I visit here every time I am in Chatham. The food is great, the service is friendly and efficient, and the decor is, well, interesting (but not in a bad way.) In the past I have enjoyed the panzerotti, the burgers, the wraps and fish and chips. All were great by diner standards. I haven't tried the pizza yet, but from the amount of orders of it going out the door, I will give it a try next time. read more

Been using Andy's a couple times when in town, but NO MORE! Thought order of one panzerotti, no xtra, lge pizza 1 xtra item, deliv. in town, $58.95! Nothing special, not great, NOT worth it, and handed machine asking for a tip. Called following day to inquire about same order, without indication of evening before and it's cheaper. Wow, never ever again. My 87 yr ol mother wouldn't have questioned, but I did. Smarten up restaurants, these prices are not fine dining. read more

Usually the food is okay, but we found 7 hairs in our food during our stay. Some staff looks like they don't have a care in the world in the kitchen. Spaghetti was swimming in water. read more

Andy's place is one of the more popular family restaurants in Chatham. On weekends they are generally packed, with lineups waiting to be seated. Every time I'm in Chatham I have to stop here for a Panzerotti. I can't be in the area and not stop in. They make the best Panzerotti hands down. In fact, I can't comment much on the other food as that's all I ever get. The wait staff is always warm and welcoming, and they make you feel right at home. read more

AWFUL BREAKFAST Went for Breakfast Saturday July 20/19 Big Mistake I ordered the Deluxe Hungry man Breakfast. Supposed to be polish sausage and peameal bacon. It came out with half cooked regular bacon and regular sausage. (If the bacon was cooked I would have kept it but I do not like half cooked bacon). When I mentioned the mistake, ... the waitress took the plate back to the kitchen. A few minutes later she came back with the plate with the eggs and soggy hash browns on it. The waitress said there was no sense letting the eggs get cold while they cooked the meat! The eggs were cold by this time anyway, ...and the soggy hashbrowns were inedible. The meat finally came on its own little greasy plate. The peameal bacon was not cooked properly and the polish sausage was a big greasy mess. I ended up eating most of the eggs and the toast but the rest went in the garbage. If I had time I would have went next door to McDonalds and got a much better breakfast for 1/2 the price. I was very excited to try the Panzerotti at Andy's place one night with my girlfriend but was honestly very disappointed. First I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our takeout on top of the estimated 25 minutes. I don't mind waiting for food, but I really would've appreciated not having my time wasted. Upon trying the Panzerotti the service was friendly but I can't say the Panzerotti was entirely worth the wait. The sauce had to much meat and tasted to salty, I felt a marinara sauce would have accompanied the Panzerotti much better. The Panzerotti itself was not bad, I enjoyed the combination of meat with the melted cheese but the outer bread layer was rather dry. read more

Poor customer service. A party of 6 and we were seated at separate tables. When a larger table opened up, we asked to be moved so we could all sit together. We hadn't been served our food yet. We were met with a rude response that "if I move, you I will have to clean your booths" ummm.....what? So, we were declined. Food was otherwise ok and the wait staff was friendly. Went to Andy's in Chatham for my 50th birthday yesterday with 12 people, they served everyone but me until everyone was done eating they brought me my hamburger deluxe without the burger, unbelievable. They said that they would get one right out, lol, then I said I will just take it to go, they gave me the meal for free. When I got home the fries were soggy and the burger was cold. I called the owner he was ignorant and really not sorry at all. Don't eat at Andy's in Chatham. read more
