So I believe I can speak from experience ... Shannon is professional, ontime, takes her job seriously and is friendly and makes the whole appointment a wonderful experience . The one thing that sets her aside from EVERYONE else and I've been getting them down for years now is that she's the first to make me feel comfortable and she's extremely knowledgeable which I really enjoy. So I found this place through a co worker of mine. And she went ahead and helped me get in literally 2 days after I requested for an appointment. And believe me, for those who know and live my lashes, it is dang hard to get in ANYWHERE ! But anyway, The drive from Lacey was not bad at all. There is plenty of parking space and the front of the shop was gorgeous. I love the decor they had, it felt very chic and welcoming. As a first timer, I felt very welcome. My lash tech, (I am so bad with names) I think was Michelle ‍ (sorry If I am wrong) but, she did an amazing job. First of all, those under the eye pads, did not leave my eyes open slightly to where they start to burn. She put them on perfectly. And I just let her do her thing and she did. Once I opened my eyes, my lashes were exactly what I wanted them to look like and feel. She did amazing! I will definitely return. I wouldn't have her put on all that oil afterwards though if I went back because my lashes didn't stay lifted for that long. I've also had my brows waxed and they were good as well. But unfortunately I will not be back because of the fact I was charged $40 for a last minute cancellation fee which under normal circumstances would be fine. Except the fact it was basically her fault because I was pretty sure I had made the appointment but it was two months earlier so I wasn't 100% sure. Sooo, I logged into her website and it didn't show that I had any appointments. It showed the three I had before. Two I completed and one I had to reschedule. I also couldn't find the email at all. Not in my spam, trash, important emails or in the inbox. So, when my work asked me to do my training this week I said yes that works. So when I get a reminder text the day before my appointment you can bet your a_ _ I was surprised. And by that point I can not just stop my training. So I reached out to her and she said she had other clients say the same thing but you gotta pay anyway. Well you go ahead and take that $40 instead of a reoccurring client that would tip well and continue to be loyal.

Also some people mentioned cuticle issues and I went in with raw cuticles from my work. They were very sensitive to them and sets cause temporary discomfort.
