They have the whole locker room set up with robes, sandals, hygiene products, personal lockers, and stocked showers, and it's always so clean. The waiting areas are spacious with relaxing music, essential oils, magazines, water, and snacks to accommodate whatever vibe you are looking for. They also offer heated neck wraps, which is a personal fave. I always opt for the muscle meltdown, which is their deep tissue massage. I've had Liz several times and am always impressed. But the woman on the phone said, unfortunately, she has to charge me 50% of my visit, even if I'm rescheduling, even if it was something beyond my control. So if I was in a car accident and laid up in the hospital, they would just charge me anyway. And I care, that's fine. Maybe it's not a lot of money, but it's a lot of money to me. I spent about $800 a year at the salon, and they charged me $80, which was half of my visit today. And I won't be going back so they took 80 for something beyond my control, but they lost a customer. I'm pretty decent customer. I don't know, like I said, maybe it's not a lot of money to them, but it was to me. And I think it's ridiculous that they couldn't not charge me, because something happened out of my control emergencies, come up ladies, what is happening?

Thank was so worried to have my hair cut by someone else. A friend told me to check out Signori Mani and I am so thankful I did!! I am always treated with nothing but kindness. They offer water and coffee (local from costal coffee roasters) while you're in the chair. The Salon is always very clean, smells amazing, and great conversation and music. Jessie is amazing and I always leave happy. She does exactly what I ask and makes my hair look better than I could have imagined!
