etiquette.

I brought in 2 dresses that had matching bolero style jackets. Again I stopped in to see how they were priced. Both dresses were on the rack for sale missing the bolero jackets. I questioned the salesperson on duty telling her that these were my consigned items and the jackets were missing. Response was "oh they sometimes get misplaced.". She did locate one of the jackets and promised to look for the other. I returned several weeks later the jacket was still not found. So my experience was horrible. Today I encountered some confusion with staff about Consignment pieces. The items were listed as active, but difficult to find or missing. The store appears a bit disheveled and a musty odor was noted by myself and another shopper. While helping to search for my own Consignment pieces I found a number of empty jewelry packages and mistreated items. Possibly this due to a pending change in ownership. A worker, possibly current owner, approached me with the form of agreement that I did not receive for the items. Her rudeness , sarcasm and dismissiveness threw the enjoyment of being a consigner and customer out the door. Sad when experiences such as this happen. Hoping for them, it was an off day, but I can no longer endorse a recommendation .

I meant to write this before Christmas, but it slipped my mind due to the Holidays. But, I went into the store the other day and saw her again. Once again she made my experience so lovely and helped me with everything I was looking for. The time I saw her before Christmas she told me all about the Marshalls card and getting 10% off first purchase, Which I automatically went and signed up for when i was checking out. I would like to thank her again for all the help and being such a great employee. Besides that, the store was stocked with some great deals items. I highly recommend.
