He just said flat no. This store is not doing it. I Politely point out the promotion: Mention that the deal is advertised as a company-wide or local special. It may be a misunderstanding or an isolated incident with the specific employee. I am contacting customer service . If the local store manager still refuses to honor the deal, you can contact the Grocery Outlet corporate customer service department. You can reach them via their official website'. Generally, stores want to maintain good customer relations and are likely to honor their advertised prices or find a satisfactory resolution if a genuine error has occurred. Grocery Outlet's "Wine Wednesday" is a popular local promotion where stores offer discounts, often 20% off all wine or 20% off when buying 6+ bottles. This franchise location does not honor wine Wednesday. You should shop somewhere else for wine Wednesday deals. Like SouthBay location.

My family has been shopping at Superior Market in Compton since we moved here 5 years ago, but…read moresadly the quality of this store has noticeably declined over the past couple of years. My mom recently purchased smoked turkey from this location, and after cooking it, the taste was foul and clearly not right. Food quality and freshness should never be taken lightly. What's disappointing is that it feels like management no longer cares about maintaining the standards customers deserve. Just because people live in Compton does not mean we should accept poor quality food or lower standards. There are hardworking, educated homeowners and families in this community who absolutely know what quality looks like and expect the same level of respect and service as anywhere else. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and improves the quality and freshness of the products being sold.
