Would not recommend at all. Horrible customer service. Rude. I called for a pedicure and they said 15 minutes come in and gave my name. When I got there they said 45 minutes and she said your name is not here. Didn't even bother looking up. The woman at front desk was awful and down right rude like they're doing you a favor. Also the place looks dirty and crammed. I should've figured by the 2 and half star rating. read more

When I had my nails done at this place it was horrendous. After the removal of the nail polish she used an electric file on my nails. It went so deep that my nails split to the point that I have to use band aides to protect my nail I went to the owner and was given no satisfaction at all. I returned two days later to show them the damage that they caused on my nails which could have caused an infection and again I was not offered any compensation for the terrible work that they did. As I said in my google review-this experience vs the reviews is light years apart! I am not a frequent review leaver but I had such an incredible experience at this spot I felt it was necessary to post as I almost didn't go there thanks to bad comments. I drive to NYC every two weeks to get my nails done so that tells you how picky I am. They "nailed" it! And they have hard UV gel and as far as I know the only place in the Hamptons that does. Kim is a technician with decades of experience and she did my nails fast and perfect. There are not a lot of options out here for good nails so if you're looking for an NYC level experience-this is your place. read more

saw a lot of bad reviews but desperately needed to get my nails done while being out here for work. they did an excellent job, it started rocky and I can tell maybe if you get the wrong person it could be a bad experience but my nails and toes look great. read more

Lol honestly I did this to myself considering my first experience. Manicure fine, I just did regular polish and it was expensive but fine. I also got my eyebrows waxed which the first time they did a good job so I thought how bad could they mess it up. When she got done with my eyebrows I noticed the left one was barely even waxed but the right one looked nice and shaped. I asked her to fix it and she refused and told me I can fix it with makeup. I normally don't say anything and just suck it up but it's so expensive and they obviously were not done properly. I just don't understand why she couldn't fix it and why my right eyebrow looks so good and my left looks awful? I also asked if someone could fix it and I apologized but it just wasn't cleaned up and they went to fix it but fixed my right eyebrow not the left. Definitely did it to myself because the reviews and my first experience. Go somewhere else read more

I am 60 and the first negative review I have ever written here. The worst manicure I have ever had and edges started to peel away a few hours later, polish on my cuticles and charged $20. They were rude, disrespectful, aggressive and acted as if I was wasting their time. There are many other places in the area that would be happy to have your business, don't give this place yours. read more

I don't know why people have been so harsh. It's clean, it's big, they always take me as a walk in, it's not cheap but hey welcome to the Hamptons- they have to pay rent and eat too. My nails always come out looking perfect and I don't typically write reviews but I don't appreciate how brutal the other ones are and I live here year round and am grateful they are here year round too. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I got my nails done here out of desperation, the technician did a terrible job. She filed my nails down so that they were paper thin, the design was awful and nothing like the picture I had shared, someone went around giving massages to clients and did not disclose it was not complimentary and I paid over $150 for a terrible experience lasting over an hour. Fast forward two weeks, the powder I had gotten has peeled off, with the exception of two nails which are now inflamed due to gross negligence. read more

What a horrible experience! I had COCO and she was so nasty and did the entire pedicure in 15 minutes- $40 may I add! I had to ask for base coat or she would have skipped it. The pedicure itself was garbage too. Never coming back here. read more

Terrible experience. I went with four other people, since we were a large group we called in advance to make an appointment. The call was already a bad sign, the man hung up on us mid-sentance. We showed up at the time of our appointment. They took one person to the pedicure chair and she started, in the middle of hers the rest of us sat down and we were waiting in the chairs for at least 20 minutes before our manicures started. I got a regular manicure, all they did was file my nails and paint them. My sister was getting a pedicure and she asked for a back massage many times but was ignored until our mother said something. The people working there were extremely rude and continued to ignore our questions, my other sister had to ask where the bathroom was 6 times until the man would even look in her direction, and had to ask again for him to respond. The man in the front did not let us give the tips directly to the women who did our nails, we are very concerned that they are not receiving the tips. Our nails all look terrible, the only person who did a good job was Hellen, who was an incredible masseuse. We love you Hellen. read more

Ok sure, the place is kind of a dump - but it is really hard to find a fast, clean Brazilian wax that can take you same day. The woman who performed my service was nice, quick, and as painless as possible considering the service rendered. If you're looking for experience or ambiance, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking to get the work done quickly and properly, I highly recommend it. Note I did not receive any mani/pedi/nail service, so I cannot comment on the cleanliness of those facilities, but they didn't look great. read more

Aside from the mediocre pedicure, the prices were crazy expensive for no reason. Also the place isn't the cleanest, the floors by the walls are dirty and the people are all on top of each other. Will not be going here again. read more

Used to be pretty hit or miss, but it's clear that they have started going extra lengths to hire people who actually know what they are doing. The prices are incredible, definitely the cheapest mani/pedi in the Hamptons. The quality isn't always top notch, but I usually don't have any complaints. They seem to be good with disinfecting, they have one of those fridge-like things with the blue lights and as many times as I've been here, I've never gotten an infection of any kind. Cheap waxing, as well. They do a great job with eyebrows and I don't feel guilty getting it done as needed because it's so affordable. My best friend feels as though they treat her poorly because she's Asian. I don't understand this because all of the people who work there are Asian, as well... I'm not sure if she's just being oversensitive or what, but it's worth subtracting a star for. read more

Been here about 3 times (about a year in between each time.) I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but, wow was I silly. This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. Rude is just the beginning. They try to act like a high scale place when in reality, they are just a rude and trashy nail salon. On top of the rudeness, they charge a ridiculous amount to leave part of your nail unpainted. Wow! They were lucky I'm sort of in a rush or else I would have made them re-do the terrible job they did. Great job angel tips you unimpressed me again! read more

I went here today and got tips put on for my very first time! This place was awesome!! I didn't really know what to really ask for because I was new to getting tips put on but the lady helped me very well. Her name was Coco. She was very gentle. Was very friendly and really put an effort to make sure it was done right and I was happy. Its a bit pricey. But well worth it in the end. Had no problems at all. In the end the ladies all said goodbye so nicely. Will definitely be returning!!! read more

I never go to any other salon except Maggie's in Hampton bays, however my 2 jobs were in bridge and I had one hour in between and decided to splurge on a "Hamptons pedicure" (my Maggie's gel pedi is $40 and lasts an hour with a scrub and massage etc) HERE I spent $45 on a 15 min regular pedicure..15min!!!! My feet were not soaked, they barely hit the cuticles and polish job was below average in quality (light pink color where normally they'll go over 3 times in the big toe no not see the imperfections) I asked them why my feet weren't soaked, he said "it's summer" whatever that meant...they were not busy at all. NEVER AGAIN will I ever be so desperate for a pedicure!!! $45 in 15min!!! read more

Angel Tips provides possibly the worst manicure and experience possible and it is not cheap. In addition to a mediocre manicure at best, both the staff and management is rude. Both the staff and management will take the time to yell at you for no additional charge! In order to improve their business I would suggest that the managers / owners spend less time running back and forth to TJ Maxx next door. read more

Worst French gel possible. Over priced at $50 and in under 24 hrs it's chipping. The worker rushes from the start and No one was waiting for her. The white lines aren't clean white lines and don't go to the end of my nails. I want this horrible job off my nails. I will never go there again and don't suggest anyone goes there. Terrible. Waste of money. read more

Angel Tips - This is one day old. Looks terrible. Overgrown (at one day) and the line isn't a straight white clean line. - Nail Salons Near Me - Bridgehampton, New York

I have come to this salon many times in the past and I've never had such a horrible experience as I did my last visit. The lady Coco was YELLING at me she would not let me get what I wanted and kept saying "Jesus" while saying it was my fault when she simply wouldn't listen to me, she was yelling at me for 40 minutes and the salon later switched me to a different set of people and they still didn't do what I asked them for. They were rushing my nails the whole time and kept cutting my actual finger as they were brushing so aggressively without care, and then over charged me $90 and I come every few weeks and have never paid this much money. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be treated poorly and additional when I did pay them, the front desk lady asked me if I was going to give them more money. The powder dip nails that normally last me a month lasted me four days they didn't even apply a top coat as they kicked me out before finishing them. read more

This is the first time I have ever written a Yelp review but I must warn everyone...Do not go to this Nail Salon. I made a 3:00 pm appointment for a mani/pedi. When I asked the cost I was told that it was going to be $60. Thought that was a lot considering I pay $37 for the same kind of service in Manhattan but I thought ok, prices are up because of Covid and it is the Hamptons. Got there exactly at 3:00 pm for my appointment and was completely ignored by the woman running the front. I finally picked out my polish color and still was ignored. After taking 2 other people ahead of me (not sure if they had appointments or not) at 3:20 pm I asked how much longer it would be. She pointed to a pedicure station and told me to sit there. It was filthy dirty so I got up and told her. She told me to sit in another one. This one was cleaner but still not that clean. At 3:35 pm not 1 person had come to start my pedicure nor did the person running the place ever say one word to me. I finally left. The whole experience was inexcusable and a total waste of my time. The only good thing is that I did not throw out $60 plus tip. read more

Was so excited to have my nails and toes done. I went here and got a pedicure and SNS powder gel manicure. The manicure was awful. Product being used was old and goopy. She put the product on too thick. It was awful!! I will never go back there again. Can't wait til my salon opens in the city. read more

$70 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure only to be rushed out in an hour? No, thank you.

I have never written a review before but this place is horrible. Made an appointment for 5pm, still waited 45 mins. The place is very dirty, no attempt to clean up the nail clippings or nail dust between clients. The manicurist was rude and did a terrible job. Will go somewhere else tomorrow to have it redone. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! Angel Tips is hands down the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life. To start, a fill for acrylics was 85 dollars, and the results were horrible. My nails looks like bubbles and one nail has already fallen off. It has not even been 24 hours. I definitely suggest to not go to Coco if you even choose to go to this place. Also, I am pretty sure they attempted to steal my credit card information because the "credit card machine wasn't working", so they asked to write my information down from my credit card. Obviously I was not okay with that, and magically it worked as soon as I was not comfortable with them writing my credit card information down. This place is unprofessional, the workers are loud & rude, and definitely is due for an inspection. read more

If I could do a negative I would. One they did my nails SO BAD. charged me $10 for a fix up in one acrylic nail. They couldn't even fix my nail so I had to tell them what to do. They did my acrylic horrible and the nail tech had the nerve to tell me I had to pay tip for a horrible job. When I told her no she gave me a face and walked away and never asked me if I needed anything else. If you guys wanna spend your money at a low rate place be my guest but know they lost a customer. I had to go home and do my own acrylic. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

Worst. Bikini wax. Ever. Despite their spiffy new decor, the services are subpar. Though most services are a reflection of the technician and not necessarily the salon, it was clear the woman performing my bikini wax was unskilled. Actually, she only did half the job -- like she forgot the other side. The only reason I didn't drive back the following day to complain was that we live too far away. Just wish I'd gotten her name... read more

So this is how I feel, it's not the fanciest place in the world but at least be pleasant to your patrons. I walk in and the manager, Sue, whom I asked her name and refused to say it until a coworker had to tell me, did not even look at me when speaking (barely) to me. I asked for change to tip, and the Pleasant Sue, threw a wad of one dollar bills to me without even looking at me again. My manicure was ok-not the best-not the worst, however I asked for 3 coats and she refused. Weird. Left with a bad taste in my mouth and an ok mani on my nails. read more

Worst nail salon ever. Horrible customer service. Horrible paint job. Extremely expensive for a crappy mani & pedi. Typically, this is supposed to be a relaxing experience. I would put zero if possible..dirty, unsanitary, staff unprofessional, they cut my foot during a pedicure ! stay away from this place

This place should be shut down. They are dirty, rude and most of all unprofessional. All my polish was chipping in one day and nails were breaking because they filed too thin. Never saw this before. I mentioned that the polish looked watered down and I was ignored. I've never had such awful treatment anywhere. There are other places to go to in the area. I recommend that you don't frequent this shop. read more

As a licensed nail tech in 2 states I can state without doubt that the sanitation practices are deplorable! I watched tech after tech scrub dead skin off the bottoms of feet and then place the foot file in a UV caddie without rinsing or scrubbing them. All instruments must be scrubbed with soap and hot water till all debris visible to the eye is gone before placing in sanitation. My technician ignored my needs and followed a generic routine that left my feet still in need. I couldn't help but notice that everyone seemed unhappy. Were they being paid and treated properly? This matters to me. The one star was for the massage which was very good, but watching each tech set a timer was rather cold. I paid $49.00 for a service that lasted 30 minutes. Anyone who thinks Salon Xavier is overpriced, but will come here is not paying attention! You get 60 minutes for $55.00 at X. You do the math. read more

I should have listened to the other reviews and skipped this place. The lady was rude and rushed the entire time during my mani/pedi. It was the least bit of relaxing.
