No identifying marks -- unless you knew where to look. The first woman dismissed me right away, saying they don't carry those parts. The man next to her took the part and went straight to his computer and searched it out. Found it. Amazing! He clearly knew what he was doing; she was clearly a DEI hire. Turns out they don't carry the part, but he found a place that does and printed out that information. Smart customer service. When I went exploring for a door, another store guy saw my lost look, guided me straight to the right aisle and was right on target, including suggestions. So I'm a big fan and would go back, being careful to avoid the DEI hires, of course.

Got a cold call from their sales team promising a bunch of free promotional items, catalog, gloves,…read moresafety glasses, hand cleaner. I figured sure, why not. Then a second call came to "confirm my address" and that's when they slipped in that they'd be throwing in 50 reciprocating blades for $437 that I could "easily return" and just keep the free stuff. When I tried to do exactly that, I was promised a callback from a sales specialist that never came. Took two formal emails and multiple phone calls just to get an RMA started. When they finally sent it, it had the wrong contractor information. Instead of fixing it, they called a month later threatening the full invoice plus a penalty for a return delay they caused. Had to wait another three weeks for corrected paperwork. This is a predatory sales tactic targeting contractors. The whole setup is designed to make returning the product as painful as possible so you just pay the invoice. If you get a cold call from these guys, hang up.
