Hard pass! Diane has a HORRIBLE attitude and this is a horribly run business. My brows were done in NYC 5 weeks ago (love the look). I've since moved to Kitsap Co. and called Diane hoping to get my first touch up appointment. She said, "Why did you wait so long to get a touch up?" As I just told her - I was busy moving. She adds, "I don't like following ups on other people's work so I'll have to charge you extra since you didn't have your brows done by me." That's fine but she started randomly making up pricing versus what was listed online. Many salons don't retouch someone else's work but she complain SO much instead of just saying it was against her policy. She continued to complain until I finally told her it's best if I go elsewhere. Why not be clear about your policies and pricing and NOT hint that eyebrows someone else did were botched? They weren't... at all. It's annoying when a salon or aesthetician acts like they're the only or best game in town. I would NEVER let someone so negative touch my eyebrows. read more

I cannot express what a difference this experience has made. I waited years (9 years, since my infant son ripped out my eyebrow piercing) to even attempt anything like this. I coped by using all types of eyebrow filling makeups. I ran across Diane's yelp and decided it was time to put on my big girl pants and get my eyebrow(s) dealt with-- and thank goodness I did!!! Absolutely wish I could give Diane 10 stars! If you're on the fence about having your eyebrows micro-bladed, please let me convince you to have them done now and by Diane. I'm a super cautious "non-makeup to lite makeup" wearing person and the thought of someone applying permanent makeup to my face was scary. My only regret is not having this done YEARS ago! However, I'm grateful I got an appointment with Diane! Diane is out there to help you, make you feel good and boost your confidence. Her studio is cute, CLEAN and welcoming. I was there twice and she will schedule you to where you're the only one there during your appointment. Diane takes her time, explaining everything in great detail and makes sure you approve of your brows before actually microblading. There's no pressure and no rush. She also gives very detailed instructions for after care. I feel so grateful that I was able to have Diane work her magic. This is amazing experience. The salon is clean, professional and beautifully decorated. I really felt comfortable there. Diane is true artist. She really listens to you, draws out the eyebrow, so you can see what it's going to look like. I'm not going to say it's not painful, you can definitely feel it, but the numbing cream really makes a difference. You can absolutely tell that Diane is experienced and professional. She knows exactly what she's doing. I'm so glad I went to her. She's done so many people I know and her work is perfect, it looks beautiful and natural. I can't stress that enough it looks natural. Nobody knows I've had it done, unless I tell them My eyebrows turned out so beautifully then I made an appointment and I had my eyeliner done as well. It looks gorgeous! This woman is pure evil. She comes off sweet and innocent (She fooled me too) until you have a bad experience with her and expect her to do the decent and honest thing. Since my former post she has called and texted harassed me too many times to count, and when I tried to contact her, she called the police on me. She now calls me from numbers marked private and has called me every possible name in the book. She has slandered me calling me, "crazy, mentally ill, OCD...etc, and has met me once for 1 hour. I did write bad reviews about her and I am angry about her permanently scarring my face. She said I had no right to voice that opinion and keeps bugging the police telling them half truths and trying to get them involved. She claims to have done (by herself) over 17,000 clients in 15 years working part time, yet only until recently had just 3 reviews. Glad she has friends and family to make her look good. Anyway, I WON a dispute we had and was refunded my money. Now I am preparing to sue her for permanent injury, punitive damages and pain and suffering, plus costs. She is not accredited with the BBB and according to a professional witness who will testify, she hurried through the procedure, lied to me about the healing time, and many other things, and gave me nothing but Vaseline to use on the damaged area. This witness will also testify what I will have to go through to try and correct the damage that she has inflicted, including cost. Also literally any one of us can get a license to do what she attempts to do, but the fact that she lacks artistic ability is what makes her a failure at doing it right. Plus simply not knowing more about the proper healing time, safety precautions and such endangers people. This is a fast buck for her and it has probably served her well. She is no different than the dirty tattoo place where they use the same needles over and over, but convinces an unsuspecting public, that they know what they're doing and everything is safe and worth the money they'll spend. She also contacted, Yelp, and demanded that I remove some very discriminating pictures of my scars, because it made her look bad. The truth is the truth, and the truth is the only thing that makes her look bad. If anything should be removed, I will most definitely repost it. I think you all have the right to know what you are getting into beforehand, and then if you so choose to go forward, you at least have had a fair warning. *On February 14, Diane left a response to this review. This woman could not tell the truth if her tongue came notarized. She insists that just out of the blue, I told her I was OCD. I'm simply not going to defend myself to lies. I did text her many times and explained why. My phone is a crappy phone and will not send texts longer than a couple of sentences. I told her I was sorry to blow up her phone with so many, but had to send them in segments. I don't recall how many phone calls I made to her, but doubt that is was 44. She would not respond to me so I guess it was quite a few. Her constant slander of me will help me out greatly in court.
