Love this pizza it's the best pizza in Corona with out a doubt and great customer service

I haven't been to this pizzeria in about seven years. The regular slice went from a 9.2 to 6.5. Please don't waste your money and calories run read more

For what it's worth, it's decent. It's not outstanding, but it's not underwhelming either. Pizza was good, the chicken roll was my favorite, props to Angelo's for getting it done right because some other spots would cook the dough too hard and makes it chewy. As above average the Pizza was, everything was a tad bit over priced, a regular and pepperoni slice, chicken roll and a bottle of soda coming up to $20, that's a bit hefty so that's what's preventing this review from becoming a 5 star. To reiterate, it's good, but I've had better and for a bit less too. read more

Ordered the Penne Vodka, Beef Patty, and Chicken Calzone. Penne Vodka was a bit burnt.... not sure why. Also felt like for $5 extra, they couldve added more chicken instead of the few pieces we got but other than that, the pasta was cooked right and cheese well spread. Chicken calzone was very thick in dough - which i do expect a calzone to be but I was tasting more of the dough than I was anything else with each bite. Could not order again. Beef patty was the best part of my order. Thin crust and well stuffed just the way we like it. Also stayed hot by the time we sat down to order. read more

Angelo's was recommended by the hotel where family was staying. The pizza was tasty but disappointed that the cheese slid off on the way to us. We also ordered mild buffalo wings and they ended up just being plain fried wings. read more

Avoid at all costs. It's not the same Angelo's. This was a staple in the community when I was a kid. Man oh man this sucks idk how it's still open. Pizza tastes like nothing. How disappointing and embarrassing. read more

The food is so good that I always forget to take a picture! Any of the pizza pies are super cheesy and delicious! I had never had such a good hawaiian slice, it literally made me a fan of it! The lasagna is super filling it can even be split depending on your appetite, and the chicken rolls are also a go-to! You can call for pick up, dine in or get delivery. read more

The pizza isn't that good and the price is a bit higher than other pizza. For the price that they have i expected good quality pizza and good customer service. But they have neither of those. Even when they put the pizza in the oven it still looks raw read more

Angelos remains undefeated, their Penne A La Vodka is the best in NY and I would definitely recommend it. I don't usually like grilled chicken so I order it with breaded chicken and mozzarella cheese on top. Trust me, you won't regret it :) read more

Luckily Angelo's continues to offer takeout and delivery during these unprecedented times (covid-19). My sister and I were able to order a tray of chicken parm and a tray of lasagna all for just $130 (feeds more than 6 people). Everything tasted immaculate and it was the perfect choice for my moms birthday. read more

Their chicken roll is great! Friendly service, and offered to deliver my good even though my office was a block away!

This is the worst place to give business too..why? Cause the other day I went with my child to have a slice of pizza the usual thing after school everyday something that I wouldn't expected to get denied a slice of pizza cause I was short of 2 cents a slice coast $3.25 I had $3.23 the register guy told me sorry I can't sell you slice this is not my business really I told him I'll speak to the owner about it and walked out few days later I seen the owner told him about it all got was a sorry not even a courtesy of a slice from the owner to keep me happy and as his client people this isn't Angelo's pizza is new owners who doesn't care about great customers service but your money never again I'll step here it could be any of our kids hungry after school get denied a slice for 2 cents read more

Didn't expect it but, Angelo's Pizza was simply something else. Excellent place and the rates are reasonable. The menu is really awesome, lots of good choices, I had to go with Jamaican Beef Patty, and it was great. Welcoming and attentive service. I've been living in Corona basically my whole life. I can honestly say this is one of the BEST pizzerias we have. Angelo's pizza is so delicious like omg. It's so cheesy and perfect. Their pies are great. The slices are the size of my face! They also have other hot food like mozzarella sticks, wings, and even lasagna (which is heaven). When I eat in, i always get welcomed and the waitress is so nice. Their discount specials are good too. They have combo #s which are great when u wanna save $ & have a lot of people eating in. If you're in the corona area & are craving a good authentic pizza slice, you defiantly have to hit up Angelo's. You really will not regret it. read more

Pizza was awesome. I believe Anthony -informed, his dad, grand father-he learn from them. he is an outstanding employer and he makes the pizza good. I really enjoyed the Veggie pizza, whatever i had asked crushed pepper, diet pepsi and plates- he was very particular. he does the job meticulously In the new york area, people dont care, they call people like to be rude or too busy they dont wanted to do anything but Anthony Rolleri is outstanding and great employer, and cares for customers He deserves to be recognized. i would recommend this Pizza place as one of the best place in the town. read more

$42 for two medium pepperoni pies??! No thanks. The person on the phone seemed as if he was the busiest person In Queens. He didn't even want to take two seconds to give me the total. He said "we'll send it on the receipt". That was a terrible customer experience. Will not buy here. read more

Oh my God, Angelo's Pizza is actually rather darn cool. Atmosphere is very unique and entertaining. Everything we purchased was great and the menu itself was to die for. The workers were really great, smiled a lot, felt genuine. Definitely stop by if you can! read more

Was craving pizza, and needed delivery. Decided to call Angelo's since they could fill both my needs. Stated 45 minutes but closer to 50, no biggie. Pizza was only warm, not hot. I ordered the Special. Loaded with toppings, just about everything you could want. Pizza was good, but lacked enough spice. It could have used some garlic, even a little more pepper. The sauce seemed bland, nothing special. Overall experience was just average. I probably should have asked for marinara dipping sauce. read more

I grew up in New York and I've missed the pizza ever since I left. I came to visit for the first time in 24 years. I ordered a pizza from Angelo's, hoping that it would be as good as the pizza I remember. It's more than good. It's fantastic!! I'm so happy! We don't get pizza like this out West. I'm going to order another one tonight. Absolutely perfect. I can't recommend it enough. Thank you Angela's, for making pizza that's the best I've had in decades.!!! :) read more

This place is not what it used to be. Different owners who clearly don't care about customer service and good quality food. I ordered a pepperoni slice and pointed to it and for small cheese fries. The man behind the cashier points to the small pizza pie box. I said no small cheese fries. So he took my order (or so I thought) and I paid him the total;$8.75. I put the $1 of change in the tip jar and he said "10min". After almost 20min passed I got up and he looked at me clueless, goes to the back and brings out a bag so of course I check it and saw that there was a reg cheese pizza. I said I asked him for a pepperoni slice not reg. He had the nerve to get upset took the reg cheese slice, put it back on the serving pan w/the other slices and took the pepperoni pizza and just shoved it in my bag (cold) and told me it was $1 more and made sure to shove the $1 tip I gave inside the jar. (Not joking) So I paid him the $1 and left. Never coming back here again, this is sad and ridiculous because it's a local pizza place that the community used to love. read more

I am impressed, Angelo's Pizza was truly extremely good. The vibe was welcoming as well the workers. I was advised to try their Marinara, which was wonderful, but all other menu items were very good too. The staff is surely a highlight of this place because they are always quick, polite, and provide service with a smile! This review is strictly for their food delivery, I never stepped foot in the restaurant. Last Sunday my flight was canceled and I had to scramble for a return flight and a room. About 8:30 I realized I had not eaten since breakfast and got the menu from the front desk. I ordered a chicken calzon, caesar salad, chocolate cake and two bottles of water. The friendly guy on the phone (called me Hon!) promised a 45 minute delivery and they were calling me from the front desk within 50 minutes. Pretty good for a pouring down rainy night with plenty of calls from hotels. I know I was starving but the food tasted great to me! I ate it watching the Olympics and it was definitely the best part of my day. Thanks Angelo's for feeding this stranded traveler. Love, Hon read more

I remember eating Pizza from Angelos the way it's supposed to be. Thin crush, cheesy with great sauce, what more could I ask for? Well after my experience last night neither me nor my family will be ordering from there again. This is what our experience went like: We ordered, 45 minutes later we called to see how far the order was and the lady on the phone said "give it another 10 minutes". We ordered at 9 PM so an hour later when we tried to call back to see what happened with our order they were closed and no one picked up the phone. An hour and 20 minutes after we placed the order the delivery was here. We ordered a large pie and a 20 oz soda. I was handed the pie and a paper to sign, had I not asked for the soda it wouldn't have been brought up. When I did ask the girl she said "oh there's a soda included right? My manager didn't give to me, so I'll go to the corner store and buy it for you". I'm aware that I have a Deli on the corner of my house, if I wanted to go get it from there I would have, but isn't that the point of delivery? To have everything I ask for delivered to my house? Once we finally opened our pizza it was cold, thick and burnt. I can sadly say that it was the worst pizza I've had in my years living in NYC. So I was hungry, dissatisfied and angry at the horrible service we had. By the way, just in case you're reading this and thinking we must live really far from Angelos to get delivery an hour and 20 minutes later with cold pizza the answer it no. We live 6 blocks away. Never again Angelos, never again read more

This place used to be amazing and I've been eating the pizza since I was 5 (currently 32) but it has taken a tremendous dive off a cliff in the quality and value areas. The price here has sky rocketed over the years. It's currently $2.75 per slice which is insane for the neighborhood, but also for the city as a whole. The price hikes started shortly after they expanded years ago into the store next door and have accelerated over the last 4 years. Do not be surprised you are paying $3 per slice by the end of 2017. I suspect the price hikes are a symptom of lost business to Dominos and Papa Johns which easily beat Angelo's on price, and I'm sad to say, many times on quality. I've noticed in the last 6 months that if I carry out two slices, the box will have the names of many random out of state pizzerias - I've counted 5 so far... They are either running some sort of collect them all promotion or they are barely getting by and are buying up old pizza boxes from failed pizza joints in an effort to save money on supplies. It looks weird and is very off putting. I don't foresee this place being open in two years if they continue to raise prices, cheap out on supplies, and continue with the reduced quality of customer service. read more

The pizza and the atmosphere is classic, but do not forget to try the fried eggplant appetizer with the dip.

Angelo's Does Pizza Better! Authentic Italian pizzeria, offers seating, traditional plates, and glass for your drinks yeayy!!! Decor: very casual, probably like 6 or 7 tables to sit down. Has some TV's to watch the game. They bring your order to the table. Food: I had pizza but my son had lasagna. The pizza is so tasty! The crust was perfect. It wasn't soggy; it kind had a little crunch to it which I love. The cheese whole pie pizza is $12 bucks but is soo worth it. The lasagna is authentic Italian and huge portion it comes with bread as well ($8.95). . Garlic knots to die for! 6 pieces for $2 not bad! Drinks: From Soda, cappuccino, to beers. Angelo's hands down to you! read more

It's getting real pricey to eat here. I've grown up around the corner from Angelos and remember when it used to be a tiny little spot that was run by a family of sons and brothers. Nowadays, the food is still great but not what it used to be. I felt like it was once made with good old Italian love, which is not really there anymore, breaks my heart. However, the slice is still damn good! read more

Angelo's is a neighborhood staple... they have been around since 1958. My mom & her sis grew up with "Pizza Sam" on 89th & Northern Blvd in Jackson Heights, but my dad & his sibs: this "Angelo's" in Corona. Since I live closer to Angelo's now, I have come to like them a lot, too. Giving them 5 stars b/c the food is always delicious and they have very generous servings for good prices -- and the staff is so, so nice :-) -- If I've had a rough day at work, I pick up some Angelo's on the way home. They have a big screen tv and usually have some sort of sports game on. It's also a fav spot of NYPD; always nice to see our men & women in blue. My favs so far @ Angelo's: the lemon chicken & pasta, lasagna, vodka chicken pizza, chicken roll. read more

I went here friday afternoon, the pizza was pretty good.nothing out of the ordinary. The place was clean and they had an extensive menu, ranging from fried shrimp to every type of pasta dish. It seems to me pizza keeps getting more expensive each day.$10.00 dollars for three plain slicez and a bottle pepsi. It has a lot of tables so there is plently of seating.I wouldnt come here again but im sure they are way better places in New York with better prices.. It's in queens and they are charging Manhattan prices, makes no sense. read more

$2.31 for one slice of pizza. Is this Manhattan?! The pizza slice was average NY slice size, slightly old and greasy. Was it special? No. Ordered salad which was $5. All iceberg lettuce with little bit of red onion and tiny slices of tomatoes. Also ordered garlic knots and chicken roll. Conclusion? Not worth visiting again. Garlic knots were extremely bready and did not have enough garlic. Chicken roll had plenty of chicken and plenty of cheese, but that was the best thing about this place. Bread was dry. They gave tomato sauce on the side, but there was barely any to go around. Also, there is a waitress here. It's nice, but is it necessary? Slow service and I could have just as well picked it up at the register. Overall, expensive for its quality and taste. read more
