I've never had that happen before. Their policy is it the nails were done there, fixing and replacement is free. I was made to pay for 1 of the 2 that popped off. I didn't want to see like a "Karen," so I paid for it. Also, I got my lashes done. I don't think they were done properly and were very uncomfortable. I had them taken off, and she tried charging me $20 for removal instead of $10 because I had gotten them done there. She was really rude to me the last time I was there. I was really excited to go there because of the Google review rating, but I'm not satisfied. Please make your own choice to go, but I will not be returning. I knew there would be a disrespectful reply and that's not a good business look for you. All of my nails have popped off from the back. Meaning they're not done correctly. I have always gone every 3 weeks because my nails grow slow. The timing is irrelevant. Your page says if the nails are done at Happy Tips and Toes, they are fixed for free. The rudeness of Emily during my last visit was unacceptable. I was also supposed to get $5 off my last visit, and didn't. Learn to take criticism, and stop being jerks to clients. Another thing, I was there on January 6th, around the time they opened. No one was there. The guy that did my nails said everyone went out and was hung over. How awesome for a business! That's why Emily made me use the ATM, and pay cash instead of card. Just sounds like a way for you to scam the government on the taxes you owe.

I went to this salon for the first time today. I was refer to it, (and stylist Christina T) by a…read moregood friend. My hair was a hot mess - it was damaged from a color process treatment done earlier in the week by another stylist - who we won't mention - but I reviewed them too! It's the first time in my life that I did not know what to do or how to correct what someone did to my hair. I literally couldn't run my fingers through it, nor brush - wet or dry. I arrived at the salon just a few minutes ahead of my appointment. The salon was clean, neat contemporary and the staff was friendly and helpful. More than once someone updated me as I waited for Christina to greet me for my appointment. They came and got me and started the shampoo process, letting me know she'd be with me shorty - they just didn't want me to have to wait. Kristin started my shampoo and she listen to my concern, and acted accordingly. (I don't like a rough shampoo) Before she could complete the shampoo, Christina arrive eager to address my concerns. She began a wet treatment by messaging the product into my hair for quite sometime - nearly 10/15 minutes. She was careful to get every hair on my head. When she started it was difficult for her fingers to get through my wet hair, they got tangled in it quite a bit. As the treatment progressed - it became easier and easier and soon he fingers were gliding through my wet hair. ((HUGE POINT - Something that hadn't happened for me in 4 days - I couldn't get fingers or a brush through my hair.)) When she was done she took me to her station, dried and style my hair and POOF - MAGIC, my hair looked and felt great - and I was so happy to have my bouncing bob again instead of the rats nest the other salon gave me! GREAT SALON - EXCELLENT STYLIST (Who listened) and COURTEOUS STAFF. A+++ or 5 Stars in my book all day long. I write reviews only when I am emotional drawn to do so, and I truly want to do so today for Christina and her extra effort! I will be back to see Christina in 2 weeks, and I am looking forward to it!

I want to share my experience to warn others who may try to book here in the future. I am set to…read moreget married this December and sadly my grandfather who's my world got put on hospice this past week and is not well at all. My grandpa has been telling me for months he wanted me to go back to my natural blonde for my wedding. I'd been going to a nice salon about 9 months ago getting it dyed a light chocolate brown. I decided nine months ago to stop getting it colored and grow my natural roots out and give my hair a break because I knew I wanted to make the hair transformation this year back to my blonde which I've been my whole life. My mom and dad had surprised me and booked me with this salon to go back to blonde or try to get somewhat lighter for my wedding. We knew realistically I wouldn't be all over blonde or have some crazy transformation but knew I could get somewhat lighter. They had booked me with this salon because originally we'd heard great reviews and they could get me in this week! They booked me for this past Monday. The stylist I had was very nice but she never once did a strand test and when I gave her the inspo pictures and asked if maybe we could achieve somewhat of a lighter color or balayage. The stylist then said she felt she could get me all over blonde. She had set my expectations super high and was super optimistic. As the appointment went on I began asking questions as to why there was still so much brown and how she would get it blonde like the rest and she kept telling me trust the process and I'd be surprised how blonde I'd really be. I trusted her and she then took me to the shampoo bowl and later the dryer and back to the bowl once I got back and looked in the mirror I was horrified. There were huge pieces in my hair that were actually white not super blonde just white and grey and it was so patchy. She then kept telling me just let me dry your hair it's still wet trust the process. Keep in mind at this point she was also thinning my hair during this conversation and began cutting more length off then requested.. which I'm guessing because she fried it. My hair was super corse and dry the following day even with the length removed. After drying my hair, the panic was very obvious and she basically just looked at me and was like I'm not sure what to tell you the color just didn't take correctly to parts of your hair and informed me to come back the next day to get it toned. I came home hysterical crying and my aunt who's a hair dresser herself came to look and was horrified and couldn't fathom she let me leave the way I did or she still charged me $260!!!! I came back the next day and the girl whom fixed it was extremely passive aggressive defending the stylist and rude, and the toner she used just helped level the giant white pieces out but just took me to a color which is nothing what I'd ever wanted it's almost like a ugly strawberry blonde now and way shorter than what I wanted considering I'd been growing my hair out for some time for my wedding this year. My parents were super upset especially with the money they paid, and they wanted a refund. The owner had wanted us to come in tommorow at 10 and all she was willing to do was try to lighten it or fix it again which anything else at this point would just worsen it or be more damaging and I'm literally getting married Friday and have no more room in my schedule trying to get everything to come together. I told her over the phone how upset and saddened I was and she was extremely rude and nasty and said " let me make this very very clear to you, if you think you and your mother are coming to the salon in the morning for a refund your certainly mistaken, we don't do refunds." I could add more but this would turn into a novel. This should've been a sweet gift from my parents and the last time my pap could see his little girl back or somewhat back to a little blonde on her wedding day to a nightmare. Me and my family are under an immense amount of stress and this salon and the owner turned a terrible sad week into hell for me. A bride should feel beautiful on her wedding day and now in less than 24 hours I have to get married with hair that I never wanted and will have to live with for at least 8-10 weeks to try to get it somewhat healthy. I try to always give others the benefit of the doubt and be understanding but the way I was spoken to as well as my family and as nice as we were in a time like this is just beyond unforgivable.
