I requested to have a certain style of individual lash extensions called baby Medusa. She said yes she was capable of doing them not only did she not do individual lashes she did lash clusters which I could've did myself better. She lied about being able to do it and she didn't even apply the clusters right and they hurt and she refuses to refund my money and also charged me double what I should've been charged. It should've been $60. I got charged $123. Plus, the last room was dirty and smelled funny and very small like a closet. read more

I been in this area for a little over a year and I a disgusted. first impressions are everything so when you walk into this establishment it's nice inside but from the door. I noticed they are prejudice esp against color people. I was told it was a 20min wait and within me sitting and waiting for twenty mins. They took two people who came in way after me and continued to tell me it's gonna be a couple more mins of a wait. I will never again give this nail shop my money again & it's sad bc I sent two of my teenage girls here before my experience so ain't no telling if they even noticed the discrimination. I am disgusted with this establishment and you should be ashamed of yourself for treating people this way coming to spend money. SHAME ON YOU!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! read more

I made an appt. and only took 40 minutes from my home!! Easy drive.. walking in the first thing I noticed was how busy it was.. then the amazing décor. Theres a front desk where you sign in. I did that immediately and noticed they weren't calling anyone by their names. Not my nails done since March so I sat there with great anticipation and every second felt like 15 minutes !!! I was told to wash my hands after checking in. My appointment was for 4:00 and a woman came over and got me at 4:10.. I was so happy. She told me to go to one of the pedicure chairs. All the workers including the customers had face masks on. As I sat in this great massage pedi-chair.. I quickly chatted with the ladies sitting around me and laughed because many drove down the salon from PA just like me!! The woman next to me was looking at a very professional looking book of services that was provided for customers to review. I have never see anything like this in any nail salon. Usually one would have to ask about services or pricing or there might be a sign on the wall near the door. I requested the spa pedicure which is like a typical pedicure. There was a cheaper option for $30.00 but didn't have the foot scrubs etc. With the spa pedicure.. fresh packets of lavender foot soak were opened .. it was great! It was a great pedicure. So after my pedi I was taken to another station for my full set. I had a design in mind and the nail tech said it was no problem after I showed him a picture from my phone. I was very pleased with my nails. My visit was about 2 hours long. I will definitely be back! read more

The staff is rude and prejudice. I've been in there and they took people just coming in the door before taking me. On another occasion, I was sitting next to a woman who came in after me, the gentleman asked her what she wanted; never looked my way. The lady told him that I was there first. Then I read on FB that they did this to other African American patrons. I haven't been back. read more

Well I went back to get my nails "redone" for "free" because I had bubbles in my nails and the scratched my nails up and put another clear coat over it and now I have more bubbles very livid at this point. I trusted them to fix their mess up.! read more

They're ok. Whenever I went they cut my fingers a lot and my nails always felt itchy. Good artwork though.

I came to Tom for a fill after Liam did my first set. Not even 12 hours later 1 fell off. I went back the next morning at the time they said Tom would be available and he was working on someone else so a completely different person attempted to fix it but it looked so different from the rest. (Pic included) Not even a week goes by & I lose two more nails so I go to ask what their policy is on refunds and explain the situation to the girl who must be in charge of this poorly ran establishment and she says they don't offer refunds but they would "fix" it. Furious at this point, I don't want to waste anymore of my time at a place with such low end customer service. I'll be taking my business somewhere where customer satisfaction matters. & I'll make sure I let everyone I work with and all the members at Williams Country Club know how terrible my experience at Weirton nails and spa has been since nails is ALWAYS a topic read more

I got the most incredible, super duper, pedicure I'd ever had at this place. I wanna say it was $60. Worth every penny. I raved all about it to friends and family. Went back with my husband and som and felt cheated. We didn't get to decide which pedicure we wanted. Whichever one they picked for me didn't include cuticle clipping, callous removing or massage for $45 (with gel polish). My husband was less than impressed as well :-(. read more

I used to rave about them but I have had very bad experiences lately. The woman Jackie who runs the place (I think) is a total nightmare. Extremely rude and condescending. The first horrible experience I had (pictured) was when I had the bald guy who sits in the back.. never got his name.. he was very personable but I have never seen something so horrendous. I wanted plum almond shaped nails and he did such a bad job painting them and wouldn't allow me to let them sit under the light long enough so, as weird as this sounds, the first layer was never fully cured, then he painted a second layer on, didn't fully cure it, and then put the clear coat on and I insisted that we let them set longer. By the time I got him, about 5 minutes away, I had movable bubbles on my nails. The dark plum color was still wet and it was almost like a nail polish pimple.. I tried to fix it by pressing it down and it literally popped and the gel polish was all over my hands. Insane. I luckily have my own light and clear gel so I got rid of the bubbles, cured, and then did another coat of clear, but you should not have to fix your nails after you pay $40 for them. Plus a tip. The last time I went in, I wanted something simple, I got Lele who is very talented, I have had her before, but she refused to do what I wanted, then showed me an ombré thing and said it would be $5 more, I was reluctant but I needed them done so I was like whatever. Then when I got rang up they said it was $65. For a full set. They said $15 for the ombré and an extra $5 bc I wanted almond shape nails. Ummmm never in the history of the world have they charged me extra to get my nails shaped something other than square. I will not return here because it's just been too inconsistent. I'll be trying some new places in Robinson from now on.. read more

Was so excited to come here and pamper myself because the reviews on google and Facebook were so good. I decided to get a full set with regular polish and in my 10+ years of getting my nails done I have NEVER been so rushed to pick a color. I was asked 5 times what color I wanted before I even had nails glued on. Then, the lady doing my nails proceeded to not even ask me what length I wanted and cut them way too short so I had to have them soaked off in a plastic baggie. When putting more nails on she argued with me saying my nails are not medium length they're long and I need to ask for long nails. They barely go past my fingertips. She was not attentive to me whatsoever, talking on the phone and to everyone in the salon but me. Immediately after painting my nails they made me sign my receipt with my nails wet so of course they got smudged and the lady was huffing and puffing at me as if it were my fault. Not only did she leave half of my thumbnails without polish but it looked so sloppy on all my fingers. I understand regular polish isn't the best to get but with a baby on the way I was trying to save some money. I ended up going back in and switching to gel polish bc it really just looked horrible. There were big clumps of acrylic under my ring finger and I asked her if she could file it off and of course she argued with me about that as well. I never complain nor go back in somewhere but after having someone jerk and tug my hands around for an hour and not even acknowledge what I wanted, I was furious and tired of being nice. This was one of the last things I wanted to do to treat myself before having my baby and I was rushed and not treated well at all. I was told to "tell all my family and friends" so that's what I'm doing ‍ they acted as if they were doing me a huge favor by changing my polish. The lady used a glove to put lotion on a client and then used the same glove on me. Pretty disgusting. It was $46 for a full set with regular polish..and then I had to pay another $10 for the gel I ended up getting. They're so impatient and rude here it's astonishing. I was a first time customer and will never be returning here. I've been searching this area for a good nail salon for over a year now and still have no luck. I'm glad so many other people have had such amazing experiences here and as I said I was so excited to give them my business but I was so disappointed. read more

The best nail salon ever!! I've been going to Rosie for several years, before her new shop. Rosie & Henry, her husband, have a beautiful shop, very clean and sanitary with all new equipment. The are both caring and knowledgeable owners. They do excellent work...I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Poor customer service and the nail tech did a horrible job. The gel polish was peeling off within days.

Make appointments and still have to wait hours. Very poor service! Taking my business elsewhere!

I had an appointment for 7:45. They didn't put me in a chair until 9:10PM. I left with all my nails crooked, polish left over on my fingers, and a day later they're already chipping with gel! Ridiculously overpriced for horrible service!!! read more

Do not get a pedicure from this place, spare yourself from doing it. After they removed an ingrown from my nail, I got a terrible infected nail, that I'm still dealing with months later. I had to get half of my toe nail removed because of this. It was so painful to walk, and you couldn't even touch it was how badly it hurt. DO NOT GET A PEDICURE HERE, THEY ARE UNSANITARY. read more

I go back and forth as to whether or not I want to give this place a good or bad review. sometimes i'll go in and get a great service, other times it's the exact opposite. I continue to come back because they don't require an appointment & I can pop in whenever i'm out and about. it's very hit or miss depending on who you get. read more

This was the worst nail salon I have ever attended. The co-owner, Jackie, was very rude to me. I had my nails painted a pink color and decided I didn't like it. Everyone in the salon told me that I can change my color but Jackie had to do it. Jackie comes to my station and tells me that my nails look fine and that she WILL NOT redo them. After I walk away, very upset, she tells my mother that I acted very disrespectful. I do not recommend this salon and I will never be returning. read more

Sad Jackie sold the business just left and had the most horrible experience. The new owner was a micro managing mess! Was unable to enjoy the pedicure due to her stopping every 2 seconds to yell at the girl doing pedi beside me. Not sure if I will return under this new ownership. The girl that she was micromanaging has worked there for 2 years and has been doing great pedis before! Hot mess express!!! read more

Do not go here. Shady. Scary. The guy who did my nails clipped his own skin then my nails. Talked me out of the color I wanted probably because they didn't have it. Worst manicure I have ever had. $30 for maybe 15 minutes. Bubbles, no cuticle treatment. Do not go here. read more
