Terrible manicure, I don't use gel polish because it's difficult to remove and damages my nails. I had a manicure with regular polish. The polish used was very poor quality and the man doing my service did a lousy job. I was in a hurry and couldn't wait to get out of the shop which was dirty. I read the reviews about this place and they're so horrible. I figured, it's a nail salon. I mean, that's what they do. How bad can it be? So..I needed in somewhere quick. I didn't want to drive 35 min where I usually go so this is what happened! I get there and asked for a fill. Not a soul in the place. I'm escorted right in and asked to sit. A Middle aged man takes my hands and very roughly starts grinding. My polish was thick . After moving from finger to finger he's finally done and not a moment too soon. My fingers were burning. Not a big deal. I'm not a wuss. So then he starts slopping the powder on with no rhyme or reason and I think to myself, "this is going to be hard to get off when I get home". And I need to make an appointment at my regular salon. So he's just pounding away at my fingers. Scraping and filing and taps his file on the table and says "go wash hands". I did and I was surprised. They actually looked decent. not the best I've had and I would t recommend them for anything formal but I needed a quick fill and it was fine. He painted my nails and even added a little spider web (it's almost Halloween) and at the end he plopped a pile of this almond vanilla smelling lotion and gave my WHOLE arm the most rigorous massage I've ever had. It was actually very nice. When he was done he charged me $40 and I was happy. Definitely DO NOT go in if you can't take a few burns and pinches. but the hand massage at the end makes me a returning customer. read more

The first time I went there was in 2017, my nails looked amazing. I just went there 4 days ago to get a fill in, I told the guy that I wanted certain colors and he kept pressuring me to choose the "cat eye" so I just said yeah whatever. The polish looks terrible. He didn't even polish my whole nail and two of my nails have just popped off. I'm very disappointed. $45 just for the polish to be mediocre and for them to pop off. No thanks The two nails that popped off, I super glued them back on. He filed them so bad. They are no longer the coffin shape they were when I walked it and there's parts on some of my nails where there's indents where he filed too much. Going somewhere else now. -- EDIT -- So I called in and they told me I could come in to get them fixed, he didn't take the nails off. Just put more acrylic on top. Cut my finger with a file AND ripped my skin off where glue was. NEVER GOING BACK !! read more

Will not return. This is the second time that we have had issues. The place is very busy but they let business interfere with quality. I purchased a deluxe pedicure for myself and my daughter for her birthday. They were finished within 30 min and that includes time for nails to dry because it was more important for them to move people in and out then it was for quality work. Last christmas my daughter wen there also(different nail tech) and her nails lifted within a few days. This could be a great business(good location and like I said they really were busy) but the way they push people in and out and their only concern is to make sure you pay instead of a quality service will eventually encourage people to go to other places. read more

I visited Angel Nails this afternoon for a gel manicure. I expected a beautiful set of fresh nails for my weekend in town but what I received was one of the most disappointing manicures of all time. My cuticles are covered in polish and the coat is not even whatsoever. See attached picture for reference. If you are a classy lady, such as myself, do not go here. This is my third visit to this establishment. The first two times I was hoping it was just the person that I had gotten that made it's so bad and I was going to give this salon one last try. Needless to say I was hugely disappointed, I actually left with a bleeding finger which is a complete no no when getting your nails done in my opinion. I asked for round nails twice, they are clearly Square. So I just gave up. He was rough with shoving my hands here and there wherever he wanted them to be. It was honestly a Terrible and awful experience. Will not be giving this another try. I hope my review helps someone else who is contemplating this business. Bad experience, painted poorly, messed up less then 24 hours later. They are shaped odd, painted clumpy and chipped. I don't even know how gel can chip. Absolute horrible service. $60 for garbage, I have to get them fixed somewhere else. Save your money. read more

My girlfriend and I went for pedicures last week and had a great experience. The pedicures range from basic to deluxe. We chose the $30.00 spa option and weren't disappointed. A gentleman named Tran did my pedicure and his attention to detail was second to none. They have a great selection of polish and about 10 massage pedicure chairs. They also have quite a few nail stations and can accommodate large groups. We called the day before and made 10:00 am appointments. We were barely settled before the place was packed, so I recommend going early. I had a great experience will absolutely go back. read more

Made an appointment and had only a short wait. The nail process for a full set was a hour & twenty minutes, which was rather long. The nails looked ok, not the best that I've had, but not the worst. After a week the gel had started peeling off, which I haven't had happen before. She also didn't push back my cuticles so it looked like I had a lot of growth early on. I had also had some lifting around the edges after 3 days. In two weeks every single nail had easily peeled off. It was $40, I won't be back. read more

I've never had a good experience here, and today is the last time I'll ever go. I wanted my acrylic off and to get a gel manicure. Instead of soaking the acrylic, he literally pried/ripped them off, almost taking off two of my real nails and making them bleed everywhere. The most painful experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Then bc he was unable to get all the acrylic off without hurting me more, he just painted over the uneven nail with gel. Aside from the bumpy nails, the paint job was horrendous. Not to mention, he tried giving me three completely different colors than the one I picked. Even after all the pain and a very poor manicure, I was still charged $42... and when I complained about the whole experience, he refused to give me any refund whatsoever. Do not go to this salon. I'm not sure if they're operating under new management now or something, but the first time we went they were very kind and did a great job. The most recent time that my mom and I went they were HORRIBLE. Completely were trying to get us out of there as fast as they could, rushed both of our mani-pedi's, and were visibly annoyed when I told them that the color on the board that I picked was not at all the color they used to paint my nails. They said it was the "manufacturer's fault" and were very resistant to paint a new color. Left the salon very unsatisfied. Many of my friends have said the same thing about them recently being much worse than they were before. The nails ended up looking terrible, especially for the amount of money that we spent. read more

This is the most unprofessional salon I've ever been to. I tried it once about 2 months ago Angel had done my 2 week polish. When I left it was all over my fingers and you could see streak marks. About a week later they started chipping. I went somewhere else after that but I wanted to give Angel nails one more try because it is convenient and close to where I live. Huge mistake. I coincidentally got Angel again and everything started off fine. As she was starting to put the 2 week polish on my nails, 3 or her employees began to argue up front on the couch. Her daughter was sitting at the nail table next to us and started arguing with the others. Then Angel started arguing as well. At this point they are all yelling across the entire salon to each other. Angel is so upset that she is shaking and can't even put on my polish. I said to her daughter who speaks English, "she is so upset right now she can't even do my nails." Her daughter said I'll take over and told Angel to get up. She said "sorry about that, the girl up front is upset she didn't get the manicure that just walked in. She's new and doesn't understand the order we take walk-ins." I said, "I totally get that but there's no reason you guys should be doing that right here right now with all of these clients here and now your mom can't even provide my manicure." She said she was sorry and finished my services. About 4 days late one of my nails chipped and in the next 2 days 2 more nailed started peeling off. So before it had even been a week since I got them done, I went back to get them fixed because that's ridiculous. I am walking up to the salon and outside of the salon the SAME employees are all arguing AGAIN. This time at least they are outside but they are outside of the salon screaming at each other. I told Angel's daughter my nails are chipping do you remember me from the other day? She told me go inside and sit down and she will fix them. As I'm sitting on the couch in the salon, I am watching these employees argue and then one of the male employees pushes Angel's daughter. They're arguing some more and he pushes her not once more, but 2 more times. There are other customers in there and we were all in disbelief that this was happening and Angel and the other employees working inside were acting like nothing was happening. I said to Angel, "are they all working on the clock right now?" She said yes. I said "then one of them needs to come in and fix my nails, this is ridiculous." A minute later she took me and sat me at her station finally. She barely said sorry and fixed my nails. The next day another 2 nails started peeling off. I will NEVER return to this salon again it was the most unprofessional and ridiculous experience I've ever had. read more
