She is always looking to educate, expand, and improve on what she can offer her clients. Since my last review, I have had a lash lift done. I have bad year round allergies so my eyes are always crying and itchy so for me this was a great option instead of lash extensions. My natural lashes are black and long but they stick out straight so this service actually curls them up. It doesn't take long and it last at least 6-8 weeks for me. (This last time 12 weeks) It looks great with or without mascara. My daughter has brownish black hair. Her brows are lighter and she always has to draw them in. She has had her brows tinted many times and she is extremely pleased on how it looks and the times it saves her each morning. Quick and easy and inexpensive. Keri also has done (airbrush) full face make up on me and it looked super amazing and it didn't feel heavy on my face. I was grocery shopping before my date night and I felt amazing! She also did eye makeup for my picky teenanger for prom. She was super happy with how it turned out. Keri now offers permanent make up such as eyeliner and micro blading. I have seen her work and spoke with her other clients that I know and they are all pleased with the outcome. I decided to get my eye brows micro bladed and I absolutely love how my eyebrows look!! It really does make a big difference on how I look and feel about my self! Keri used a numbing cream and picked a great color for my brows. She will give you a handout with after care instructions. It is super simple. For best results NO scratching, picking, scrubbing, or using products on tattooed area etc. The end results look natural and I have gotten lots of compliments from strangers, as well as, questions like -what do you use to fill in your brows? Recently I discovered I am highly allergic to some common ingredients in cosmetic and body care products. She was fast to respond to my requests for ingredient lists and worked with me over the course of several months to find and provide hypo-allergenic products so she could continue to provide me service. Let me just tell you a little of what you can expect. There plenty of parking when you first arrive and it's definitely a very nice building so no stresses there. Karly will either give you the code to get in the elevator, or meet you in the parking lot. If your like me and get lost easily this is super helpful. Once you arrive inside her office, you'll first notice is kept extremely clean, it's decorated super cute and she has very good taste in lamps. Lol. Seriously though, you will feel 100% safe knowing and seeing how extremely clean it is and how she goes to the max on making sure your in a sterile area for your eyebrows to be done. She also has water bottles available, I always find this to be useful and nice. On to the actual procedure. So as I said earlier it's extremely clean, Karly makes sure she opens thing in front of you so you know it's never been used before. She also has everything covered in plastic, gives you a hair net, wears one herself as well as a face mask like they do at nail salons. This is a big deal for me! I feel like a lot of places just don't seam to pay this much attention to detail and it can be stressful to feel like things are not in order all the way when your trusting someone with your body. Or at least that's how I feel. Anyways, she does go over shape with you and will actually listen to what you want, she never makes me feel uncomfortable when I give my opinion. That's another win! After shape is chosen she adds a numbing cream to your brows. I love this stuff! I literally had to ask her if she started already cause I couldn't feel it. Once that cream starts fading away she'll add more too. Thank god! Lol. I'm a huge baby! She sits you up a few times in the apt to make sure your happy with the work done so far and if there's anything you want different. This to me is great! I really like that she makes me feel like I'm in control of how they're gonna turn out and she wants to be 100% sure I leave happy. Obviously she does a amazing job and is so experienced I really don't have much to say, she never does anything I'm not happy with. :) Once the apt is over with she will give you some aftercare things to take home as well as a sheet of paper with the aftercare instructions. They are super easy and as long as you follow them you'll have no problems at all! After all is said and done you book your touch up and your good to go! All in all, I am super stoked about the way my eyebrows turned out and will forever be a customer! She is amazing, well educated, genuine, entertaining and does the best eyebrows ever! I was a bit nervous to make a commitment to permanently alter my face and almost cancelled the…read morenight before but I'm glad I didn't. Karly is so sweet and instantly put me at ease. She was informative and encouraged me to ask all the questions I needed to. All the horror stories I read online were for the traditional tattoo method. Karly is highly skilled at the SofTap method. Very different from the traditional tattoo method. SofTap is noiseless, non-invasive, and gives clients the most natural look in permanent cosmetics. I got my eyebrows and lips done. Karly used a lot of numbing products so I virtually felt nothing. I almost fell asleep during the process. Karly is a perfectionist and makes sure you look natural and are happy with your look when you walk out the door. She sent me home with a care sheet and ointment for my brows and numbing ointment for my lips. After care is to keep my brows dry for 4 days then use the ointment and numbing cream for 48 hours to keep my lips moist and help with any after pain. Honestly, the only after pain is minor prickly feeling on my lips and brows. Which is essentially no pain at all. I'm def grateful I made the decision to get my lips and brows done with Karly. She's amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Karly!
