Came here for lunch and looking for something more local and settled on this. The place definitely has the diner-esque, greasy spoon look when you walk in. Regulars in the back, local cop came in presumably while on break to have lunch with his wife. I say all this to say that it has that has real neighborhood feel which is good. I got a burger which I took to go. Currently you're permitted to eat inside but it is a bit cramped with a handful of patrons already and with the pandemic and all unless it's empty you might want to consider that as well So what did I get? Why a burger of course. I got the "All-American Burger" - bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and a special sauce which was pretty much spicy mayo. I also got a side of fries. The burger was grilled excellently. I think they went a bit heavy on the tomato slices though. They were thick and one would've been fine. The bun was a bit thick too for the patty ratio but overall really good. The fries. CRISPY. No issues there except that I should've gotten more ketchup. So aside from those nitpicks this is a solid joint. Lots of different sandwiches and other entrees to consider, friendly service as it evidenced by the regulars who would come in to dine or greet the cook. Found this place by accident and it was the best breakfast I've had in a very long time, if not ever. The French toast was cris and not soggy like most places. The bacon was so good. The steak eggs and cheese magnificent. I will be cooking back here again it was really good food and I don't leave reviews but this was worthy of one. read more

I went here the other day for a sandwich fix and boy was I blown away by the choices. I wanted a chicken sandwich so I stuck S2 which I got on white bread cause they ran out of wheat with grilled chicken, roasted peppers, mozarella and balsamic dressing. And because I wanted my cheese melty, I ordered it panini pressed. We got there pretty close to closing but they were really nice about accomodating us. My boyfriend got a special for that day which was a chicken, avocado, chipotle mayo wrap. We both enjoyed our sandwich/wrap. In fact, my boyfriend was still saying how good his wrap was a few days later. We will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items. read more

Friendly staff, personable staff. Some of the best coffee around. You won't get frozen pancakes or meat items, everything is freshly prepared. Amazing eggplant sandwich, fries, onion rings, and chicken tenders. Try the chik-fil-ang. They put thought into what bread works with each sandwich. Generous with butter and cream cheese on bagels. Food here is always great and always inexpensive. It may not look like much, but this neighborhood joint is excellent.

I have to say this place can go unnoticed because of its location but what a fabulous spot. I learned about thru a friend who brought me over some of their amazing pasta fagioli soup and I'm now hooked on it. I decided to stop by today and I am so happy I did. Not only it's a clean little spot but the staff is so pleasant. I will definitely continue to support their business. I stopped into Angelo's for the first time about 2 years ago, and right off the bat I knew this was my new favorite place. Since then I have been in at least 3x a week as well as the rest of my family now, we're all hooked! Their menu is extensive and diverse, with most of the menu specializing in Italian and American foods. Everything they make is homemade, I have tried just about everything on the menu and I can honestly say every single thing they make is delicious. My favorite thing to get is a steak giambotta with eggs potatoes peppers and onions. Only thing better than the food is the hospitality. The Owners and staff are such friendly wonderful people.
