Whenever I have told people my eyebrows are tattooed on, they say they would never known if I hadn't told them because they look so great!! At my aunt's 90th birthday, after dinner she wanted to know what brand lipstick I was using because it stayed on so well. I had to confess that I had lipliner tattooed, that was why I still had color after eating. I finally found a picture I like that shows my eyebrows! Hopefully I can post it with this review!!

Keri has changed what services she provides so please check out her website to see what is currently offered. Keri is still my go to girl! My brows are always on point. She is always looking to educate, expand, and improve on what she can offer her clients. Since my last review, I have had a lash lift done. I have bad year round allergies so my eyes are always crying and itchy so for me this was a great option instead of lash extensions. My natural lashes are black and long but they stick out straight so this service actually curls them up. It doesn't take long and it last at least 6-8 weeks for me. (This last time 12 weeks) It looks great with or without mascara. My daughter has brownish black hair. Her brows are lighter and she always has to draw them in. She has had her brows tinted many times and she is extremely pleased on how it looks and the times it saves her each morning. Quick and easy and inexpensive. Keri also has done (airbrush) full face make up on me and it looked super amazing and it didn't feel heavy on my face. I was grocery shopping before my date night and I felt amazing! She also did eye makeup for my picky teenanger for prom. She was super happy with how it turned out. Keri now offers permanent make up such as eyeliner and micro blading. I have seen her work and spoke with her other clients that I know and they are all pleased with the outcome. I decided to get my eye brows micro bladed and I absolutely love how my eyebrows look!! It really does make a big difference on how I look and feel about my self! Keri used a numbing cream and picked a great color for my brows. She will give you a handout with after care instructions. It is super simple. For best results NO scratching, picking, scrubbing, or using products on tattooed area etc. The end results look natural and I have gotten lots of compliments from strangers, as well as, questions like -what do you use to fill in your brows? After I was healed up, I did need a touch up in just a couple small spots. I just got them touched up that about a week ago and I am eagerly awaiting to be all healed! I highly recommend that you go see Keri for the services she offers.

Left smiley because they're all smiles, and also left with droppy lashes on one eye which just emphasizes my already bad asymmetrical face. I was told kindly by Megan, the sweet owner of this aesthetic place, that it's because my lashes on one eye are longer than the other. Roxanne, who did my lashes, should take that into consideration, it says they're the professionals, so i'm unsure what happened. I'm not the expert with lashes, but I hoped she would've been. Roxanne is super friendly though and Megan is very customer service oriented. I got i ntouch with her hoping to get it redone, but was offered a lash tint when my lashes are already black.... I feel like a lash lift is just a lash lift though. Just sucks having paid what I did for a 'professional' lash lift that wasn't accomadating to my lashes. Beauty is a science, and I dont think it was measured in my appointment with Roxanne. I wish I could give 5 stars for how friendly they all are and how beautiful her business is, but i'm just still not happy with the outcome. This lash lift adds to the crookedness of my face. I'm sure their other services are much better and they're all worth a professional price, but not with a lash lift based on my experience.

This upset me since I had to take leave and I had to be somewhere after my hair was done; I got screwed on both ends. I would have left but at that point I had no choice but stick with this salon so I could be ready for my event. I was only offered an apology, nothing else for my inconvenience. In the middle of getting my hair done Tim asked me (he was not my stylisty) if I was okay with the time. Well, there was nothing I could really do about it now is there? Which is exactly what I told him. The place was dirty, not super dirty, but for a salon and "spa" it was dirty. They used a brush on me that was not previously soaked in any cleaning product. I watched her take someone else's hair out of a brush before using it on me. That is pretty gross and here is hoping the other customers are clean. After my hair was done it looked great. My hair holds curls for up to 4 days, (yes I mean days) even when I do it myself with rollers or an iron. I do not know what she used to curl my hair but it fell out within 2 to 3 hours. I ended up having to redo my own hair. Defeats the purpose of getting your hair done does it not? I will never go back and if I could, I would get my money back. I really hope Tim gets his business together, Bremerton needs it small businesses to thrive, but they need to do their part in order to do so.

Jean -Marie is very personable and knowledgeable in her craft and I was pleased with the first appointment and cut. She was emphatic when I was leaving that I come back in two weeks so she could trim the bangs and neck so her cut always looks neat and styled. She was adamant that I not try and do any trimming myself as "she could tell". She said she provides these trims free of charge to her customers. Well, I made an appointment on The salon's website and despite the distance and an unexpected snow storm I made it to my appointment only to be told by Timothy, the owner that Jean-Marie wasn't coming in. No phone call!!! No notice!! And a sheepish apology by the owner Timothy that he couldn't fit me in for a ten minute trim. I gave Jean-Marie another chance - having to book a haircut now not a trim (the prices are high $70.00) The cut was ok, no apology though when I mentioned she should call if she can't make it as I have a far drive. Now to today and why I was driven to write. Once again I made the appointment for a trim and once again a no show or warning by Jean-Marie and no attempt by the salon owner to make a client happy. I will never go back. It isn't worth the aggravation - one always hopes to feel better after a day at the salon. Doesn't happen here.
