I tried calling and went to straight voicemail (she evidently does not communicate at all by phone. I will later learn that I would not either if I were always so rude). I went to the mobile site and clicked on the map to the new location. I called again and left a message letting her know what happened. Unfortunately the map on the mobile site was also incorrect. I finally punched in the correct address and called again - voicemail. When I arrived to the location I was "greeted" with a "YOUR 20 MINUTES LATE!" When I let her know what happened, she said, "Well, I have already called someone to fill the spot." If only she had checked her voicemail while making that call...... At this point, I should have just cancelled the groupon but I just figured she was frustrated and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I rescheduled. I finally got my massage and when I arrived, she was just as rude as she was the first time. For whatever reason though, I still had the massage. Honestly, the massage itself was pretty good. When we were finished however, I looked at my phone to see that it was less than a 40 minute massage, I paid for an hour. At that point I was just annoyed and frustrated and left without addressing it. When I emailed to inquire as to why it was so short she explained that the actual massage is 50 minutes hands on and we started early. I know for a fact this was not the case because when I looked at my phone to find the voucher to present to her, it was after 3 o'clock. I hope that you will read this before purchasing and proceed with caution. As a small business owner myself, it is appalling to me that someone is so haphazard with their business when people are paying them. ++++++ To CLARIFY - The address IS correct on the site, however, when you click on the map icon, it takes you to the wrong location.

I just saw Rosella for the first time today; a chiropractor friend referred me to her for a long time shoulder injury that has been giving me problems. All I can say is WOW! She's a freakin' life-saver! This is not your average spa massage, full of rose water and fluffy robes. This is a legitimate therapeutic wellness massage. This is the real deal to get your body back into balance. Rosella has been doing this for a long time, and her experience shows in her techniques and ability to immediately zero in on problem areas. I am tremendously grateful I found her. Don't listen to the reviews below. Just text her (don't call, just text her), I got a very timely response and was booked right away. The payment options are incredibly flexible and absolutely budget friendly, even if you need repeat sessions every week like I do. If you are out of whack and need someone who truly knows what they're doing, Rosella is your girl. Side note, she's hilarious...and very sweet.

They provided us with exceptional service & made our experience one to remember. We opted for the "Heavenly Bliss" package which includes.. a head to toe Sugar Scrub.. then a shower... then a Therapeutic Massage along with an Ayurvedic Head Massage. Then we had some fresh fruit with tea... Oh my... What a treat. Finally a hydra boost facial. Our total time was about 3 1/2 hours of pampering. I had Laura for the Sugar scrub & Massage. She is brilliant at her job. She made me feel so comfortable and she hit all the "right spots". I had Aby (the owner) for my facial. Again an outstanding experience. Earthling Day Spa is a standalone women owned beauty/Spa business which has been operating for 38 years. How have I missed this.. a truly hidden gem. I didn't want a corporate facility & I certainly didn't want a Spa treatment at a local hotel. I wanted a curated independent experience and I definitely got it. They have parking right behind the building so you don't even have to worry about parking. All the staff make you feel so welcome & I will definitely return here. It's ideal for a girls day.. wedding spas..Mother daughter days and so much more. If you are on the fence just do it... you will not regret it.

My stylist Ryan asked when I needed to be back at work to plan for how long I could sit under the dryer for my conditioning treatment. We negotiated how much length to take off my hair. I wanted minimal but she rightfully talked me into a bit more because the ends were really damaged. My wash and conditioning treatment were relaxing. Ryan was gentle removing tangles. She cut carefully and gave me a perfect face frame with a razor. She then blew my hair out, rolling my hair into boar bristle brushes. It took a while and I was skeptical at first, but the results were beautiful. She gave great advice about a good shampoo and leave in conditioner for my active lifestyle, which is usually leaving the house with wet hair that dries wavy. They helped me plan when would be most economical time for a cut and color. They have MUSC discounts and a $25 referral discount. They also have lots of Groupon and Living Social opportunities. There was another client there on a voucher and we were not treated as lesser clients. I made sure to tip really well as I generally do. And I had some complimentary chocolate on the way out. :) See ya next time Ryan!

I attached screenshots of my Groupon account showing that I purchased the haircut and conditioning service on Oct 19th 2012, redeemed on January 7th 2013, and the expiration date was March 2013. Please STOP LYING ! I did not dye my hair - no highlights, nothing. Only got a conditioning treatment, a cut and a trim of my bangs and my hair was styled. I was ripped off and overcharged. In my original review I wrote that I paid 40 dollars - my bad, I paid 19 dollars for the Groupon. I did not order any extra services. At the checkout the owner/receptionist told me that my Groupon did not cover the cost of the service. Nobody ever answers, even though their website (and a response to an email) said that someone is there during certain hours to schedule. I ended up booking via email, but I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card information that way. I told them I'd call and when I finally got through to someone, they had given up my spot because I didn't contact them in time... even though I constantly tried AND told them via email I couldn't get a hold of them. If you are using a Groupon, which I was, you have to give them the code off of it as well- so make sure you have that available or they won't book you. Second- the location is not well marked. The view on Google Maps and on their website is from the side. A view I didn't see from the street. I passed it three times before realizing which one it was. The driveway is tiny and there are only a few parking spots behind the building. It was a tight squeeze. Third- the inside is odd. You go in, up some stairs and are in a tiny foyer. They have some chairs and a desk set up. I didn't mind, however I felt cramped when it was me, the lady checking me in, another employee and a customer trying to check out. I felt like I was in the way, even though I was sitting in a chair. The room I was in for my massage was so bright and loud. They have a window facing Savannah Highway, so I constantly heard cars, trucks, horns, squealing, etc. The blinds didn't keep out the light and they didn't close the curtains. I was also very cold in that room. Fourth- Okay, the massage. It was absolutely amazing. The pressure was perfect and she checked in to make sure I was doing okay. I did not like her talking to me so much (not asking about the pressure, but about a lot of different random things) as this was my time to relax and zen out. While I did enjoy the massage, I don't think I'll be back. I am thankful for the opportunity to try it but it just wasn't a good fit for me.

I then spoke with her briefly about what kind of massage I was looking for and she was HAPPY to help. It turns out her specialty is medical massage therapy so she was a great fit for my needs (pinched nerves and minor damage from a car accident a few years ago). She explained everything she was doing and checked throughout the session to make sure the pressure was okay. I left feeling like a new person. Yes, cliche, but entirely true.
