There are fabulous bathrooms stocked with everything you need (dry shampoo, natural deodorant, etc.), cute cubbies to leave all of your belongings, and the calming low light in the actual studios during class. Instructors are wonderful. I regularly attend classes each with with great range of teachers, who start classes off with breath work before diving into class. Most classes seem to be at a beginner/intermediate level and are easy to follow. Depending on which instructor you have, they generally focus on different area of the body, but I can truly say I haven't had a bad class. This is my regular studio for reformer and I recommend to any pilates lover!

I wanted to take an affordable workout class that wasn't this overstimulated loud experience like Barry's Bootcamp or SoulCycle, so I ended up giving this class a try. The class is located inside the Ed & Phyllis Davis medical office where they have a workout room full of every kind of workout gear you could need. The class consisted of around 10-12 people, but there was enough space for everyone to spread out and move. The class members consisted of women in their 40s-60s, with a few in their 70s. Still, the class was easy to modify and either amp up or take at your own pace. This workout focused on movements around a bosu ball, using hand weights as well. The music was fun and the pace was well timed. Price per class is either $25 per class or $100 for the month unlimited, which is an absolute steal. Highly recommend!

Tough times through the pandemic did not stop the BodySmart team from keeping their members fitness a top priority. They loaned out equipment and offered classes and personal training over Zoom. Chris, the owner, provided workout videos that you could do at home at your convenience. When gyms reopened, the BS team followed all regulations and we all felt very safe. Annie and Chris are rock star trainers. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We just started a challenge called 50 Strong to really get back in shape after the Covid mess. I walked in on a Monday morning to find the two owners finishing up with personal clients. The space has a ton of equipment, neatly organized. Every size weight you could want, rowing machines, and even a small sauna in the back. Both owners were extremely welcoming and explained the set up of the class. I learned that I was there for leg day, and that there was just one other person joining this class. That one other person was a tall man who was extremely in shape. I am in a shape (but that shape is round), so I became concerned about what type of class could possibly accommodate both of our very different fitness levels. I'm not going to lie, I saw God in this class -- as in there were many moments where I felt like I might die, that I could not possibly row another row or squat another squat. I could barely breathe and perform these movements at the same time, yet the instructor and the other class participant were able to chat as if these reps were no big deal at all. The instructor was good about checking in with me on my form and switching out weights when they were too heavy. The class ended in a push alternating between a 500 meter row on the rowing machines and some weighted movements. I could not walk for three days after this class. If you're looking to get your a$$ whipped back into shape, this place will do it. The classes are a bit out of my personal price range to be able to come back on a regular basis at this time ($65 per class - $60 per class if you buy a 10 pack), but if I come into some money I'd come back.
