The space is unassuming in a strip mall but as soon as you walk behind the curtain, it's like you're transported into a different world. They have the whole locker room set up with robes, sandals, hygiene products, personal lockers, and stocked showers, and it's always so clean. The waiting areas are spacious with relaxing music, essential oils, magazines, water, and snacks to accommodate whatever vibe you are looking for. They also offer heated neck wraps, which is a personal fave. I always opt for the muscle meltdown, which is their deep tissue massage. I've had Liz several times and am always impressed. She and all the other therapists are professional and super great at what they do. I will be a longstanding repeat customer!

Just not a great experience at all. I wanted to just tell her to stop and let me lay there for the rest of the sesession, but I just couldn't come up with a way to say it that didn't come across as rude. Either way, I'd give SoCa another shot, but will make sure I note to not have that therapist again.

I received a Groupon certificate for a massage as a gift. Booking the massage was fairly easy and…read moreCathy not only confirmed the massage but also sent directions via text message. With her directions, it was very easy to find the location. I was a few minutes early and she was ready for me, having me fill out a quick information sheet before we started. The room was clean and immediately set me at ease. Cathy engaged in a bit of small talk with me in the beginning and communicated well with me throughout the massage. The massage itself was great - very relaxing, very thorough, and took up just about an hour. I knew I was going to feel better for days, both physically and emotionally. However, the after-massage is what is causing me to give 3 stars instead of 5, and ensures I will not be booking a second massage with Cathy. On a table in the room was a sign saying something to the effect of "If you enjoyed your massage, please feel free to leave a gratuity". I realized I had forgotten the cash I meant as a tip at home and only had a few dollars on hand. I had been really happy with the massage and thought I would get her card and book a second massage, with the intention of fully tipping her for BOTH at the second massage. When I walked out of the room, she asked how I felt and, with phone and Square chip in hand, told me that she accepts gratuities via card if I wanted to -- following that up with an explanation that she only gets about 1/2 of what Groupon charges and she only uses it for advertising. I had told her that the massage was a gift, so it was unprofessional to complain about how much money she is losing from advertising she chose to do. Without Groupon, I wouldn't have known she existed. But if she hadn't prompted me for a tip, I would have booked another massage, given her a full tip for both, AND used both Yelp and word of mouth to help tell more people about her. As much as I enjoyed the massage, and as relaxed as I felt going home, I was turned off by that experience. People will tip when and if they can and it was very uncomfortable to be prompted by the business owner for more money.

I wanted something close as far as commute and of course someone who could get me in soon and had flexible hours and good reviews. I saw Dori had appointments available Friday and even had evening appointments! I read great things about her so I went ahead and booked an hour massage. I am so glad I did! Dori was so amazing! She was so nice and accommodating. She listened to my concerns and used the greatest amount of pressure to release the tension and knots out of my neck and shoulders. That hour went by so quick! I did add on the peppermint scalp massage! Don't sleep on that! If you are looking for a massage therapist, I highly recommend Dori! I am already ready to book my next appointment. I immediately had relief after my massage and had better range of motion in my neck. The range of motion felt amazing and even lead to my neck releasing and popping several times on it's own. So much relief! I cannot wait to go back and try her other techniques.

I was scrolling through Facebook last week and Elements came up on my feed. I almost kept scrolling because I have had a recent horrendous eperince at a nearby massage memership facility. I really did not want to get back into one nor deal with any of it. I decided to take a look and I was easily intrigued when I saw a familiar therapist. I was so excited and hurry up and booked. Upon walking in today I was greeted and welcomed. The facility is clean, open, quiet, and calm. The staff was great. Raymond was my therapist and I cannot say enough good things about him if you are looking for a deep tissue massage. I decided to add on the Eucalyptus aromatherapy, it was a gloomy day and I am a sucker for Eucalyptus. I am glad I chose that as an add on, it was perfect. The massage room was open, comfortable, and so relaxing. The massage table was so cozy, plus, big, and warm. It really felt like a spa in there. I loved the lighting, the sounds, and just the all around small touches that made everything so relaxing and calm. I am excited to try the other enhancements they have to offer as well as other treatments. They have some great deals if you decide to become a member and I appreciate the discounted pricing it has to offer. It's even better that you are not binded into a contract.
