I had a very extremely lazy technician. She was too busy, trying to upsell a pedicure that she could not do a basic one. Avoid this place or be very careful who is your technician. She would not shut up and she knew I was reading. read more

Angel Tips - Of course she kept pushing the ultimate angels spa pedicure but was too lazy too basic pedicure. - Nail Salons Near Me - Bridgehampton, New York

First, there are no posted prices. I had stopped going there a couple of years ago when I got a different price from one technician on one day than I did for the same service from another technician on another day. Earlier this week, I was desperate and I couldn't make an appointment anywhere else. I should've known when I was able to get two appointments for me and my daughter so easily that it was going to be a terrible. I got a gel manicure, and there was nail polish on my cuticles. I showed it to the technician, she filed it off! I showed her where I thought one polish nail was going to peel up immediately and she fixed that, but only because I showed her. By the end of the day I already had a chipped nail. I could have done a better job myself using my left hand and I am a righty! DESPERATION is the ONLY REASON to go there. read more

They do an ok job and they can normally accommodate you. but they up charge you for everything. their recently updated price list is crazy. read more

Angel Tips - $20 gel removal, even with service, is highway robbery. - Nail Salons Near Me - Bridgehampton, New York

Came for a pedicure, no polish to give my nails a break. While the tech was cleaning my nail beds, filled the basin for soaking. Went to put the first foot in and the water was SCALDING. Not hot, or too warm, but blistered the tops of my toes. I didn't want to continue the service, she dried my feet (after burning her own hand trying to drain the basin) then asked if I wanted to use Apple pay. Angel tips is the only place that would boil your feet then put their hand out for a tip. Never again. read more

It's not often that I find a manicurist who actually can follow direction, since being an artist and a writer, I am pretty OCD about my nails. Combine that with the fact that I'm in Sag for the summer and not familiar with the local places, I wandered into Angel Tips, looked about, liked what I saw, asked who's best at doing fills, and found Mimi! You folks may not be able to use her because I'm adopting her, and taking her back to Florida! What a fabulous job she did! Exactly how I like my nails...and I mean exactly! Each nail is the same length and perfectly shaped. She works efficiently, quickly and is pleasant to talk to, a nice hat trick. She also made waxing sense of my wild devil brows. It's amazing how more comfortable we feel in an area when we know that the little pleasures are going to be easy to get done. read more

I see allot of negative reviews and am surprised. I've been going here for years and always have had a good experience. The ladies here travel in from Queens to accommodate the seasonal demand and I'm grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail. Always get gel manicure and tried various spa pedicures. All great. read more

horrible!!! Nail tech cut my nail all the down said it was a tip which it was my nail I was mortified! I don't recommend this place at all !!!!! read more

I know there are some bad reviews, but I've been going to them since they opened and I have to say that I always get the best service.

Total waste of money. Went for a pedicure...it was done in 10 minutes. Barely more than a polish change. They didn't want to cut cuticles, no massage, didn't scrub the bottom of my feet...awful! Worst pedicure ever. read more

Excellent service and treatments! Friendly and caring technicians and great prices! I highly recommend!

The absolute rudest front desk I have ever encountered. I called to make an appointment and I was quoted a price for the service I wanted. As soon as I got there, the pedicures started to upsell me. I told her I would not go above $60... She agreed when I got to the front desk it was $65... I told the gentleman that the pedicure has told me $60 and I would not go above...He informed me we have no services for $60... The price is 60 and began to get very, very rude with me. I will absolutely never never never never step foot in this establishment again. read more

I wish I could give negative stars....so rude. Always have been for the 20 years they have Bern there. The tech are so scared of the man owner. He yells at them. I needed an acrylic fill. He told me to pick color and where to sit. There are no price lists anywhere and they didn't tell me how much but I've gone to them before and it was $55 for a fill. She didn't clean under side of my nails...they are chipping and breaking the next day and they charged me $130.00. I almost threw up on him. I didn't need repairs. I didn't get any other service. Just fills. I will NEVER EVER go back and i am telling everyone i jnow not to go there. Just awful read more

Most of the reviews on here are very old or are by people who don't actually live out here. I get my nails done here every couple of weeks and they always do a fantastic job. I've had almost everyone who works there. Is it pricey? Yes.. but they have to charge more to be able to stay afloat out here unfortunately. It's a clean and comfortable space. It gets very busy in the summer so just call and book ahead if you don't like waiting. read more

Manicure was overpriced and sloppily done--the edge of my nails were left unsealed, and the polish was lumpy and streaky. They kept pushing additional services, even when we'd said we'd only come in for the manicures. My nails were uneven, and they added no base coat, so the polish chipped by the end of the day. The ambiance was nice, but that was really the only upside. read more

They are very nice and accommodating here so points for that but honestly, this was the worst quality gel mani/pedi ever! For almost $150!!!!! My nails were uneven, did not cut cuticles and the polish was applied unevenly. I had to fix it when I got home - I'd say pass this up, there are a number of others places nearby that are cheaper and better. read more

Two pedicures for myself and granddaughter. rainy day, very busy but not even acknowledged at front door by male manager who kept shouting out to who owed what. Three different people worked on my granddaughter, leaving her feet in cold tub. my technician was good but $42 per person (one a 10 yr old) ridiculous for a 25 min service in a cramped and unkempt salon. wont be returning. read more

One star, unfortunately The manicurists are very nice and they do a good job. However, they use the same towels to wipe your hands after they have wiped the counters with it. Highly unsanitary. The owner/manager has probably browbeaten his employees to keep using the same dirty towel, so it's on him to correct the situation. I won't be back. read more

terrible job can't even make lines straight and overpriced do not go unless you want your money taken and nails you will regret.

Such a ripoff! They did a terrible job in general. They didn't provide what I requested after they said they would. It's not a clean salon. And they were very rude. Never again. read more

Awful. Ruined all my nails. Filed them down to nothing. Rude and overpriced. I would go anywhere else.

What a ripoff.Terrible job and the man at the front desk is dishonest. Avoid this salon if you don't want to be taken advantage of .

Sub par manicure after pedicure. The manicurist didn't take me to a table and it was awkward crossing my hands over each other. There was a free table. She wasn't very thorough, didn't trim the cuticles and my nails didn't look finished in a way other manicurists are able to get them to look. read more

This place is pretty pricey, even for the area. I get a manicure in Southampton for $12 and here it's just about double. Their services are standard and not worth the price, I'd rather drive 10 more minutes and save my money. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I went in to get two broken nails fixed, that I had gotten done there 3 days prior. My nails always break when I come here but I thought whatever and went to get them fixed. They rushed through doing them, they looked nothing like any of my other nails, were not the right length, design, or anything. It was a disaster. DO NOT COME HERE read more

Worst pedicure I've ever received. Woman was nice, but not good at her job. Wish I could give this zero stars... it was such a waste of money. My mani pedi looks like a child could have done it. The woman finished my pedicure and brought me to the manicure table... when she sat down, she stepped on my wet pedicure with her dirty shoes... though she repainted the toes she messed up, she ended up messing it all over again when she took the tissue out from between my toes and smudged the paint. I should have listened to the negative reviews and saved myself $95. read more

I came here in a bind and ignored the reviews - don't do what I did. Paid $50 for a 5 minute pedicure. What a waste of money.

Gave them another try after I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else local. They are super rude here. Charged me $40 for my 10 minute pedicure and $40 for my 12 year old daughters 8 minute pedicure. Coco, who did my pedicure, was pleasant until she offered a spa pedicure and I said "no, thank you". After that, she was very annoyed and was extremely rude. Grabbing my feet and picking them up and sticking them back in the water like she was angry. The worst of all of our visit was that they took the utensils they used on my feet to a manicure station and used them on someone else's nails without being washed. Beyond disgusting. Never again. read more

I've been going to this place for 20+ years. Today I went for a mani/pedi. I asked for Maria as she is great, but she was off. I ended up w/ a heavy set woman who was innately angry = so much so that I called for the owner's son and said I was leaving. He got in front of her and she still mouthed off at me and was very aggressive. I'll go back on Friday when Maria is there, and, as I was assured, the other tech won't be. PS All the other people are good. read more

Complete trash. Wish I could give 0 stars. I got a gel pedicure and a gel manicure. The lady doing my pedicure started using the wrong color and as I stopped her and tried to explain it was the wrong color she railroaded me by telling me it was pretty and just continuing. My manicure was a whole other story. I'm paying extra money to get a gel but that doesn't mean leave out all the things that come with a regular manicure like oh filing the nails and buffering. I received none of that and then was promptly switched to another lady who then proceed to do a rushed job and then basically kicked me out of the seat to attend to someone else. Hell no. The kicker is one day later my GEL manicure is peeling off. TRASH. Don't ever go it's a waste of time and money. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, STOLEN PAIR OF CHANNEL GLASSES, Earlier today I was there spend $165 on a FILL!!! I've been here 3 times out of desperation, and I leave regretful every time. Of all the nail salons I've been in the county and in the world, this one does the worst, messiest and most unprofessional job. Mimi makes the bulkiest, sloppiest nails and doesn't care when I ask her to file more and Sunny, though very sweet, makes the nails shape and polish crooked. Really frustrating, especially when they charge ridiculously high prices like $80 for an acrylic fill before the tip. I promise to never go back, but it's the only salon near me that does acrylic fill so that's the only reason I've gone back during last minute desperate times. I wish another salon that does acrylic would open near me. read more

The lady who did my nails cut my finger open at the cuticle and painted over the blood. Also you could see the layers of nail polish on some nails as the whole nail was not covered with each layer. Chair massage was good but that's about it. Severely overcharged. read more

I got a manicure here a couple of weeks ago and they just didn't put enough nail polish on my nails to completely coat them. I'd never experienced that before. The next time we went back and the woman in the front who I think is the owner refused to acknowledge us when we walked in, she looked at us disapprovingly and then walked away. It was so rude, I could hardly believe it. Her husband came over and took down our phone number and said he would call us when they had time to do a manicure. We went over to TJ Max, but they never called! So incredibly rude. I wish I could give zero stars. Stay away! read more

They're just not clean enough. The sanitizers don't even work. I was cut one day and immediately had an infection on my finger. Because I have cancer I can not take the chance of it happening again. The foot water really upsets me because they put the tools in the used water. In the dirty foot water then back in the case. I did call the Board of Health a few years back and it did get a bit better. Not for long. Those poor woman that work there have no life. Sad.
