I've never had that happen before. Their policy is it the nails were done there, fixing and replacement is free. I was made to pay for 1 of the 2 that popped off. I didn't want to see like a "Karen," so I paid for it. Also, I got my lashes done. I don't think they were done properly and were very uncomfortable. I had them taken off, and she tried charging me $20 for removal instead of $10 because I had gotten them done there. She was really rude to me the last time I was there. I was really excited to go there because of the Google review rating, but I'm not satisfied. Please make your own choice to go, but I will not be returning. I knew there would be a disrespectful reply and that's not a good business look for you. All of my nails have popped off from the back. Meaning they're not done correctly. I have always gone every 3 weeks because my nails grow slow. The timing is irrelevant. Your page says if the nails are done at Happy Tips and Toes, they are fixed for free. The rudeness of Emily during my last visit was unacceptable. I was also supposed to get $5 off my last visit, and didn't. Learn to take criticism, and stop being jerks to clients. Another thing, I was there on January 6th, around the time they opened. No one was there. The guy that did my nails said everyone went out and was hung over. How awesome for a business! I can keep this editing thing going forever. I kept gojng because YOUR NAILS KEPT BREAKING. Currently, my middle finger on my right hand popped off. So right now, your business is at 0%. I decided to get a full set with regular polish and in my 10+ years of getting my nails done I have NEVER been so rushed to pick a color. I was asked 5 times what color I wanted before I even had nails glued on. Then, the lady doing my nails proceeded to not even ask me what length I wanted and cut them way too short so I had to have them soaked off in a plastic baggie. When putting more nails on she argued with me saying my nails are not medium length they're long and I need to ask for long nails. They barely go past my fingertips. She was not attentive to me whatsoever, talking on the phone and to everyone in the salon but me. Immediately after painting my nails they made me sign my receipt with my nails wet so of course they got smudged and the lady was huffing and puffing at me as if it were my fault. Not only did she leave half of my thumbnails without polish but it looked so sloppy on all my fingers. I understand regular polish isn't the best to get but with a baby on the way I was trying to save some money. I ended up going back in and switching to gel polish bc it really just looked horrible. There were big clumps of acrylic under my ring finger and I asked her if she could file it off and of course she argued with me about that as well. I never complain nor go back in somewhere but after having someone jerk and tug my hands around for an hour and not even acknowledge what I wanted, I was furious and tired of being nice. This was one of the last things I wanted to do to treat myself before having my baby and I was rushed and not treated well at all. I was told to "tell all my family and friends" so that's what I'm doing ‍ they acted as if they were doing me a huge favor by changing my polish. The lady used a glove to put lotion on a client and then used the same glove on me. Pretty disgusting. It was $46 for a full set with regular polish..and then I had to pay another $10 for the gel I ended up getting. They're so impatient and rude here it's astonishing. I was a first time customer and will never be returning here. I've been searching this area for a good nail salon for over a year now and still have no luck. I'm glad so many other people have had such amazing experiences here and as I said I was so excited to give them my business but I was so disappointed.
