I purchased new wheels and tires online but needed them mounted and balanced. Went to Andy's Tires and they got me in and out (mounted, balanced, TPMS Sensors installed) within 30 minutes. They even put my old tires in the storage bag I bought with me. The entire staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions. I always pays $20 at this shop to fix the flat. Yesterday I was hit with $25 to fix the flat, that is a 25% increase. I'm not happy with the rip off. Therefore, I don't recommend anyone to fix the flat there, any where else is $15 to $20 to fix the flat. The price was not displayed anywhere. I drove in and the technician immediately began working on my tire. I had a screw and they explained based on where the screw was, they could safely patch it up. These guys are awesome. Walked out to my car to head to work and had a flat tire from a screw puncture. Jacked up the car, threw on the spare, and drove over to Andy's. These guys were pulling the flat out of my trunk as I rolled in. Went into the clerk's office and paid the $25 for a patch. Came back out and the job was done. I grew up in this area just over 25 years ago and used their services several times back in those days. They were the best from then and maybe when they first started the business. My Dad still lives near there and had a flat front tire in his garage. I used a compressor to fill the tire up and remained full after awhile. We decided we can make it to Andy's and have the tire fixed without changing to the spare. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes or less. It was $20 for the repair. They also checked all tires and filled them up to the right levels. They have the best and most friendly service. Highly recommend the business til this day. read more

I had a flat tire. Luis said come right in no problem, he looked at the tire and said we'll have you out quickly. He seemed happy and excited about doing his job. That is a hard trait to find nowadays. 10 minutes later it was done. Luis even put air in all my other tires, and checked the sensors. Nice. That is more than I asked for. I'm not exactly sure what just happened to me. I know earlier today I had a flat tire. After putting on the spare donut, I used Yelp to find a local, well reviewed business to get it repaired. I'm pretty sure I drove down Belmont just west of Pulaski... from there it's all a blur. Here's what I can piece together. I know there was some shouting in Polish. I remember a few pleasant questions about my car from a nice woman. I'm certain there was the continuous sound of a pneumatic lug nut wrench. I handed my credit card to someone and then all of the sudden I'm back driving east on Belmont? Based on the receipt I found on the seat next to me it appears that I got a pretty good deal... a new tire, mounted and balanced, for a hundred bucks out the door. I couldn't have been in that building for more than five minutes. Frankly now I wish I hadn't wasted $0.75 on a newspaper having expected to be reading sports and doing a crossword puzzle for much of the afternoon. Yelp once again has directed me to a great business that I wouldn't have otherwise found. The time and money I saved this afternoon is exactly why it's important for all of us to keep reviewing and you lurkers to start. Pros: - VERY fast service - reasonably priced ($30 was to install 4 winter wheels) Cons: - didn't like the service and the place That is a tire shop owned by Polish guys. I went there as I had to install a set of winter wheels ASAP. The shop has only one entrance and when your car is done you gonna have to make a U-turn while pulling back to get out. Not very convenient eh? The guys wasn't trying to help much with getting out the four wheels out of my car. While I was taking out two, they watched me closely and finally made their mind to help me with the other two. I put in all the four summer wheels back in the car myself, no help was offered. That's ok, I'm used to that. The summer wheels that I was going to put in my car were covered in snow and mud so I had to clean them up. So I asked if they could help me to hose them down. The girl manager kinda like hanged for a second... I mean when you request something out of ordinary, most people just can't understand what the f you want... All right, I had to wipe the wheels with the towels I brought (speaking of foreseeing the situation) and they gave me plastic bags for wheels. Wow, that's not too bad! All in all it's an OK place but I'm not coming back as long as I have a choice. read more

Great, simple experience at Andy's Tires. My rear tire was leaking air and I needed a repair. Right when I pulled up, a mechanic approached me kindly and explained that I should bring my car around. He asked me my problem and immediately got to work. As I made my way inside, all of the mechanics were friendly and smiled, directing me to the waiting room at the front of the store. The waiting room was clean and well-maintained and the cashier was professional, courteous, and efficient. The price was great at $25 and they went ahead and added reinforcement to all the seals even though I only told them about an issue on one tire. Will definitely be back for my tire needs. read more

I've used Andy's Tires services a few times but the last couple visits were terrible. I got a flat tire and went there to get it either fixed or replaced. Turned out fixing is not an option and I bough an used one. I've noticed a little bubble on the tier after they mounted it on the car. I've told them that there is something wrong with but because of laziness to do it all over they assured me it's OK. Couple weeks later that same tire blew out. I went to ask for replacement but they told me I have to pay again. The women in the office very nice on the first look started yelling at me. Cheap service and terrible customer service.
