Kaity is super personable and even though I felt awkward, her witty banter put me at ease. The fun questions she asked helped me to feel more relaxed which I appreciated. She offers not just overall body waxes but eyebrow services as well. Always good to support local! Next time I would ask about a numbing cream though, felt very sensitive in some areas. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. No issues there which was super nice. After years of having no idea what to do with my hair, having it thinned out, cut oddly, etc I am so happy to finally say it is exactly how I want it. While I still have some time to go for it to get back to 100%, I've had huge improvements. Heidi is absolutely wonderful. I felt so comfortable with her. The communication was very open even before my appointment. We discussed my hair type and I shared photos with her so she had an idea. Upon arriving, she examined my hair and told me what she thought would be the best course of action. She told me everything she was doing, as she did it and why she was doing it. The "boot camp" she offers during the first appointment was so helpful! I was able to ask questions and get very thorough answers. The products she used (and I now use at home!) are healthy for my hair. I do most of my hair prep and styling in the shower. Saves me so much time and never would've thought to do it while in there. My stylist Kierra, started by detangling my hair then off to the posh cleansing room. Better known as a shampoo bowl lol. She scrubbed, rubbed, massaged, scratched per my request and washed my locs 3 SEPARATE times with an amazing lathering shampoo... Next was this minty conditioner distributed throughout my locs and I was placed under the hair steamer which I call Hair Hookah... Baby, this gave me life! Absolutely loved it until she had to rinse out the conditioner. Let me say I don't do cold anything and the rinsing of conditioner after the hair has been steamed is just what you're gonna get a chilled rinse. This was not my favorite part. Once I was all washed she styled my hair to my liking. The Shop: The decor is top notch, the products and cleanliness... loved the experience!!
